I'm giving a score of one, because zero is not available. I was overcharged, I did not get the service I asked for and the lashes they applied began falling off on the way home. Someone was yelling in the back loud enough to be disturbing and someone else was crying. I did not understand the language but was concerned. I asked my lash lady what was going on and she was not able to answer in English. After my second question for the situation she went to the back and they slowly lowered their voices. Then went back to screaming and crying. The person I spoke to initially who could communicate in English fairly well and who I was told was the owner would not correct the work or allow me to slowly work off the lashes and return for the correct ones. They applied a large group of lashes made to be applied one at a time. Now I've lost many clumps of lashes and have unsightly gaps. Additionally, when I was told to open my eyes the glue was not dry and stung badly. My right eye is still red two days later. It was an awful experience. read more

Don't get your eyebrows threaded and tinted or they will end up looking like this. I had blocky black eyebrows and she tried to "fix them" and cut off half my brow and fucked them up entirely read more

Unfortunately I wouldn't even give this place one star! But that's not an option! I went in on 3/5/21 to get my lashes done and the lady asked if I wanted my eyebrows threaded.. I said ok that's fine just a clean up.... I am beyond upset with how my eyebrows came out!!! It took me years to grow and shape my eyebrows for some lady just to mess them up entirely! She knew she messed up and felt bad so she didn't charge me.. The moment I saw my eyebrows I wanted to cry! Now I am so embarrassed to go anywhere because my eyebrows are beyond screwed up ! I will never go back to this place nor will I recommend anyone to this place! And all she simply told me was she was "sorry" !!!! read more

I cried the second I left the salon. My eyebrows are destroyed. I went in for a clean up I had just gotten my eyebrows done 3 weeks ago and left with half my eyebrows missing. I specifically told her please don't touch the shape just a clean. The worst part is the right side is so much thinner than my left. I just want to feel pretty and this was the worst experience ever. I paid for my service even though I was completely in distress. I will never be coming back. If they can't do a service I would prefer they turn me down. Please don't go and get your eyebrows done there. Do your research somewhere else and save yourself the heartbreak. read more

I have been looking for the past five years for a place that can get my eyelashes to curl and lift. I have very straight and course eyelashes and for years I've been going to the more luxurious day spas and spending way much more money than I should have. No where I went to get my eyelashes to lift or curl it was just frustrating. I went to iBrow Bar just for the convenience factor and really wasn't expecting much, but WOW!! My eyelashes are amazing and they are curled and lifted !! they look amazingly gorgeous . I am so thankful that I stopped in. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!! This place is hideous. I will never go again. First time I went we're for brows. I went with big, full, bushy eyebrows. I told the girl I want them cleaned up, but thick. I don't like thin eyebrows. I must not have been speaking English, b/c she did the total opposite and barely left me with brows. Then after some time I went back to take my daughter for a henna! Why did I do that?!?!!!! They did a horrible job. Told the lady that we didn't really like it and the lines were horrible. She said ok and charged $30 anyways. I called the manager and she said send me a pic and I'll see if I can fix it. Then by text she replied, b/c it's a henna there is nothing she can do about it. Asked her if next time can she do it and it be one the house. She said I'm just the manager. Let me talk to my boss and I'll let you know. She never called me back. A week later I called her to get status on what her boss/the owner said. And she said that they said we should have said something right away. I told her we did and that after we were charged I called her. She said well let me forward you my bosses information and you can talk to them. Well needless to say, she never sent me the information. This place is garbage and have terrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else where they know what they are doing. I will never return and will make sure everyone I know is aware that this place is horrific and never waste there money there. Worst henna tattoo eyebrows ever, just look at the pictures, the shape of the henna wasn't even close to my natural eyebrows shape.

I had a bad experience here. I got home and my lashes started falling off. One side was drooping. It looked ridiculous. Not happy at all.

Wasn't the best experience. They made my lashes look like a hysterically bad filter. I asked for a more natural look. She made My eyelashes look like umbrellas. I cannot even wear my glasses! I had gotten my eyelash extensions done here and it was such a painful 2 weeks. I would blink and there would be pain shooting throughout my eye. And when they started to fall out, it would burn my eye. The lady that had done them literally stacked them on top of each other so when they would get loose, they would just hang off my eye lid giving me the only option but to pull them out which was so painful and had made my eyelash line bleed. This was my first experience at getting eye lash extensions. I had watched a few videos on YouTube, I was shocked to say that my experience was nothing like the videos I had seen. I had previously worn false eyelashes before that I had purchased at Ulta. My experience at Ibrowbar bar was more like my DIY eyelashes that I had placed myself at home. However, these are a bit uncomfortable when I blink as they are glued to my eyelids rather than my lashes. The young lady that placed them was very sweet but it was a bit uncomfortable as another woman stood over her watching and directing her in Spanish. It kind of made me think she was in training which was fine, everyone has to learn but felt they could of spoke in English as to make my experience more comfortable. I am giving 2 stars as I felt the young lady was trying and learning. UPDATE: It has now been 3 days and most of the lashes have fallen off. read more

I went in to get eyelash extensions, and went to Amazing Lash Studio 3 hours later to have them taken off. I paid $39 for the extensions with a $20 tip, so $59 total; which is exactly what I could have gone to Amazing Lash and paid and had them done right (I have an appointment with them at 11am tomorrow morning). She used cheap Ardell plastic lashes and glued them too thick and too close to my lash line. They were touching my skin so every time I blinked or touched them, it hurt. I had to get them off, it was so uncomfortable. The tech at ALS said the remover usually takes 5-10 minutes and the lashes should just slide right off - it took her an hour to remove these! I do not recommend this place - I hate to give bad reviews, but people need to be warned and aware. read more
