I've been coming here for eyebrow threading and they're pretty consistent every time! I love having a place that's close to home in Alamo Ranch and easy to get to. The service is always good, and my brows come out looking clean and well-shaped without having to go far. Definitely make an appointment if you can! Walk-ins are an option, but you may have a bit of a wait depending on how busy they are. Vibe is chill but with a high traffic of people. For me, the convenience and consistency make it worth it. I'll definitely keep coming back! read more

This was hands down the best eyebrow threading spot that I've been to: it was very clean, they were so welcoming, and Parveen did an excellent job. The chairs are very comfortable and I loved the aesthetics of the place. It was very quiet and calming. They offer a plethora of services and you can book your appointment online or just walk-in. read more

My usual brow girl canceled on me the day before a trip! So I was looking for a spot nearby to get them done. I did a walk in on a Tuesday afternoon. I had to wait about 15 minutes which I didn't think was bad since they had a constant flow of customers. I did a brow map, thread, and tint. I requested to keep as much of my brow thickness as possible and that I wanted the tint to look natural because I wasn't sure how dark they usually go at this location. My brows turned out even and to the thickness I would prefer. The woman who did them kept checking with me every step to make sure I was satisfied. I will say that the tint looked like I had not even had any so I would not say natural again and maybe say lighter tint or something because the tint was a waste. Overall I was satisfied with the service. I've never had threading done before and I did notice some tiny scabbing spots a few days later but no one else would be able to tell. The only thing I really didn't like was the woman did not use gloves. Because she was touching my face and occasionally brushed against my lip I really wished she was wearing them during the service. Hopefully she cleaned her hands in between clients. The vibe of the salon is airy, minimalist, and upbeat with nice r&b playing. read more

Alright, it's time for a little update. I haven't been back here in a while because to be honest I have another brow shop that's less convenient for me I prefer. Harman salon is not consistent with my brows, it depends on who you see. But, it's close to my house, so I decided to swing by without an appointment to see if they could fit me in. As usual the place is packed, which is not their fault! I let the check-in attendant know that I'd be happy to make an appointment and return later if there was a long wait, but she reassured me they could get to me in 10 minutes. That time quickly doubled. I continued to wait, but then realized that others who had also come in without an appointment after I did were already being helped. I was at the 30 minute mark. Maybe I should have said something earlier, but honestly with the quality of their work in mind I just decided to leave. Made the drive to my favorite spot and got excellent service in less than 5 minutes. Worth the 25 minute drive. I won't be back. read more

I wasn't going to say anything, but I'm still really disappointed. Everything was great until she cut a whole chunk off the end of my eyebrow after finishing the threading. Every time I come in, they mention how I don't have much hair in that area already which is true and okay. I've always had great experiences before, but my eyebrow still hasn't grown back, and it makes my face look uneven and unbalanced. I had been getting the mapping services so they would stay identical, but I switched to just threading at my last appointment. I'm just disappointed this happened, especially after struggling so much with my eyebrows for so long. I'd suggest not asking for a trim with scissors. read more

So I drove 30 mins to come here as a walk in because it says walk ins welcome. When I came in to say I was a walk in for threading they basically said I could not wait I would need to come back in 2 hrs (scheduling me an appointment) I stated I wouldn't mind waiting stated I couldn't I needed to come back. So basically don't come here as a walk in they make you schedule an appointment and if you schedule an appointment and don't make it on time they'll still charge you btw. My problem is don't say walk ins welcome if they are not just say appointment required and waste peoples time. Customer service not helpful at all read more

I love, love, love this place and the atmosphere. I followed Sarah here from where she worked prior, so I'm a regular for threading and tinting. Today Layla served me and she was equally wonderful and did my eyebrows, widows peak, and forehead as well as henna tinting on my brows. I'm very pleased with the results. I'm getting a facial and consult for microblading on my next visit so I'll make another review after those services! So excited! read more

Let me start off with I'm very picky. Also when I find my people, it's a long term relationship.. hair, massages, nails..EYEBROWS! Harman, Amreen (her daughter) and staff are amazing. Aside from taking the time to hear you out, they are very knowledgeable. They chose the right technician and process to fulfill your goals. My husband and I have done a few facials and I always follow up with my eyebrows. No one else is doing eyebrows again! I thread and tint... tint last maybe 2 weeks but I can't be exact because it depends on the the way you wash your face and so forth. You won't be disappointed!!! read more

Harman is the BEST! I feel so grateful to have found her. Not only is she talented but overall just a beautiful person inside and out. You can not help but feel at peace in her presence. She is currently saving my eyebrows from years of my eyebrows being over threaded. I have also started the Lash Lifts with Harman and by the far the best I have ever had. My eyelashes are super straight but when Harman works her lash lift magic I just can not believe they are my lashes. I actually will get asked if I have falsies on when I have had a Harman lash lift. I also take my daughter in for eyebrow threading and appreciate that she keeps her naturalness and youthfulness in mind when threading her eyebrows. Harman is definitely worth fighting the Alamo Ranch traffic! Check her out ASAP. Note: All threading artist are great and they take walk-ins for threading and tinting read more

