So I saw the reviews online, and I saw pictures of the work, and it looked fantastic. So I was very…read moreexcited to go and give their services try. When I walked in, I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who asked what services I needed, she had great nails by the way, so I told her, and she said go sign in on the book and have a seat. She left as she was headed out to do whatever she was gonna do. So I walked over to the book, and the lady behind the little kiosk, looked at me with what I can only interpret as disgust, practically threw a pen at me and stalked off. So I signed in and sat down and prepared to wait until somebody could get to me, but the more I sat there, the less I realized then I could live with that kind of treatment. So I left. As a paying customer who was prepared to drop quite a bit of funds on multiple services, one would expect to be treated with at least a modicum of politeness. I cannot speak to their actual work because I didn't get any services performed. The space itself was clean and well kept even if it was a little bit on the smaller side.I guess I would call it a little more intimate which is nice. I would still like to give their services a try in the future, as long as I don't get the lady with the pen.

I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE!! Walked in on a Sunday around 12PM…read moreand it was busy for sure, but they had plenty of workers and I got sat immediately- water was started to warm up and I was sticking my feet in the water within 10 mins of walking in. La Madame is kept VERY clean and it's so sparkly and it's such a vibe in here, there is plenty of seats and every few seats there are privacy curtains which to me was a very nice touch. Jesse serviced me I got an Aloe Vera pedi - $67 not including tip. ASK FOR JESSE!! He was amazing and talked to me about the things I wanted and told me why he was leaving and for how long (grabbing stones , hot towels, lotion, etc.) some ppl may feel that it's too much but it was so nice to know those things! Side story: A lady came in and asked if her nail could be fixed (toes) they sat her beside me immediately and they fixed her up and made sure she liked it all before she was finished, she felt it was still bad, they fixed it again the Manager was like "I won't stop until you like it ma'am" - turns out it was the curer that made her nail bubble they switched it out and it was so much better. Overall I WILL BE COMING BACK! I'm new to town and I have found the GEM! highly recommend 10/10

My toe nails were left unshaped and long (there was no communication with me as to length or shape) and the polish on my nails is messy and bubbling like it was applied too thickly. And it's all over my cuticles. Waste of money. Adding on bc I got home removed the messy polish and realized that 1) the lady did absolutely no cuticle clean up (and I don't have messy cuticles so really no excuse) and 2) somehow cut into my pinky nail such that I've had to file it practically to nothing to smooth out the damage she created. Beyond disappointed and pissed that I paid for this mess. Ridiculous.
