This establishment was one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. The customer service was terrible. Three of us went in to get pedicures one male two women. Both women got the same service which was the paraffin wax pedicure. The male was given a men's menu and was only given one option and it was $50 on the male they brought out a tray with four different cream/sugar. One sugar was dumped into the water. The other sugar was scrubbed on the legs. Two lotions were also included. The lotions were not rubbed onto legs and was actually discarded instead of used so only half service was provided to the male. The two women that got the same service one was partially satisfied with their servicing some rough skin was left behind, but figured it would be okay and didn't bring it up. The other female was completed last and wasn't given the same services as the other woman even though they selected the same pedicure package. The other woman did not receive any of the lotions or massages throughout the pedicure and left with having purchased shellac nails, still wet and smudging. Didn't notice until after the fact thinking well it's shellac should be dry. They sent us on our way and closed the salon just after we left. Called back today and they are not wanting to rectify the issue. Customer service has been terrible. Their vibes are off. Would definitely not recommend this establishment to any of my friends and family. read more

as a man I come with my wife so she has someone to talk to and I've been to multiple placas. this one is close to the hou so I thought I'd give it a try. I usually get the cheapest one so I can get the expesince. but they only offer $50 packages for men and I was happy to pay but I got half of the service as usual and a way shorter time period. she threw away half of the creams and I got less then my wife and she got the $43 services. the attmosphere was not good at all do not recommend this pleas. maybe it was lady but I do not recommend read more

I got full set acrylic nails with a simple design. I got black French tips and ended up ok; but the lady I had was rough and quiet. she cut my pinky and when I went to PAY IT COST $75 for a simple nail design and they are short almond shaped. Too many nail salons around town have thrown good customer service out the window. Not Lee Nail!! When you walk in you are greeted by the friendly, kind staff and not harshly spoken too as if you're inconveniencing them by showing up. Smiles and kind tones PLUS wonderful, quality service and skill is why I love this salon. I've had gel mani and pedi by Tony- the best pedi I've had in years. I left with my legs feeling like jelly I was so relaxed. Yesterday, I had my brows waxed and the sweetheart doing my brows actually knew what she was doing, being sure not to remove too much brow. Horrible experience every employee in their were dead sick no mask coughing and sneezing everywhere. They all had tissue cleaning their nose and touching customers hands. I told the manger at the front desk my concerns she yelled at me and rooled her eyes the most nasty customer service ive ever had. Ill never be go back. Not worth your money go else where. I would give no stars if possible, I took my mom to get my our nails down while we waiting for the oil to be changed in our car at the Walmart across the street. At first the nails looked Great, but upon further inspection they were bumpy and lumphy and missing chunks or powder and the nail artist did not want to accommodate to the size of nail I wanted (extra long conffin) so instead she pulled out extra long thin stiletto tips, charged me $20 extra and was very rude. Asking all types of personal questions like who was paying for the nails, what job did I do? Had I ever gotten them so long before? Did I have a regular salon? And why did I not go back to that one.. she would rather give me extra thin nails that were almost stiletto shaped than to start fresh with a new nail and shape it from the beginning. After going home one of my nails fell off the very same day without even being hit on anything. My mom called the manager and explain to her the situation, many other nails were also lifting, the manager offered to fix my nails for free. I went in the next day and the manager was very rough and very rude she was putting a lot of pressure on my nails on my original nails and she was not supporting the acrylic my thumb is bruised and one of my nails that came off it's bleeding underneath. I'm very dissatisfied I would not recommend this salon to anyone else unfortunately I wasted $85 on my set for it not to be done correctly the artist that I had Tracy was not helpful at all! Asked her opinion plenty of times because I chose a color that would look a little transparent and she would not help me with an opinion whatsoever, she told me to pick whatever I wanted and that she would do it for me even though she was not willing to start from the very beginning and shape the nail the way I wanted to so I ended up with super skinny practically stiletto shaped nails when that is not what I asked for and I paid $20 extra for that extra long shape. Everyone in the shop was judging me for getting my nails so long complaining that they were going to break easily or that I didn't know how to take care of them this is my first time visiting the shop however I have been to multiple other shops and have gotten my nails the exact same length and even longer and have never had an issue with my nails breaking off or lifting especially not the same day after getting them done I am 23 years old and they treated me like I was 10 acting like I didn't know what I was doing or what I was asking for I did not appreciate being treated like I didn't know what I was doing and would give this store/salon zero stars if possible do not come here you will leave extremely dissatisfied! I will be attaching a picture of my bruised thumb and I will also be attaching a picture of my building finger and I got these nails done on August 11 and then I got them fixed on August 12 now let me remind you that on the 12th when the Manager herself came to fix my nails and sand it down she practically refused to use more powder she wanted to keep sending down and sanding down until the date was gone when it was obvious Da Dip will not go away unless she filled it with powder and she didn't want to use any extra product I am very dissatisfied and very disappointed in my experience at the salon please do not waste your money do not go here go here. read more

Really nice and clean salon! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming with browns, reds, greens, and tans, versus sterile feeling. When I came they had elevator music playing so it added to the relaxing feeling. I found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. They engage in conversation and allow you to enjoy and relax in quite as well. The woman I worked with was reasonably fast and efficient. The services are extremely affordable with many upgrade options. So you can ball on a budget. **Update** - the polish used was low quality. I just got straight polish on both my manicure and pedicure and both did not last! The manicure lasted maybe 3 days - it chipped and you could very apparently see where only one coat was applied on each part of my nails. Generally, nail polish stays on my toes for-ev-errrrrr! And will chip like after a month - not this time haha. Again it was easily noticeable where only one coat of polish was applied and low-quality polish contributed to it not lasting. read more

