I got them waxed and tinted. unfortunately a few hours later I began to have a sever allergic reaction underneath my eyebrows. it's day three after service & had to go to urgent care because of how blistered, irritated and swollen my eyebrows and eye lids became. I don't write reviews, but I had to after this experience. First time coming to this place and I have to say I absolutely will NOT be back! It was like I was being tortured receiving my Lash Lift. The person was overly rough with my eyes. Felt like she was trying to poke my eyes out literally! She did this multiple times. Then at the end she aggressively rubbed under my eyes and eye lids. Then moving on to scraping my eye and eyelid with the lash spooly. I came to pamper myself and left traumatized. My lashes look great, but the treatment was Extremely rough! I now have broken blood vessels in my eyes. read more

I got my eye brows and eyelashes done here the 17 of January and it was supposed to be the 16 but after setting an appointment they canceled an hour before it .they did my eyebrows first and they cut my eyebrow wayy to short and even cut my actual skin on the same eyebrow and left me with scabs under.I then proceeded to get my eyelashes done with a short/medium full look and by the 21st there were all off along with my natural eyelashes.When I reached out for compensation of this they took a week to respond and didn't even offer an compensation jt is completely ridiculous .DO NOT GO HERE .I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING . read more

Terrible service. I got my eyebrows done and I wanted to get eyelash extensions, but the lady working said she had an appointment that would take 30min around 7pm. Keep in mind the hours say it is open until 9. I come back at 8:15 pm and this girl says she's going home. I'm like yeah your hours say you're open until 9. Meanwhile homegirl is just sitting on the phone, and says she's tired. Bitch I'm in the military you can't tell me tired. Worst service. Hands down. read more

My daughter & I both had appointments, I had my eyebrows threaded & tinted which turned out good, but I had my eyelashes lifted & tinted & was very displeased. I had long eyelashes top & bottom. My bottom lashes were burned off with whatever solution they used & my eye lids were burned as well. My daughter had lash extensions some & they were done so poorly they looked bad and the end closest to her eyes were poking her in the eyes. E had to remove them within 2 days. read more

I gave one star because otherwise I would not be able to post review, with that being said, this place doesn't deserve not even one star, had eyelash lifting done & my eyes were badly burning especially the right one (redness) my eyelids are still swollen, hurt. Eyelashes are all extremely bend to the point they look like they are stuck to my eyelids, bad results for my daughter too, she got them done with me. Please don't go there. They had us sitting down with eyes shut for over an hour. read more
