This place is the worst place to get you eyebrows threaded and tented they made me hold my own eye so they can thread my brows they gave them and oval shape even though my brows are clearly square then they are both super thick, dark and uneven one brow was longer than the other and the other brow was thicker than the other then they lied to me and said they looked good but as soon as I walked out people were laughing at me and I was humiliated I called my friends and showed them and they said I look like a clown and it looks like a toddler colored my eyebrows with a sharpie and then they didn't want to give me a refund and they had an attitude when I asked them politely to fix them and then they didn't even fix them they still look the same I'm very disappointed do not ever come here and save you money and eyebrow read more

I went this past Saturday and had my eyebrows threaded. It was a busy day so I decided to to try a new lady, big mistake.My eyeb burned after she was done but it wasn't til I got into my truck that I saw that I was bleeding. She cut me very bad and my brows aren't nothing like what I wanted. I don't like thin brows and asked her to clean me up. Very disappointed read more

I have been coming here for over a year. No matter where I go or who does my eyebrows. I ALWAYS come back because no one does them better than the ladies here. I always request the lady to the right of the cash register. They are pretty busy so there is usually a wait, but it's worth it. I'm still surprised that they charge $5!!!!!! But I am not complaining!!! I have not gotten anything else done there. I could only speak of eyebrow threading, but as far as eyebrow threading I 100% recommend you going there. read more

The lady (really dark skin tone, big eyes, and horrible attitude) did my eyebrows and she made me bleed on both eyes. When her coworker spoke to her in her own language, not being able to understand what she said... the lady who did my eyebrows said, "At least she got something." If I were to guess what her coworker said it would be "she came in to get her eyebrows done not for you to make her bleed." Apart from that, she was in a hurry. She made me feel more pain on my left eyebrow, which is the eyebrow she made me bleed the most giving me 2 cuts, 3 in total (1 on my right eye). On top of that, she was going too fast. Like she didn't care about being gentle. I don't like how my eyebrows came out. Ankita usually does my eyebrows and now I know why I never switch eyebrows stylist. I trusted someone else & they hurt me as well as disappointed me by doing my eyebrows bad. read more

I'd go back for the eyebrow threading service. I got an older lady (forgot to ask her name). I only wanted to get my eyebrows cleaned up and a bit evened out. I have a natural arch only on one side and some ladies tend to emphasize that, but obviously it doesn't match the other side, so I get uneven eyebrows lol. When I told the lady about it to please just match my eyebrows, don't arch the one eyebrow, she did just that. The lady was fast and got the job done as I've requested. I will be coming back to her. read more

I come here once a month and they usually leave me with great eyebrows. Sadly this lady, I have no nice words for her. She took off a huge chunk of my eyebrows and left them looking so ugly. One is thinner than the other, looks ridiculous. After I told her how horrible they were and how she made them uneven, she's like oh sorry nothing I can do. Well, duh, you already screwed up my eyebrows and ruined them so what the heck can you fix. But that wasn't the worst part, she rubbed her nose, didn't clean her hands and went back to doing my eyebrows and coughing near my face. Look how bad this is. Gross I went and paid. Why should I tip someone like her. At least train her to do better. read more

I went to this salon to do my eyebrows Religiously I'm talking about every 2 weeks without a miss. I would always wait for Jazmine in the beginning but after she stopped going in and hired other people, I never let anyone touch my eyebrows but Kalmini ( not sure is that's the right spelling ) anyway. she was the best !! My 4 daughters now are teens so they get their eyebrows done there as well. We always loved going and left feeling beautiful...KAMINI ALWAYS had a waiting of A LONG WAIT LINE BC EVERYONE LOVED HER. She was amazing . but after she quit the older ladies there ALWAYS look upset. im not sure why it might be that they don't like us but they always did a crappy job. this last time was the LAST STRAW. the older lady took ok too much from the uni-brow area and my eyebrows looked apart. they were butchered bc she made them so thin at the end and why did I still have hair on the bottom?????? I was bleeding from her being so tough. after I went to look for my daughter who went to use the rr tell her not to go with her but I couldnt find her until she was already on the ladies chair done.. my daughter looks in the mirror and starts to cry. they were so thin. super thin. she had thick eye brows that she worked hard growing. she was crying bc she has school next week. cheer photos this weekend. we were so upset that I called Jazmine and she made excuses her this lady. Saying she's worked there years. And refused to give us a refund. Unless you want to get your eyebrow messed up don't go there. I will never go there again and I will always advise EVERYONE NOT TO GO THERE EVER !!!! read more

