I'm a big spa FANATIC and love exploring new places. PRIOR to booking, I called Kuya to confirm the tours that were supposed to come with a free day pass of sauna and cold plunges to try. The front desk gentleman on the phone CONFIRMED the complimentary day passes with tour and so we went. I mentioned we're from Houston and may want to come up every month since some work is around here in Austin. After tour, the agent Jordan asked if we were from Houston for clarity and told us about the packages they offered. She stated there was no day passes and needed to pay $35 pp to use sauna and plunge, instead of $65 pp. I told her that I called earlier today and she stated "no. Maybe a year ago, we offered it but not now" I felt like they told me anything to come by and then try to sell us up. Not a place I'd want to spend money on if they were to lie to clients just to have them come from afar.

Ocean Lab hit the mark!…read more The rooms are set up so the shower/dressing area is right when you walk into the room and the float tank is 100% enclosed. No 'pods' where cold air seeps in which means you stay warm throughout the float. The gentleman who assisted me was knowledgeable and friendly walking me through all of the services offered at this location. They are also open pretty late, 9:30 I believe. If you're looking to try float therapy, highly recommend this location.

Although I didn't end up getting the membership due to the location being far from me and my current needs it's definitely something I would try if I lived closer to be able to really take advantage of all they can offer! The suite is within a larger space called the Images Salon. The suite was very clean and beautifully decorated. There were two private areas for the service. You lay on your back for the head spa with your head on a comfortable block over a huge sink. I was super relaxed early with the aromatherapy scalp massage and then the face mask she put on after cleansing my face. My favorite part of the service was the scalp massage with and without a tool she used. It was so relaxing. After a wonderful shampoo and conditioning hair mask, she washed my hair and blow dried it. I also liked that when checking in you can indicate if you want to talk or not during the session and I appreciated that there was a variety of spa options (wet sauna, dry sauna, whirlpool, etc). The less than ideal part of the experience is that it's a bit small. The cold plunge is a single person tub. The area around the whirlpool could use more lounge chairs, and the relaxation room is too close to the lockers. Also seemed like with the crowd it was difficult for the staff to keep up with cleaning up cups. I would come back for sure but would maybe opt for a weekday when it's presumably less busy.

We chatted a few times and made a plan to use daxxify (similar to Botox) for my upper face and injectables for my lips, cheeks and chin. I look brighter, more awake, younger and feel like a legit queen! Michelle - She shaped my eyebrows and tinted both my eyebrows and eyelashes. I no longer have to spend extra time doing my makeup as I usually go with a more natural look. She did perfect with the color and shaping!! Jackson - Is definitely now my go to massage therapist!