I just moved to the city and had a trip coming up, so I needed to get my eyebrows threaded. Amazing service and end result! Totally recommend! They offer many different services and will look into henna tinting my eyebrows next time. read more

This place is very unsanitary. She was very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost. If you value your health please go to somewhere else. She charges extra for everything and doesn't even tell you until you have to pay. Very unprofessional and rude. Stay far far away from this place. read more

Clean establishment. Fairly priced. Threading much less painful than waxing. The only time I had my eyebrows tinted they were to dark. My hair is colored blonde and I normally am a dirty blonde so they said they match it to your roots. They attempted to tone it down but it was still pretty dark so I decided to just skip this service in the future. Their threading service is great. I have had several technicians who have all been good. When I went in the first time, I asked about scheduling appointments for threading and was told it was a walk in service so I was disappointed about that. There is plenty of parking. This is in the Alamo Ranch neighborhood close to where I reside and I recommend this business. read more

I went yesterday for my second time and the older lady when I said just clean up reshaped and cut my brow line where it now may never grow back cause I am older, the fact is my brows now are in even and I look awful. They acknowledged the mistake and still charged me. I will never go back read more

They do a great job with my eyebrows! Conveniently located, and usually very quick. Have been here now several times.

Amazing service and atmosphere! would recommend anyone in San Antonio. Amreen was thorough and made sure I liked the shape of my eyebrows!

I I am very impressed with her work and I will be visiting her again it was my first time getting this kind of thing done and I liked it she is very detailed and made it very comfortable for me to understand and go through the process even though my eyes are sensitive she made it very easy and the music was very relaxing. She does quality work and it's a very clean and soothing environment. read more

Not coming back after giving them a second chance. I have been here twice in the past 2 months for face threading and let me tell you if you come here for anything other than eyebrows, it's not worth the money. I only tried to give this place a try because the place I used to go to went out of Both times I have come here I have been done by one of the other workers other than Harman and her daughter so im not sure if they give better service but anyways, both times I have come here the lady has burnt and scratched my face leaving marks and abrasions everywhere. To be clear, I am not a beginner to facial hair removal, so I'm well aware you need to discontinue use of retinol products, benzoyl peroxide, etc at least 30 days before treatment. However, I do not use any of these products, which leaves my fault out of the skin ripping off and burning. To add, I usually get my eyebrows waxed at an ulta every once in a while and I never get this problem. I have to admit the first time wasn't as bad as this time, I just had 2 scratches that were small and minor so I didn't mind it. Now I have to walk around with scarring all over my face. To add, they had a promotion, "facial threading, mask, and 2 clinical products for $69", but I never received or was even offered any products. The lady who was working on my also spilled wax all over my hair and was cutting it out without permission. Beautiful salon, with kind workers but not worth the money. Their eyebrow work is amazing, but I'm going to find another place that hopefully won't scratch up my face. read more

Harman is the best! It took three years to find someone that takes time to shape my brows according to preference. She is a perfectionist which is outstanding! She listens to what you want and provides the results. I've had my brows mapped, threaded, tinted, dermaplaning, and henna services by her. I am so thankful to finally find one esthetician that is knowable in everything! read more

Harman is ALWAYS AMAZING and GENTLE! Her spa room is very cozy and relaxing. Clean and smells great. She's super friendly and patient. You can see her work on Facebook and instagram. But you can only book on her instagram link for appointments or call her. She is so good at threading eyebrows and is gentle enough that my 11 year old doesn't feel a thing. She listens to concerns and offers a variety of services from micro blading, threading, waxing, facials, and so on. I can't not recommend another to take care of your needs. She's really that great! Make an appointment and see her. You won't regret it! read more

I did a walk-in for eyebrow threading and it was a great experience. It was my first time there. Very cute salon and great atmosphere. The lady that did my eyebrows did a fantastic job. Today was my second visit to this establishment. My previous visit was with Harman for eyebrow threading and measuring, which was a great experience. However, today, I went online to book a follow-up appointment with Harman but noticed that wasn't a service provided at the time of booking, so I booked with Amreen instead. Before the appointment, I mentioned I only wanted my eyebrows cleaned up. Amreen asked if I had been to the salon prior, to which I answered yes with Harman when she measured my eyebrows. The appointment was over, and she handed me the mirror in which I was in total SHOCK; my eyebrows were significantly thinned out and reshaped. She apologized for the miscommunication and explained I should have been more specific that I was trying to grow out my eyebrows, even though I was clear that I was only there for a clean-up, not a shaping! I'm still in disbelief at how thin my eyebrows are, even after trying to fill them in. This horrific experience will take me months to grow out and start from scratch. read more

Harman is absolutely talented! I've have gotten my eyebrows/upper lip threaded, eyebrows tinted, eyelash lift, and facial! Her salon is cute and very comfortable. She really takes the time to listen to her clients needs and desires. First place I have found that I don't feel rushed out the door and am always greeted by name! Really easy to book appointment and reschedule if needed through squareup. I am super happy with all the services I have received! read more
