Walked in on a Friday Evening and we were seated to the pedicure section within 5 minutes. Service: 10/10 Rose was very nice and attentive We asked for 2 deluxe pedis although I didn't get my toes painted/trimmed bc I usually do that stuff myself at home. I just like coming in for a scrub & massage; my bf got the whole the toe clipping/trim/scrub and liked it. Might come back but I don't think I would pay for the deluxe because that includes polish when I told them I had already painted my toes lol They gave us complementary drinks so that was nice; forgot to take a pic of the Nail service menu but I will next time. read more

Today was my first time to Palladium and I most likely won't return. I walked in (admittedly on a Saturday) expecting there might be a wait. I was told it would be an hour and I ended up waiting 1.5 hours to then be told what I wanted couldn't be done. Apparently they can not do colored tips with dip here. So I decided on gel since I had already waited so long. The gal takes me back and begins and halfway through leaves me to go wax someone's eyebrows. I didn't wait very long but that's still a little annoying after waiting for so long in the first place. Total of 3.5 hours later and the nails came out JUST OK. She did a good job on the tip colors, but the nails themselves are very lumpy and bulbous looking from the side. I expected a little more attention to detail given they cost $96!! Unfortunately, I can't get my time back. Overall can't recommend this place based on this experience. read more

I am so grateful for Megan! She's always so kind and amazing. I truly appreciate how meticulous she is when she does my pedis and manis. This is my go to nail bar due to how clean it is and the quick service. The prices are reasonable and I love the vibes because of the music and free drinks (heart). I have been coming here for three years straight without a single complaint. They have always always charged me the same price every two weeks for three years. Suddenly today, my bill was $20 higher than it's ever been and they are trying to gaslight me into believing it has always been that high. You can literally look at every dollar I've ever paid in the past and you can see very clearly that you are all full of it. I had regular red nail polish on and wanted that removed and a builder gel set put on - I feel like this was an unusually sloppy clean up and not full removal of prior nail polish. Just looks sloppy. I've been coming here for over a year now and the service has become very inconsistent. Tonight, I paid for a deluxe pedicure but barely received the equivalent of a signature pedicure. I arrived an hour before closing, and it was clear that the technician was rushing through the service. Despite the deluxe package including a 10-minute massage, I didn't receive any massage at all. He also skipped essential steps like trimming and cuticle care. I've had a signature pedicure with Rolyce before, and it was far better than the deluxe pedicure I paid for tonight. Hi everyone! I wanted to share my recent experience with this salon. During my initial visit, I had a full set of acrylic nails with French tips done, and everything went smoothly with the nail technician. However, when I returned three weeks later on September 9th for a nail fill, things took a turn. The technician who worked on my nails this time seemed distracted, repeatedly asking for the time and making sure everyone knew she started on my nails at 5:00 PM, even though she was only 30 to 55 minutes into the service. The nail fill was rushed, with barely any buffing or filing done on the sides--just a couple of quick swipes. When it came to redoing the French tips, I asked three times before she filed off the existing tips if there would be an extra charge for redrawing them, but she ignored me each time and continued anyway. To make matters worse, two male technicians stood over her shoulder, which seemed to make her nervous and rush through the service. The lines for the French tips ended up uneven, and she quickly applied the clear coat to finish as soon as possible. At checkout, I was charged $45 for the nail fill, which was expected, but then there was an additional $20 for the French tips and $5 for nail reshaping. I can understand the charge for the French tips, but the technician should have informed me when I asked. When I questioned the cashier about the "nail reshaping" charge, he laughed it off and changed it to "long nail," which didn't make sense since I was only getting a fill. The problems didn't end there. I noticed the next day on September 10th that one of my nails had a large bubble in the white of the French tip on my thumb. Later, the bubble popped, revealing uncured nail gel, which I accidentally ingested. This could potentially lead to acrylate poisoning, causing allergies that could interfere with getting my nails done in the future or even with medical procedures. I returned to the salon on September 10th to address the issues with the uncured gel and uneven French tips, especially considering I paid over $70 for a fill and not a new set. Unfortunately, the staff argued with me, saying, "white nail gel just cures like that under lamps" and "there's nothing they can do." When I expressed concern about potential poisoning, they dismissed it. I requested a refund, but the front desk attendant said their policy only allows in-store credit, which she refused to provide, claiming there was "nothing wrong with my nails" despite the uncured gel issue. I asked to have the French tips removed and replaced with a plain gel coat, and I was sent to another technician. This technician handled my hands roughly and, while filing off the gel top coat and French tips as expected, he also filed off the apex of my nails, leaving them flat. At the end, he warned me with an attitude, "Be careful. They are thin." I received a $20 in-store credit for the French tips, but the front desk lady was rude, simply dropping the card without a word. Overall, I'm really disappointed with how this visit went, especially after having such a great initial experience. read more

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly, and they go out of their way to learn your name and be friendly. They also do an amazing job on nails. My favorites are Hellen, Sue, and Jenny, but I've rarely been disappointed with anyone. Even the receptionist is friendly and greets everyone with a smile. Availability is generally good- and honestly it's one of my favorite things to sit down, have a pedicure, and drink my complimentary champagne. [They also have other drinks available, but why bother when I can have champagne?] I even like the music they tend to play. Altogether, Palladium is a relaxing, pleasant experience, and worth every penny. read more