Sooooooo guys let me tell y'all I've been going to this business for 6years+ Always friendly, always helpful, and always get my brows right for the greatest price. Just because it's $4.99 doesn't mean there's quality. They're the prime example of great prices and even greater work. These ladies all treat me like family since the very beginning my whole family comes here and we travel 15-20 mins. I've tried going elsewhere for distance and convenience not only was it extremely expensive ($9-$14) they always either mess up or leave them super thin. I hope you guys get to experience this place. Weekends are the busiest but believe me when I say WORTH the wait, WORTH the drive. read more

This was my second time coming here and today was a total disappointment. The lady in yellow messed up my eyebrow and she took off a chunk of hair. I specifically told her I just need a touch up and please don't make them thin. When I told her my eyebrows wrrr messes up she said I had to pay that my eyebrows look okay. 2 other people told me they were messes up but the lady made me pay. I was so upset I will not be coming back. Do not go with that lady she was very rude and didn't seem to care as long as she got paid. read more

Okay eyelashes extensions.. but not great quality... plus i can't get one of the lashes off.. I've washed then really well everyday and it's just stuck there... so to pull it off I have to pull of my own eyelashes.. do not come here ever for lash extensions.. I've lost so many eyelashes due to their extensions.. read more

I decided last minute I needed my brows threaded and had a few minutes. Found this place through a Google search and decided to try it out. First time it was hard to find because I had never been to the Pica Pica Plaza or knew that it was inside there. They were very prompt to take me and sit me down. I was in and out in just minutes. All of the ladies are so nice, great at what they do and fast! Not to mention it's $4.99. I remembered them again today as I was passing through the area and paid them a visit. Would highly recommend Jasmines to anyone! Price, location, convenience, quality. So glad to have found them! read more

I had such a fucken bad experience here yesterday excuse my profanity but the female that did my "eyelash lift" did not know what she was doing she made my left eyelash descent right at my liking , but my right eyelash on the other side, does not have a lift whatsoever I am very disappointed I am never going here ever again!! I high recommend that nobody goes here worst work place ever and especially since some lady that works there is rude to the customers, and the same exact woman was yelling at the customers too, I hope they shut this place down, because they got me over here looking like a fucken damn clown. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. They are ROUGH and very careless. Other place I've been to will apply a toner after to treat the skin and they didn't do that. I got my eyebrows done here and they left a bunch of hair on my brows. They weren't clean and smooth (the edges). They also left hair all over my face lmao usually the lady will wipe it off your face. Won't be coming here again. Also, they are not very sanitary. Go somewhere else!!! read more

I went for the first time yesterday, with the younger woman on the left. Simply said I wanted a clean up and DID NOT want them thin. She proceeded to only thread the bottom of my right brow, and make my left brow sooo thin completely wrecking my natural brow shape. She then handed me the mirror as if she was done saying the left brow was so thin because I had less hair. I've been getting my brows threaded for years with the same amount of eyebrow hair i came in with and never had someone destroy my shape before, she had just excuses. I told her she hadn't threaded the top part of my right now then proceeded to ask if I wanted her to do it?? I've been getting my brows threaded for years in Dallas, never had someone think they are down by only threading half my brows. Beware. read more

