I was interested in a consultation for extensions and had first made an appointment with someone off Stone Oak Pkwy who actually ghosted me THREE times with no apology, no valid explanation - I took time off work for her each time, and each time I showed up, the doors were locked with a note that she had to leave. No phone call, no apology, nothing. Someone then recommended Benjamin and Desiree, the extensions expert, to me and I was able to get in the same day. She was very helpful and thoroughly explained my options, and I decided to go with a topper instead since my hair is pretty thin. She had the topper ready for me in a day, much quicker than even she had estimated. I went to pick it up and she taught me everything I needed to know about placement, care, and styling of the piece. She also trimmed and styled it to make it blend in with my natural hair, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! No on can even tell it's a topper, but they do notice I've done something "different" and give me many compliments.
