Outdoor saunas, cold plunge and mineral therapy pools
Ryan D.

The best-kept secret on East Cesar Chavez! BATHE is the wellness vibe Austin didn't know it needed. Saunas, cold plunge, sound immersion, fitness classes, healthy elixirs, tea lounge-- and when they throw a party, it pops off! No phones, no alcohol, and you still have the time of your life because your focus is on you, not the stresses of the outside world or numbing yourself to reality. Come for the wellness, stay for the community you will inevitably find! I'm so glad this gem has joined us in East Austin! Grab a membership while you can or affordable day passes are also available. If you take a fitness class it includes use of the water and heat therapies (pro-tip, the classes are on ClassPass too). Perfect for: solo resets, date nights, body treatments, group hangs, epic themed DJ parties and event rentals.

Well I don't know where to start here but I absolutely love this place! I have been a member now for a little over a month and I cannot stop going. The amenities from the 3 different saunas, the 3 cold plunges and 2 hot tubs and a cool water cowboy pool are a must MUST in Austin! Along with yoga, massage, workouts etc! The programming for the events is over the top fun! From dance parties to themed events you can get it all here! They are always up to something new and the staff is SUPER friendly and are ready to help when you need. The facilities are very clean and the people I have met here have been very influential! Out of all the wellness places in Austin this is hands down the BEST!

I was glad I brought a pool bag to tote around an extra towel, water bottle and book. I don't sit idly well so I had to have a book.

A relaxing, very Austin-y adventure! I had a massage which also allowed us to use the facility, which was amazing. The massage was exactly what I needed: intentional, relaxing, and definitely tension-easing. Upon request, staff showed me around to the showers, saunas, standard dip pool, mineral bath, and cold plunge. She was specific to note to shower between each and gave me a suggested plan when I asked! I've never used a cold plunge before and that was shockingly different! They also had coworking and chill space inside. They had a drink vending machine for different types of NA beverages. No snackies (that I saw), so bring a snack if desired! Free water/cups to stay hydrated. I wish I planned several hours there, as it was unique and lovely. Parking was free and easy- grabbed coffee next door first and that was a great spot too.

This space is great for the Austin wellness community! They have saunas, hot mineral tubs, cold plunges, massage therapy- and I went for a full moon yoga class with a cacao ceremony. It's a relaxing and rejuvenating destination right next door to Lustre Pearl East.

The entry is serene with white noise machines on the doors to keep what's behind them nice and relaxed. The lobby had several things to look at while waiting. Once JP finished the session before, the table linens were changed and I was brought in to review what needed attention. Since I was there specifically for my left shoulder, that was the focus. I did a 30 minutes session which went by wayyy too quick. JP did a great job of going slow to not cause any discomfort and asked how the pressure was along the way. Talk about relaxing! I'm intrigued to see how the area feels after a nights rest as I've been dealing with the issue for several months. Despite doing PT, there's was something not quite getting to the exact location of he tension. I could feel the areas I've been missing with trigger point in myself being addressed during the massage. Talk about a win! The cost wasn't too bad, $65 for 30 and I will do an hour next round to do a full body massage. The venue was quaint and quite perfect for relaxation.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we felt incredibly welcomed--the space was tranquil, and the customer service was exceptional. They even noted details from our phone conversation, so checkout was smooth and effortless. Before your appointment, they ask you to complete a form in advance. Just a heads-up: this location doesn't have a couples room, so my husband and I were in separate rooms. I was with Cara J., and he had Sabrina R. When our massage therapists walked us to our rooms, I immediately noticed the intriguing decor and red lighting--it really sets the vibe. I appreciated how they explained the technique and what to expect, so you're not caught off guard when they begin using friction-based movements to generate heat. Cara even massaged my elbow caps and knees--mind-blowing! She also spent a generous amount of time on the base of my neck and feet. I was genuinely impressed by how she used her arms to create consistent friction without burning herself, all while maintaining firm pressure for the entire session. After the massage, your therapist meets you at the front with a thoughtful touch--a small bag of Epsom salt to take home. Both my husband and I agree this was one of the best and most unforgettable massage experiences we've ever had.

The entire space is peaceful and professional, and you can tell everyone takes pride in the work they do. Piper is on another level. Hands down one of the most skilled and intuitive therapists I've ever worked with. She didn't just give a massage -- she went straight to the root of the problem. She asked thoughtful questions, checked in at the right moments, and worked with the perfect balance of pressure and technique. I left feeling lighter, aligned, and genuinely restored. If you're looking for a therapeutic massage that actually makes a difference (not just a "spa day"), go see Piper. AustinDEEP is truly the real deal.

When you get upstairs, such an easy-going, clean and relaxing environment, without the stress of hearing conversations in massage rooms next door or waiting in the room looking up each time a massage therapist walks out. It's one-on-one in his apartment and it's setup very comfortably. Now let's talk about Christopher - the nicest person you'll ever meet and you just want to be friends and hang out all the time. He's very adaptive to whether you want a quiet time to catch up on a nap, which I did last time, or a conversation about speakeasies that distracts from some of the pain of releasing tight muscles. Before he starts, he's a good listener and asks insightful questions to provide maximum relief. Once you're on the table, he's also very perceptive to what areas need more attention. He's kind, effective and truly cares to make sure his client has had a productive massage session. He doesn't rush you out but rather spends a few minutes on feedback to make sure you feel good. So easily a five-star experience!

I am a bit of a massage snob but honestly it's bananas to me that I couldn't seem to find anyone in the entire Austin area that seemed to know what they were doing- and I tried them all. Spas , private practice, sport masseuse physical therapy massage therapist you name it. Enter Chris. He knows the anatomy of your body so he is a true healer. I can't stress how important it is for a massage therapist to know anatomy. My tendinitis and tennis elbow always flares up throughout the year. I've had to go to acupuncture in the past but Chris has changed that! Now I just have to see him for a few sessions and it's gone! It's amazing. When I told Chris of my struggles with finding someone good he explained to me that in Texas massage therapist / masseuse only have to get HALF of the amount of hours needed to get licensed that people in New York need! Which explains a lot ! His setup is in his apartment ( which is common in NYC so it didn't bother me ) but for anyone wondering if that's sketch- it's not ! It just allows his pricing to stay competitive. Honestly - you will not be disappointed with a massage from Chris. The best of the best of the best. 100000000000 stars !!!
