The lady that did my treatment said she gives a lifetime guarantee on them that they won't come back. If they happen to come back she will remove free of charg. Almost a year later I had 2 comeback that were the ones that bugged me in the first place. I called and texted her to tell her that I was doing a follow up for previous skin tags removals she never said anything except to go ahead an come in because she only goes by appts fair enough. She told me to be there by 1:30 she didn't show up till almost 30 min later. Once she arrived she told me impossible that she has been removing skin tags for many years a not one has ever come back. she went on to say that she always takes pictures and sends to customers. She never took a picture and at the moment I couldn't find the one I took once home. I went on to tell her that that one came back and she said no that she would charge me $45 and do some small ones I had free of charge! That was not free it's was $45 I told her we came to her on referral and after she did my skin tag my husband even came to do his and charged him a pretty penny. People it was 1 skin tag. she could've done it and not charged me but she refused and at the end I paid the $45. I should've walked out but the skin tag was bothering me and I figured what the heck. I did find the photo and you guys it was one she removed!! This lady doesn't keep her word she's very unprofessional. To add insult to injury she told me it must be genetics because I mentioned that some of my mother in laws also came back!! How is that genetics. I also feel this time around since I was complaining she kinda burned me. I don't recall them looking like this the last time. If Google let me I'll post pictures. This lady works out of 20 shops around town so she's not limited to this one.
