I've never had an experience where there was clumps of wax left on every area treated. I was told the "wax beads" would come off in the shower. This treatment was done at the beginning of the day and going home afterwards was not an option. The feel of wax on my skin is not a comfortable feeling. Also, I wasn't given any clear care instructions after the service. I'm hoping this was a one off and that I don't experience this particular issue again.

What's crazy is that it didn't hurt as much as getting waxed at another spot and I think it's because the wax queen v is using more softer wax, I don't know how to explain. It felt like the wax melts better on the skin when pulling out the hairs it doesn't feel like torture.
