Vendor has a 48-hour cancellation policy that says you will be charged if you don't notify of cancellation two days in advance. Apparently, that same professionalism/courtesy doesn't apply to his clientele with a less than 1/2 day notice.

I was honestly too embarrassed to say anything at the time, but I now feel it's important to bring attention to it. I'm not posting this to be malicious or to hurt the business. I genuinely loved coming here and had many positive experiences over the years. However, salons have a responsibility to maintain strict sanitation practices, and I hope this encourages the salon to take a closer look at how their equipment and tools are cleaned between clients so that something like this can hopefully be prevented from happening to anyone else.
