Came here for a pedi on a Friday at 1145 am and there was no wait. They have remodeled the place and it is so pretty! They have all their colors they offer on the wall. I got a classic pedi with French tip and chrome and it came out just as I wanted. The nail tech listened to what I wanted and delivered. They stamp your card every time you go. They are pretty nice, will continue to go back. read more

I have been going here for about two years. Fast service and the best. It's clean and they offer refreshments. Also good prices . Any one of nail's techs will handle you with excellent care. And the manager is always there to assist and make sure you're ok. I highly recommend them. Treat yourself self care is self love. Be kind. God bless! read more

I came in to get a pedicure on a Monday around 6 and it was pretty quiet and relaxing, Tina was very sweet and did such a great job on these sausages My best friend and I enjoyed the margarita that the gentleman made for us, the staff are so sweet and do recommend you go! I've had mixed experiences at this salon. The first time I visited, I felt welcomed and comfortable she even took it as far as taking pictures of her art. Unfortunately that hasn't been the case with my last 3-4 visits. From the moment I walk in, it seems like there's a problem or some sort of tension, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I don't speak the language, but body language and tone say a lot -- and I can sense when I'm not being treated the same as other clients. I can't say for certain if it's racism, but I've never felt truly welcomed after that first visit. On a positive note, they do beautiful work -- my nails and toes always come out lovely. But service is more than just the finished product. As a paying customer, I shouldn't feel unwelcome walking into a salon. A smile, kindness, and consistent professionalism go a long way, and that's what I'd like to see improved. read more

Have loved this place for years haven't been back for years due to traveling for work. I recently came back because Le has always done an awesome job on my nails. Saturday we came they told us a 2 hour wait and that they would call us When they were ready for us we needed 2 fills 2 pedicures. We went literally went down the street to eat and hadn't heard anything from salon so I told my sister let's just go back they probably forgot to call and just kept taking walk ins. We get back and we're told that they called us and that phone went straight to voice mail which is bullmy phone was on and I had it Sutton table while we ate lunch. I showed her my call log to prove no one called. She insisted she called. We even came back before the 2 hours time limit they gave us and said we won't take you because you didnt answer. You just lost 2 customer's. Don't waste your time going here. read more

I was told to go to this salon bc they do a good job. Scooped out their IG & finally went! The guy doing my seemed liked he had an attitude but i didn't trip he did a good job. Very next day my nail broke I went in got it fixed no hassle. Returned a few weeks later & got a full set of ombré & she did a great job! I thought i finally found a salon maybe 2 weeks later another nail broke. So I went to get it fixed as i walked it there was a line & i didn't mind waiting until the owner started yelling at me in front of the other customers to never ask her staff to fix my nails i should speak to her. She was very ugly to me! They do good nails but i don't spend money with ppl who think they can talk to any type of way ! She told me de don't care about the customers never again. I now go to A Family Nail salon they're great !!!!!! read more

Fabulous work as always thanks Mesa Nails! This place has been my go-to for pedicures. Had a walk-in visit yesterday and the service was just as amazing as last time. Nikkie did my pedicure again coincidentally, and I couldn't be more pleased. What I really appreciate about this salon is how clean they are, and how they go out of their way to make sure you have a truly relaxing experience! They have a TON of shellac colors to choose from, the salon is super clean, everyone here is so friendly and sweet. So glad to have finally found my holy grail nail salon. Not sure how busy they are on the weekends, but I would recommend calling ahead of time to see if you need to schedule an appt. Came in for a 5:30 appointment with my friend yestersand we were immediately seated for our service. She got a manicure and I got a shellac pedicure. Nikkie did a fantastic job on my pedicure. They don't take appointments anymore and we drove 40 miles to get a fill and pedicure because we've used them before and do better than some work. When we arrived we were told it was at least a 2 hour wait so we drove down the road to have lunch and we got back before the 2 hour time frame we were told. The owner tells us that they called and we didn't answer. We show her the call log to prove that we didn't get a call, text or voicemail. She says well I called and you didn't answer so we moved on and can't take you now. WOW!!! You lost 2 clients and earned a bad review. read more

