Walked in on a Sunday morning and only had to wait about 5 mins for a gel pedi. Cindy did my service but all the employees I encountered were polite. There were plenty of refreshments available and I opted for red wine. An employee offered me a second glass when I was done with my first as well. There were many types of pedicures and I requested the lavender pedicure with gel add on ($20). I feel like that price is typical with similar salons. Cindy was attentive and thorough and made sure I was comfortable with each step in the service. I got white French design and before curing she made sure I was happy with the results. It's been two weeks and the gel is still in good shape. I was pleased with the service and will be back. I only took one star off because I don't think they have a large enough selection of gel colors. read more

I was greeted immediately by courteous and helpful employees and did not have to wait for more than a few minutes to my tired feet into THE most relaxing pedicure I have ever had. Daisy provided full, friendly, and attentive service with beautiful a presentation, and plenty of refreshments offered. I got my wedding nails done here by Triss and I've never been so happy with my nails! I got builder gel with a French tip and a regular pedicure. I have never had such a detailed and thorough manicure and pedicure. Everything turned out perfect and I say this as a perfectionist. Walked in and said I have a 100$ gift card and want nails and toes done and asked for a quote, the receptionist literally laughed and said nails and Toes for 100$? Then after I agreed on just the nails we started and granted i didn't like the length so I asked to restart with a longer length, she said "don't do this next time" , then as we were almost complete the part of the French tips were literally see through , so I said "are we done with the color ?" And she said yes and I said can we please Do another coat you cant see all the color streaks and she laughed out of annoyance and said "is there anything else maam? Anything else you want before we're done" and I said no I just want the coat to not be see through please. When we completed she said all done and didn't walk me up to checkout or anything . I went here January 7, 2026 to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure. Tina was providing the pedicure and was rough. I told her to be more gentle. When she was working on my left big toe she went in too deep with the metal tool and hurt the skin. I told them right away about it. The pedicure continued and I paid $95.72 for the service. That evening my left big toe was red and hot and itchy. I went to the doctor the next day and they said I had a bacterial infection from the pedicure and they prescribed me antibiotics and ointments to put on that toe. The visit to doctor was $25. I had to take a Cephalexin twice a day and use Mupirocin ointment on my toe. I opened a claim with my bank and D'lano refused to refund me. So not only did they give me a bacterial infection, they refused to refund my money $95.72 for a pedicure that was not enjoying and gave me such a headache to deal with. I will not be returning here and I will make sure to let others know about the service I received here. D'lano has yet to refund me or make this right. read more

Pedicure for four: they did an amazing job! Would totally go back again. Manicure for one: amazing! My little girl loved it! Acrylic for three: my two older girls loved theirs. Mine was horrible. Literally argued with tech abt what shape is coffin shape. After a few I just told him to finish it. That's when he started going super slow... we got there at 2:45, and at almost 545 I got up paid and left. I told the people in the front that I argued with the guy on what coffin is; show the guy my nail and how dis-satisfy I was and he did seem to not care. I told the front desk that I wanted coffin and I got square... told them abt having to argue with the tech abt this... I had to go to another salon for them to fix this. Please see attached pictures. Don't know where to begin - made an appointment for noon, and at 11:50, they called to reschedule for 1:30 (well, she was already there, sorry, but no) - they gave my daughter the option to wait 30 minutes to be seen by someone else. Well, after 2 hours with another person - not only did she not get what she wanted, but they cut her several times (with no regard for decency), left her nails rough to the touch, and charged her more than what they quoted the night before when we were there - this is a sign of poor management. Disclaimer - yesterday, we got pedicures, and they were excellent (per the manager, we made an appointment with Monica for a full set) - after all that they up-charged her and then gave her 10% off. My nails took forever, but this was my first experience requesting the tap gel so I have nothing to compare it to. I requested an almond shape and these are definitely not as perfect of an almond shape I'm used to. The gel at the base of my nails did not look like it was in line with my actual nail and when I pointed that out, Jimmy stated he would file and fix it. My nails looked ok in the salon, not as perfect as I prefer but whatever, I had been there forever and so I paid and left. Once I got into the car, in the sunlight, I saw how bad they look. They're embarrassing! It looks like I did them myself and did a bad job at that! I truly hate for anyone to look at my nails and can't wait until they grow out some and I can get them fixed somewhere else. I will not return to this salon and will warn all my family and friends in the area to steer clear. Update: I stand by this negative review. Called to ask for these to be removed and refunded as I don't think this salon is a good fit for my expectations based of my previous experiences. Was told by Cara they won't do that but they would soak off and remove and redo and was rescheduled for Saturday at 11 am with Heather as that is the soonest I can come in and I was given an appointment with heather since she is supposed to be their best tech who never has complaints per Cara. Show up Saturday at 10:30, told I would have to wait since Heather was busy. At 11:30, I was sat down to soak my nails off with another tech, NOT heather. Immediately, my finger was cut with the drill. I spoke with Donny again at this point stating again, I just don't want a new set, u don't think this is going to work and I would prefer a refund. I'd like to point out, prior to Donny coming to speak with me, he told another customer he needed a Tylenol as his head was spinning? WTF kind of customer service?! He also tried to throw in my face it had been a week and heather wasn't an available to redo as she had back to back customers. So why did I make an appointment for 11 with heather if it was now 48 minutes past? I'd been there over an hour at this point, wasted 2 Saturdays of my life to not have nails? I guess since I raised my voice so loud at the front, I was given a cash refund. This is our new favorite place!! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, we had a great time! I showed Heather a picture of what I was looking for sure and she said she could definitely do that and to take a seat, she pushed in the chair for me! She was very sweet and confident in her abilities and I felt reassured bc I know nail designs are difficult to learn. But I can tell Heather puts a lot of time and passion into her artwork bc I saw some of her other work and I was blown away with how amazing it was! My mother in law got a pedicure and her nail tech was really great also and shared with us new trends they can also do!! They also offered us complimentary drinks! Not only was the full set and pedicure done amazingly, their service was very outstanding! I stopped by on their soft opening to get a manicure on Saturday and I had the most wonderful experience. The salon was very clean and beautifully set up. I requested Bianca to do my manicure and she was very professional, helpful, friendly and detail oriented. She helped me decide that the men's sports manicure was the best choice for me, and it honestly was with the pain relieving oil and the hot stone hand massage.