Walked in with my partner and neither of us were greeted. We were told to just check in using the ipad which had a very confusing menu to select our options. The lady at desk was not top helpful. I asked her about a specific color because I did not know the # of the color and she just told me that I had to go look on my own. Weeks later and two emails later and the owner chooses to ignore me and blow me off. Carla is still being rude as ever at the front as well. Original review from early June Services performed Tuesday evening, by Sunday a nail chipped. I walk into salon on Monday they are happy to help me , ask what service I want, when said I just need my nails fixed, immediately Carla started saying they were too busy and booked for the night. This nail salon is very clean and tidy. Went on a Wednesday afternoon around 315pm and was busy. However, they tended to 3 of us pretty fast. I did platinum pedicure with regular polish- there was a very limited selection for regular nail polish. Nail technician paid a lot of attention to smoothing out feet, using mostly the pumice sponge. Polish was mostly good, found a couple of missed spots. Overall decent job. Comfortable massage chairs. read more

I'm using one star since I can't do less than that. I decided to try a nails salon closer to where I live. What a mistake. When I got my nails done there it was with chrome ... and it stated peeling and chipping with the first 4 hours. So I went back and had them put just a shellac color. And within 7 days it was cracking and peeling. I'm not hard in my hands. I don't rock climb or forge iron. I won't be going back. It was too much money to have nails that peel and chip and look this crappy. read more

I went thinking this is a great place, first time I went a wonderful young lady fixed my nails including rhinestones and they looked GREAT. Wish I took a picture, this time, a terrible visit. I didn't get what I asked for, I wanted Hombre with pink and light green and chro.e on top, I was td that can't be done, so I got pink and lime green nails with chrome, bubbles that shouldn't be there, he was rough, twisted my left hand and the finish was bumpy, ridges and little bubbles, all for 80.00, then I was told I could come back in 7 days to get it fix. Do not recommend. The Manager is very cocky and not welcoming and this was my first visit. The staff are constantly huddled around each other laughing and talking about their edible drugs more than paying attention to the customer. The products are cheap, no matching dip and polish colors because "they all suck" according to the manager. Tools are reused and not sanitized and there seems to be fees charged for everything. Very overpriced! You have to take off my dip before you can put on a new dip, why charge me for that? Way overpriced for poor service, cheap products and no selection. Clearly this is to support the drug habits of the staff. Unbelievable! read more

Horrible services. Sat for 38 minutes in the pedicure chair before anyone came to start the services. Water was cold. And after 2 hours of being there, 2 of the 3 of us declined manicures and was still charged $225 for the crappy service. $0 tip was given.. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Not broken but turned off. This includes their main store logo sign and their dot matrix sign board. This location doesn't close until midnight and yet lights go out upwards of an hour ahead of time. I asked the cashier or night why that was so. I was told that their lights and air-conditioning are controlled remotely from corporate and they have no control over it. I find this to be hogwash. I believe that they are just not wanting to have customers coming in too close to closing. This needs to stop.

Was given a vague, inconsistent reasoning for this, at which point I didn't want to waste any more time and simply thanked them for the time spent. Doesn't make sense to put hours at 6 and refuse service a minute or two before or Right at 6. Doesn't honor store hours 10-6 more like 10-5:55 or whatever time they feel like. I had the most wonderful experience at this nail spa! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt completely comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of. They paid close attention to every little detail--not just in their work, but in how they treated us. Jenni, my nail tech, was incredible. She was kind, gentle, and so precise with her work. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. Her warm energy made the experience feel personal and enjoyable. What I really appreciated was how sweet and patient they were with my daughter. They treated her with just as much love and care, never rushing us or making us feel like we were on a clock. It meant so much to see her pampered and treated like a little queen! The salon itself is also spotless--cleanliness is clearly a top priority. Everything felt fresh, organized, and sanitary, which really added to the relaxing atmosphere. One thing that really impressed me is how up to date they are with the newest and latest nail products and trends. You can tell they're always investing in the best for their clients, whether it's polish options, nail care, or techniques. It shows in the results! I'm so glad we found this place. 1-Star I would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The front desk staff is extremely rude, dismissive, and rushes customers through their appointments. While I was there, I spoke with two other customers who had the same experience with the receptionist, so this seems to be a pattern. On top of the poor customer service, they upcharge without informing customers--charging for services I never agreed to. When I asked about the extra charges, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, acting as if I should have magically known their prices and menu details. The nail tech was also unprofessional, taking items out of my hand without asking. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with dishonesty and gaslighting, even being falsely accused of cursing at the staff--yet no one could tell me what I supposedly said. To make matters worse, I had booked an appointment with a specific tech, only to find out she wasn't available due to feeling unwell. When I expressed concern that she should go home, another tech made an unnecessary and inappropriate comment regarding her race. This salon operates without a manager on-site, leaving customers to deal with rude staff and unprofessional behavior with no one to hold them accountable. Save your money and go somewhere that values customer service, honesty, and professionalism. I will not be returning. read more