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I had been coming here for months getting my nails done and I came today trying to get a new set. The lady doing my nails did not soak my nails and properly take them off. She cut them and tore them off and was hurting me in the process. After I told her she was hurting me she continued to tear my nails off and was giving me attitude. Once I got up from the chair the salon still was trying to charge me for the pain she put me through. I'm never coming back. I don't recommend this place to anyone. EXTREMELY horrible customer service. read more

Walked in and instantly she saw my 3 year old and said we only do shellac. I said even for a three year old? She said yep and we walked out. Extremely rude. I will never come here for myself or my daughter again. My little girl wanted her nails done and that was her first experience. read more

genuinely disappointed. i am very new to getting my nails done (i've never really been a fan in the past and this was legit my third time getting them done like ever) unfortunately my experience was the worst. i didn't know exactly what i wanted and i'm very picky with choosing colors- i'll admit that. i spent a lot of time deciding on what i wanted and the girl doing my nails just kept rushing me and making me feel uncomfortable. i have a busy lifestyle and getting my nails done has been something that i like to do to relax myself as well as appreciate what my nails will look like but i literally couldn't do either. after spending a while to choose my nail color, of course she was talking to her coworkers and they started laughing- probably because i was taking a while (not sure why this is an issue if i'm a paying customer but OK) anyway, she did my acrylic nails and then i wasn't sure about the pink color for my french tips and i asked her if after she painted the first nail for me to look at it finished with the top coat so she wouldn't have to waste her time doing the other nails if i hated how the color looked. does that make sense? like why is she gonna do all of my fingers if i don't like the color and she can change it after just doing one?? i felt like i was thinking about her more and not me. the whole time i was legit just so tense and so uncomfortable. i'm ehh about how my nails turned out. but i will say they will just make up their price for ur nails-- nowhere does it say a final # for what ur gonna get done. so yeah. paid way too much money for a set that had 0 design lol. don't come here. i sat in my car for 30 minutes after i left just unpacking what a horrible experience i had. awful. read more

I had acrylic nails with gel on top and wanted to go back to my natural nail. I thought I was going to have to revert to nubs for a while, but thankfully not! David very carefully removed the gel, soaked the acrylic and then removed the acrylic to reveal my natural nail. He reshaped my nails into the coffin shape which I prefer and added two coats of white shellac. Because he took the time to remove the acrylic so carefully, I was able to keep some length in my natural nail instead of having to go back to little nubby nails. I reeeally appreciate his expertise and patience!! He also had several people request him after I walked in, and I see why! I will definitely be going back and asking for David. read more

Brought my daughter to get her nails done last week. Spent like $200. My daughter broke her nail and i brought her back the lady up front said 45 min its been over 1 hr went back and my daughter is still 3rd person to be seen. Her excuse all nails are very detailed. I think because its a replacement were not paying she got skipped till they want to take her. No thanks never coming back. Ill get her new set somewhere else. read more

If you're looking for a talented nail aesthetician, request Reagan! She is not only talented, but very detail oriented and efficient! I have followed her to three different salons now and will continue to follow her as long as she stays in SA. A she would say, she's my special one, my diamond. She would also love to do designs/diamonds, like marble or ombré. I just can't have them because of work! read more

They first told me my nails would cost $75 but once I questioned the lady she rudely told me the price again of $90. I've never felt more bullied into paying for something that I really didn't like. Smfh this place is extremely money hungry. A basic pedicure use to be $25 they raised the price to $31. Okay kool no problem. Today when I went in they told me they no longer no regular polish on pedicures & a basic pedi is $45. Ridiculous. I don't feel the need for gel polish on my toes being I get a pedicure every two weeks So regular polish last. I also got a basic full short set with diamonds on the nails & my total was $70 for nails only! Not to mention diamonds came off two days later & I had to come bk for them to fix it. Price gouging at a time like this where lots of Americans aren't working shows a lot about their character. I went to square nails today around the corner and was highly satisfied. They also offer free beverages for services. Thank me later ladies. read more

I believe the name of the nice lady who did my nails name was Tracy, she did an amazing job and I love the way my nails came out!! ZERO stars from me . I went in to get a full set and I picked the color I wanted - Reggie or I believe that's her name was doing my nails. Wasn't paying attention to what she was doing because I was watching tv and being on my phone - long story short she put a complete different color on my nails- asked her to change it and she was like " no this color is pretty, if I change it it's going to be extra charge ! Lol how you getting to charge me extra to change it to the color I asked you in the first place for your mess up ? Manger was rude as well - didn't want to argue so I just left. Definitely won't come back again to this place. Customer service is horrible and the management is so unprofessional ! read more

