TLDR; GREAT PRICE & FAST SERVICE MY girlfriend & I went in so that her brows could be cleaned up a little since moving to SA since she hadn't found a place to thread her brows. Overall, she was satisfied with the service and overall experience. She says her brows are definitely sisters not twins but I think the thread tech did a phenomenal job. They also offer tinting of the brows and other services as well. Only reason they got four stars is because she didn't sanitize the seat between guests. read more

Came here to get my eyebrows threaded and get an eyebrow tint I chose henna and the lady rushed the entire process she left them very blocky and the shape was very off. I am very disappointed especially after she told me I had to pay before the final product was finished, I even left a good tip. Will not be coming back. read more

Took my son and daughter to get their eye brows threaded on Thursday April 18. The woman did not greet "Hello" and was attempting to be quick with no pride in work. She was wearing a white shirt and denim trousers. When she claimed to be finished one brow was thinner than the other. When I told her about this and requested that she fix it she made a sound of frustration with an arrogant facial expression. This was the first time seeing her at this salon. I could make many critical remarks about this person. However, I choose not to and rate this experience as a Zero-Star. To assist you with who she is...The owner is much pleasant and always has a 5 star rating from us. My normal eyebrow lady isn't open on Mondays, so I decided to try this place. I went in with two even brows, walked out with one brow missing the top part and the other cut to a very short length. At first glance, I thought it looked good cause she rushed me out of the seat but when I got to my car I realized how stupid I looked. Save your brows, go somewhere else. read more

This lady rushed to do my eyebrows. Cut half my eyebrows off and made me bleed. Her breathe smelled bad. No one was even there.... what was the rush? Now I look like a freakin chola! Now i have to wait for a whole month for it to grow back. Giving my service to Northstar and Southpark instead. I don't recommend going here if you have a special occasion. read more

Went here to get my eyebrows tinted because I was tired of using a brow pencil every morning. I have very light hair (red), when I got there the lady said they had light brown, brown, or dark. First red flag should have been that she was willing to do such dark eyebrows on me since I am so fair. I figured light brown would work since it was their lightest. She asked if this was my first time getting it done and I said yes. She applied it with a brush that was similar to a paint brush (second red flag) and after applying it made me get out of the chair looking all crazy in front of other customers. There was another chair she could have put the other customer in. After my time was up she wiped my brows off and showed me them. I was upset with what I was looking at. She has obviously applied this tint before and should have known light brown was still going to be too dark for me. When I told her it was too dark she said it wasn't... and to go home and wash it a few times to lighten it. I went home and immediately washed my brows but still looked the same. I will not be going back and may have to spend more money to get someone else to fix it. I thought a brow place was the right choice to get this sort of thing done but I was wrong. read more

I was initially scared to go in because of the reviews, but they did a really good job! She asked me if my eyebrows looked good and I asked her to remove a few hairs about it and she was very kind unlike other places where they seem annoyed because of it. Super fast as well, walked in and walked right out. They also trim your eyebrows btw I know some places don't do that. read more

I've been here twice and I didn't like the way my eyebrows turned out either time. I shouldn't have went back after the first time. My eyebrows came out to thin, too much was taken off and one was thinner than the other. This place charged $5 the first time and that's why I went back the second time being the cheapo that I am. The second time I went it was $7.99. Save your money. North Star has a membership with unlimited brow service for only $10 a month and the woman there is more experienced. read more

So horrible, they don't even take there time or know what a clean up means. Tried to give them another chance but no never again, I had full eyebrows now they are uneven & thin. SMH better off at pica pica for $5 read more