The work that they do is pretty good for $5 honestly. I went back a second time however and service was absolutely horrible. 1. They have a number machine you pull from but the problem is they don't go in order. I pulled number 35 and waited and waited and saw people just come sit down with no number at all and get serviced before me SEVERAL times. When I spoke up and asked did they call my number I was given an ugly look from the blonde with the accent and told no. They don't call anyone in order so honestly don't even bother pulling a ticket, it seems like you'll be better off just sitting down and letting them choose if they want to call you to the chair or not. 2. The workers here look absolutely miserable. There's no smile. They walk around like zombies and look like they just don't want to be there. It kind of ruins your mood and your whole experience. 3. A different lady did my eyebrows today , of Indian descent and I simply asked for the angled with a high arch. When she's done she tells me one eyebrow will be shorter than the other. Sure enough she hands me the mirror and one eyebrow is shorter than the other and isn't even arched the same as the other side. The Hispanic blonde who did mine last did a GREAT job so I definitely know who to have do my brows if I go back and who not to. All in all their work is good, if only their work ethics were up to par this would be the number one threading spot in San Antonio. Hopefully they read his and take notes read more

I came this past week for the first time ever and omgg the lady who did my brows was quick (less than 5 minutes) and my brows looked so amazing afterwards!!! Lol, she didn't ask me how I wanted them or anything at all...but she kept my natural shape which is what I wanted so I loved my experience (: There was about 5-7 other girls in front of me but the wait was less than 20 minutes. The staff takes your temperature before and gives you hand sanitizer before you sit down to get your brows done. They also wiped/sprayed down the seats between each client. It was only $5 for the threading so I was hesitant to come...other places I've gone to charge $12-$15 for eyebrow threading and they take 12-20 minutes and still leave stray hairs that I need to pluck out after but these ladies were fantastic!!!! I will definitely be back c: read more

I went to get my eyebrows threaded since my original eyebrow lady was closed due to a family emergency. I thought I found a new spot since the reviews were so good well I was completely wrong. One of my eyebrows was shorter than the other and the other eyebrow was more arched than it needed to be. I definitely will not be coming back next time I won't be impatient thinking anyone can thread eyebrows. I rather have Oscar the grouch eyebrows then to have messed up ones. read more

It would have been fine if the lady threading my eyebrows wasn't overly invested in a television show. She pinched me over and over. One eyebrow is thicker than the other. And if I hadn't applied Neosporin right away.... My eyebrow area would be messed up right now. read more

Update: I've been getting my eyebrows done here for a little over a year and I LOVE this place. The ladies are all very friendly. My regular lady is Ankita. We chat and have a nice time while she does my eyebrows, and always remembers everything I tell her from my previous visits. So so sweet and kind! I know I'll never be disappointed, I don't even need to look in the mirror to know that she did an amazing job. I go about once a month or every other month and I always look forward to it. read more

I have had my nails done since the 80's. I have never had an issue like this. The woman had a huge attitude also. As I suspected, she deliberately shorted the nails so I would return sooner. In the many years I have had my nails done, I have had them last 6 weeks, usually 8 before a redo. My nails just do not grow. Here it is 3 weeks, and these are lifting. No, not on your life would I ever return to this place. 1. attitude. The woman was outright rude to me, ordering that I control the kids. They are not my kids 2. refusing to do an adequate job, Arrogant attitude when I asked about what she was doing. and 3. Price! $76!!! I am furious. I feel cheated. And yes, I am going anywhere else but here!

She missed a lot of the steps through the pedi process, she didn't file my nails only cut them and VERY SHORT and uneven, she didn't file the bottom of my feet or use the purple rock thing that they use. Then when she painted my nails, she left so many specs of polish everywhere at the end I had to ask for the brush myself with little bit of remover and I cleaned them up myself. It was horrible experience. I'll gladly find a new nail shop.

I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here. the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else. ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us. as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went.

I've been trying different places for the past two years and I just wasn't impressed with the quality of work. I'm glad that I turned to the guidance of my fellow yelpers! They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work! Not only was she very skilled and talented with her work, she was also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can happily say that I have finally found my new nail place! Thanks Trisha for the beautiful job! I can't wait to show off the cute design that you did! I'll definitely be back!