I finally found my go-to nail salon in SA, and it's here at Mesa! I came here because I was referred to by a friend and I was not disappointed! Mesa is extremely clean and has a very polished, professional look. Although it was a little busy, the wait wasn't long at all! I had Vin do my manicure and he was so sweet and he was up to date on the summer trends, like what color to get and what shape to go with. He also was talking to me about music and had a great sense of humor. The friend I went with got her pedicure with Brian and he was also really super helpful! He kept conversation and she will continue to go to him for pedicures. Overall, I recommend this salon! If you're looking for a salon that has your best interests in mind, come to Mesa! I loved going here until today, I got ombré Stiletto nail...... tell me why my index nail is longer then all my other nails? They're odd lengths all the other nail techs we're fine but i think the lady "Tina" just didn't care when i would inform her. I found this nail salon while scrolling through Instagram, and it was the best decision I ever made...not to be dramatic...Trini was my nail tech and was who I made an appointment with, since her work was the reason I went to this salon anyway. I will say that I wasn't greeted by one person when I walked in, which was strange because there was a room full of employees...although, that will not effect me coming back. Her work was too good. Trini is very personable and it's obvious she knows what she's doing. All I told her was the color I wanted and she absolutely slayed the rest. This set was $55 before tip which is really good for the quality of work. For someone to know exactly what I want without me saying much, 10/10. Loved her work and will be back in 2 weeks! read more

Went here for 3 years was great in the beginning however the techs started to cut corners during the pandemic and stopped soaking my nail tips off. Instead, they sanded them off and caused damage to my nail beds by splitting 2 of my nails down from point to the cuticle. Needless to say, I found another salon that cares about the customer and don't cut corners. read more

The owner is absolutely always in a horrible mood. She doesn't know how to talk to customers, you can tell her co workers are miserable as well as she is always demanding and yelling. When you walk in no one greets you or gives you an estimate time of the wait. & horrible nat problem, always fruit flys . Awesome nail technicians, but horrible over all. read more

They honestly do nails pretty good but the manager is HORRIBLE. horrible customer service. Rude every single time I go in. I've been a customer for 2 years now and I don't think she's EVER shown any sense of hospitality. I've seen people complain about her often but today she wasted 2 hours of my day waiting just for her to tell me to come back a different day. This is the third time she does this. At the very The least you can do is be nice about it but instead she wants to roll her eyes at us. read more

I've never had an experience where there was clumps of wax left on every area treated. I was told the "wax beads" would come off in the shower. This treatment was done at the beginning of the day and going home afterwards was not an option. The feel of wax on my skin is not a comfortable feeling. Also, I wasn't given any clear care instructions after the service. I'm hoping this was a one off and that I don't experience this particular issue again.

I decided to book a massage at the Windflower Spa as a birthday gift from my boyfriend. I had just…read morehad my second baby three months prior and was really looking forward to my first outing without my kids needing anything from me. With busy schedules, I found a day that worked for everyone and booked my appointment. I arrived about an hour early so I could enjoy the hot tub before my massage. I was also planning to take advantage of the spa amenities afterward and grab lunch at one of the restaurants. About 10 minutes before my appointment, I put on my robe and headed to the waiting area. As my appointment time came and went, I watched every other guest get called back for their massages while I continued to wait. After another 10 minutes had passed, I finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The manager came out and informed me that there had been a miscommunication and my massage therapist was unable to make it to work that day. Unfortunately, there were no other therapists available and no alternative appointment times. I was simply told they were sorry and that I would need to reschedule. At that point, I broke down in tears. This wasn't just a massage, it was my birthday gift and my first opportunity to step away from the chaos and demands of postpartum life. Having that experience taken away without any notice was incredibly disappointing. To their credit, they did offer me a complimentary massage whenever I am able to rebook, which I appreciated and accepted. However, this was a very disappointing first impression. A simple phone call before I arrived could have saved me the time, effort, childcare arrangements, and emotional letdown.
