Don't do your lashes with the "New" couple there!!! When Kelly and Lee were running that salon, things were amazing! Now I go and this new couple are there and wow... apparently Kelly and Lee are on "vacation" and now the new girl is saying they are retiring... smh.. what is it?! I have been going to Kelly for my lashes for almost 4 years, and Lon, or whatever her name is and she stuck lashes to my eyelid!!! I call and tell her and her response is to go somewhere else if I don't like. WTF Kind of answer is that?! No ma'am... that's terrible to say to someone who has been LOYAL to that shop. I'm hopeful Kelly and Lee will be back. And until they do I will not take this review back. read more

Love it here! It's a mom and pop place. No frills. No, they won't serve you wine or a watered down Margarita, but they will provide you with cold bottled water if you wish. They've 80s videos playing on their screens as you relax. None of the nail technicians are yelling at each other across the shop or rudely answering their cell phones as they work on your nails. Their massage chairs are fairly new and are a wonder after a stressful day! They pull a fresh set of sanitized nail tools when your turn comes up. This salon has great hours open seven days a week until 8 pm. My nails always look good and I get tons of compliments. The only downside is that they only have one person for manicures and one for pedis but they make sure to get you taken care of quickly. No champagne or spa but for a shopping center nail salon, it's great. The man who does manicures is always friendly and chit chats with you. The place is always clean. They are nice and try to accommodate, and are under new ownership. Got a pedi which was great and I didn't have to ask her to get my in grown, and my fill and paint was done nice and when I asked for my cuticles to be cut, she took time and cut them and didn't use the want to do it which to me doesn't do anything and they don't rush , not like some shops where if someone comes in they rush you through, they didn't do that !! Went back the next day and had my eyelashes done and they did a pretty good job although I have a few extra lashes on one side that are drooping , it's decent still . Thanks Guys !! read more

First and last time. I expected to get my toes done at the same time with my mom but no, there was only a guy and girl working. Before we can leave, they sat us. The guy was already working on a lady so we knew we were going to be there longer than usual. On my toes, she didn't file them evenly and didn't paint them fully. The only good thing was the massage she gave me. On my mom, she was bleeding on her foot and didn't bother telling her. She took a while and everything was just a mess. Need more employees and to be better at what they do. read more

I had been going to this place for over 5 years and it changed hands. The 2nd owners did not know how to do nails so I switched again for over a year. They changed ownership again, so I tried going back a few months ago and it was just ok. 2 men and 1 woman work inside. The woman seems to be the only one who knows what is going on. I went in today 10/23/17 at 1145 am and was told I had 45 minutes to an hour wait. I came back within 35 minutes (1220 pm) and they already started someone else's nails so I wound up waiting another hour. They were trying to fix their credit card machine so each of the men (the woman was on 'vacation') took turns to speak to someone on the phone and I assume got it fixed, all while they took turns on my nails. I was getting frustrated to say the least. Once this issue with the machine was done, the younger (and smaller) of the two men got busy doing my nails but still half-assed it. He finally finished a little before 3 pm. Not going back anytime soon. What a waste of my time and money! It is very close to my home and that seems to be the only draw to go back...yuck, no! read more

I never write reviews but my experience here was the worst! Spent 2 hours at this place getting a simple set of nails. That turned out to be a mess!!! First of all there was 3 employees and about 6 ladies. 2 of us getting our nails done and 4 getting pedicures. The man doing my nails constantly got up to tend the ladies waiting on the spa charges basically working on all of us at the same time. Which caused him to rush and over file my nails. (Let it slide) then when it came to my nail polish job he coated the nail polish on so thick the nail polish was practically dripping off my fingers so he would push my hands towards the fan leave me there for 5 minutes while he tended the other ladies I knew then and there he didn't give a shit about what he was doing to me as I sat at the uv dryer the lady next to me asks to see my nails she could tell I was disappointed. Takes one look and starts to laugh saying they were so ugly I couldn't reply with anything better than THANK YOU!!!! because I agreed 100% this nice honest lady calls for the person in charge only to have the lady come over and start yelling at us swinging her arms around saying it was all my fault. Even went on to say my nails were crap because I took long picking a color ( horrible selection btw) like how does that even make sense? The nice lady went on to tell her I shouldn't have to pay for that and I agreed! The employee continued to yell and kicked me out!! thankfully I was totally okay with that cause I didn't want to be there for one more second that place is horrible and pretty messy!!! I never write reviews and I specifically opened a Yelp account to comment on this salon. I walked in to get a fill, I wanted simple! Square nails with white polish-matte finish and glitter on the ring fingers. When I walked in there was only one other person so there was no wait, the guy sat me down and started on my nails. He didn't make them square and them had the other lady take over, she was rushing to paint them so it was messy and the glitter was too thick and she wasn't even painting my whole nail. I told them to fix it because I wouldn't pay for it. Then another male took over for her because she started on someone else..(RUDE) He made my nails too short because I wanted square and yet it still came out round. They were really lazy, rushed and unprofessional! The only good thing was that they gave me a cold water bottle. Thanks for quenching my thirst and RUINING my set !!
