This is not a review on the services she does, it is just a review of the customer service I…read morereceived and the booking process. I never had anything done. I booked my appointment on 6/10 for 7/31, something came up so I had to cancel my appointment. I cancelled on 7/5, which is 3 weeks in advance of my appointment. She requires a $100 deposit, which is nonrefundable. This was not clear during the booking process. This statement is found deep in her website, not the booking site. On the booking site, it just says that you agree to her policies. After asking for a refund for my deposit since I never received a service, she was very shady and rude. She stated that if I get my deposit back, I am blocked from booking with her again. I don't think this is fair since this is the policy for no call, no show appointments, which I definitely am not. I asked her to send me a screenshot of where it says the deposit is nonrefundable, to which she sent me a screenshot of the booking page that is just an agreement to all policies. I sent a screenshot back of her cancellation policy in the confirmation email, where it does not say ANYWHERE that the deposit is nonrefundable. After a few messages back and forth, she said she is "not interested in arguing over her policies that have been in place for 5 years". Her work is probably good, I wouldn't know since this experience has tarnished my opinion and I'm blocked from booking anyways. Update: more unprofessionalism. What type of businesswomen treats potential customers like this?

Like most women, I was excited to try this new trend and with the Groupon, it would be a great price for something I was experimenting with. Milissa's site was so easy to use and that's honestly the reason I went with her business to begin with. During our first appointment, I did ask if she had experience with almond eyes (I'm asian), and she stated she did. Of course, I thought this was important because the shape of the eyes and lashes are clearly different and bare a different result than those with round eyes. Milissa listened to my concerns and made sure she informed of the process to make me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She's an amazingly sweet person, who is so talented. I come back religiously, with the exception of when I had to have my baby lol. She does get busy and has a waitlist so try to schedule at least two weeks in advance. She is very understanding and tried to accommodate to the best of her ability. I plan on coming back to her anytime I need eyelash refills!
