Friendly and talkative. Did a terrible job on my brows. She did not shape them to match so each one was a different shape. Also I asked for her not to fill them in as I never do and wanted to see what they would look like I wear them everyday. She wanted to argue and insist on filling them in only for me to walk outside and wipe the fill off to find indeed the brows looked terrible. Even the fill looked bad per the pictures. Top picture before I went in, 2nd picture with fill in and 3rd picture with fill wiped off. As you can see the shape is off, one is fuller then the other. It doesn't look clean at all. How can any brow artist allow someone to walk out of their establishment looking like this is beyond me. The fact she had to push the fill even after I asked her not to was poor customer service. Also you have to sign a paper stating if you did special facials you should advise them. Um that might have been something good to know BEFORE driving all the way to the appointment so poor communication and information on that. Also she is located inside a salon which would have been helpful to know not being familiar with the area. Also I asked about tinting as my previous brow person in another state used to do it for me. She basically told me it wouldn't even last a week and not worth it. Now I have done it before and has lasted 3-4 weeks so either she was bs'ing me or she is just not knowledgeable enough about brow products to carry the right one for her clients. Well fast forward a few years later I am 24 and I have found her! She is the nicest and sweetest person you will meet. You tell her the shape you desire for your brows and she will always give you suggestions so you get the results you want. She does amazing work my brows are literally perfect I am so obsessed. I have been through a few brow stylists and let me say no one has defined my brows and shaped them so perfect the way Giana has. I had an appointment that I was running late for, but only because my car's AC broke and had to take it to the shop so had to get my husband to take me, so on my way there, I texted to say I was running late. The lady was rude and said I was late and running into her other scheduled appointments and she couldn't see me now but would also charge me $25. I get it!! You're running a business and time is money but providing good customer service is also very important. So in my opinion, you're not about the customer, you're just simply about the money. Incredibly rude. Tried to get me to sign a waiver for waxing, which I wouldn't do bc I use a retinoid. She used wax anyway and ripped off my skin! I was interested in brow tinting because, in error, I spent too many years overplucking and my eyebrows grow at a snail's pace. Had my first visit yesterday afternoon. First of all, her salon is cute, chic, and super clean! This was my first time there- she greeted me as if I was an old friend that she sees on a regular basis. I told her that I was interested in the brow tinting and she was very honest and explained that due to me being a brunette, I wouldn't get lasting results and she didn't want me to spend money under false pretenses. I appreciated her honesty. She waxed them and cleaned up them really well. She also showed me how to fill them in. Before visiting her, it was taking me about 10 minutes to do my brows every morning. My eyebrows look amazing and have given some brightness to my face! This morning, I did exactly as she instructed me to and it took me 2 minutes!
