I would just like to start off by saying that Jen is amazing!!! When I first booked my appointment, I was a little nervous because I am a pretty natural girl. I do the bare minimum when I do my makeup (mascara, eyebrows, and chapstick.) because I am 1. Too lazy, and 2. I HATE the way things feel on my face. I don't like the feeling of makeup or heavy lashes on my face what so ever. I had a little bit of hesitation in the back of my mind because I was afraid they would be big and make me look silly since I don't wear much, but I had heard so many great things about Lash out loud that I had to see for myself. Jen was super welcoming from the second I walked in. We instantly clicked. The process was painless and relaxing. We carried on a great conversation the entire time, and then, it was time to see my lashes. And let me just say, I am still in AWE!! They look amazing!! And they feel sooo good on my face. I recently moved to San Antonio and was looking for someone I can trust to color and cut my hair like my hairdresser did in Honolulu for so many years...I walked into a similar beauty shop, however, was dissatisfied with my haircut and color when I walked out. I was referred to Jenn at Lash Out Loud a couple of months ago...I had shoulder-length hair and asked Jenn for her professional advice on a shorter hair style and color...she did an awesome job and I absolutely loved my new hair style and color...I received so many compliments. Today, I went back to Jenn to get my highlights...she again did an awesome job at picking the highlight to blend in with my hair color...she also shaped and tinted my eyebrows, which made my brows look fuller than it was before...I absolutely loved what she did today! Yay my favorite Lash girl!! I'm booking my appointment in San Antonio. I miss Jenn! She's done my lashes for almost a year prior to relocating. I would recommend her without hesitation. She is both professional and talented. My lashes were ALWAYS fabulous. I can't stress how much I actually miss her doing my lashes. They haven't been the same. Just reading a few other reviews, Sandra, I actually have an allergy to the adhesive. However, I take 50mg of Bendryl an hour prior and 25 mg after my appointment. My allergy is fairly mild, I get watery eyes, runny nose, sneezing and congestion. The Bendryl and Affrin knocks it out in less than two days. I would ask your physician what will work best for you depending on your reaction since everyone reaction can be different. It seems like you're blaming Jenn for an allergic reaction. Jenn is AMAZING!!! Before I found Jenn I had lashes for about 6 months and then the woman who did them left the area. I wanted to find someone who was skillful and mindful of what I really wanted. I am so lucky to have found someone who does just that. I am very particular with how I want my lashes to look and Jenn has surpassed my expectations. She's been so kind and professional. Here studio space is clean, inviting and relaxing. I've had no issues whatsoever and often get compliments on how natural my lashes look. Also, I'm not sure if other women have experienced this but my lashes from another artist have felt heavy and bothersome. However, with Jenn my lashes feel very light, as if I don't have anything on them and they are very comfortable. Jenn is amazing! She is not only super kind and gentle, but incredibly talented! like .. WOW! I have been having lash extensions for over 12 years now religiously and I flatly refuse to have anyone except my lash stylist in my home town touch my lashes ( have had terrible experiences!) . When I first went to her I had lashes missing (stupid eyelash curler) and she made my lashes look so beautiful and recommended a serum to even keep my real lashes underneath healthy! Jenn's salon is very nice, clean, and peaceful. I've been getting my eyelashes done for awhile now and 100% recommend her. I'm in love with my lashes. I asked for long individuals. I got what I asked for. The setting was very comfortable and to mention the chair omg, very nice.