I came here last week. I waited on my review since I wanted to see how my nails held up. I got manicure with chrome shellac nails. For chrome it's an additional $10. Total it came out to $40. First impression, it was not bad the area was clean, greeted kindly and offered water. The place has calm music playing which makes it very relaxing. I was immediately seated and an older gentleman attended to me. In the beginning, he did not soak my nails in water. He immediately began trimming my nails and then applied cuticle remover and proceeded with removing cuticles. I noticed he brought out sterile equipment to work on my nails, he got them out of one of those sterile packages. But as he worked on my nails I noticed that the equipment he was using to trim out excess skin on the sides of my nail had rust at the top. So what he was using wasn't sterile. Red flag I let it slide since he was pretty much almost done with the manicure. He starts painting my nails and he only does two fingers and sticks my hand under the UV light. Then works on the other hand. I thought it was weird. He could've just done my whole hand and then done the other. Felt like a waste of time having to put my hand under UV light multiple times. (I went to get my nails done before going into work my baaaaad). So while he is doing this he does more than two coats of gel polish and top coat. By then I thought it was too much since I didn't want them to come off thick. Red flag After all that is done is on to the chrome powder and top coat. He is applying it and when I put my hand under there is no UV light. I let him know and he just stares at me. I let it go. He does the other hand and again I inform him and he said that it's okay. Red flag Once he is done, nails look beautiful. He tells me to go wash my hands. I was about to go and another employee tells me not to. For him to just put cuticle oil and that's it. So he does that and applies lotion on my hands and arms. Well an hour later the chrome is coming off my nails. I payed $10 extra for it to come off within hours. Week later I just have the base color and it's barely starting to chip at the sides. Will I go back, well after realizing the equipment they use isn't sterile and it's rusted. I probably won't. The service is great and all but I'm not going to put myself at risk of infection. read more

Just moved to San Antonio and this was the closest nail salon to me so i decided to check it out. Very nice inside & clean. From a customer service stand point I would rate the person who did my pedicure a 5/5, but from a service standpoint I give it a 3. The shaping and massage was awesome but when it came to painting my toes, it just wasn't pretty. I got home and realized that my toes had messed up so I went back and the gentlemen was kind enough to fix it however it still didn't look amazing. If I were to come back it's not because of how great he did my pedicure but because of how I was treated. Might have to have someone else do my pedicure next time. :) read more

Literally the worst nail salon I've been to. Save yourself the money and time. The dip powder lasts three days and it starts to chip. I was getting a pedicure and when they painted my first toe I didn't like the color I asked to change it and they said "when you pick a color you need to make sure you like or you have to pay again bc it's not our fault you don't like it. The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard but I accepted, no use in arguing. But when I asked how we are suppose to be sure that we like a color that's inside a bottle before we put in on our nails and the lady looked at me blankly and didn't answer me. They made sure we left satisfied with our services. I got the hot stone pedicure and it is well worth the fee extra dollars for the experience and extra massage time. I came a year and a half when I was pregnant for a pedicure because I was on that side of town and it was great, affordable and really fast so I decided to come in again while I was around the neighborhood once again but for a fill this time around. As I walked in the host was VERY pushy towards me getting powder I told her no I just wanted a fill and with regular polish and so she walks me over to a section where they keep their powder samples I then repeated that I just wanted regular polish so she told me just to sit and wait. Well I was up next and I guess since I didn't agree to wanting powder she let another person go in front of me. She then sent me to a lady after THIRTY MINUTES of waiting. The host spoke with the lady and then came to me and asked to see my nails and she told me I couldn't get them filled in because they had grown out too much (mind you I only had them for 2 1/2 weeks) she said it was dangerous to get a fill because I could catch some sort of disease from water draping in. I told her they were barely grown out and they weren't even lifting. The lady then pushed down on my finger with a great amount of pressure to make the slightest "lift" and CUT THE NAIL WITH THE NAIL CLIPPER WITHOUT ASKING. So obviously no going back now. She ended up taking them allllll off and putting a brand new crappy set on all while suggesting that "powder would last longer". Now I've had these nails for 2 weeks as of yesterday and already one nail has come off completely and 2 others chipped within the first week! Mind y'all while she was clipping my nails a couple shots hit my face and she clipped my finger. This lady was not at all professional and I would have left to the original place I got them done at for a fill instead of staying there but I wasn't even given that option with how fast she clipped my nails with no permission. First time coming here and I'm impressed. This is one of the best shellac manicures I've gotten. A young girl (high school age, I didn't get her name) did my nails. I believe she may be the daughter or relative of the owner. She took her time and paid close attention to what she was doing. And she offered to give me three coats of shellac without my having to ask or fight her on it like I have to at other places I've been to. I felt comfortable the minute we walked in. Everyone appeared to enjoy their jobs and happy for us to be there. We had made reservations so the 3 of us could sit together. We did. Once seated, I noticed how they kept everything clean to include opening sealed packages of our individual utensils. Nice. What rubbed me wrong to rate a 4? The atmosphere. Looming over the zen infused decor, kindness, and music -- hung 6 or more big screen TVs airing 24/7 Spectrum news broadcasting death, hate, and stupidity -- death, hate, and stupidity over and over and over. I asked to change to HGTV or something. The woman taking care of me suggested I not look at it. Kinda hard to do when every station has a perfect view of one or more TVs. I need to find a nail salon that caters to women. I want to leave a nail salon and spa feeling wonderful and rejuvenated -- not leave sad about man's inhumanity towards man.
