My 8 year old daughter kept begging for a mommy-me time and wanted a pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately we had a birthday party to go to and therefore it was pretty late on a Saturday to find a place that was open. Most of the nail salons in SA closes at 7. I happened to stumble on this place and was hesitant because every nail salon isn't created equal, but they were open until 9!! Say what?! 9? That's amazing! We walked in and they had a number of nail techs readily available! They immediately sat and got to working on us! I opted for the Milk & Honey Pedicure and got my daughter the deluxe pedi cure and we both got shellac. The ladies were very kind, detailed and took their time. There was no rushing and they did a wonderful job!! My daughter also got a manicure with shellac as well with blue French tips! She's 8 going on 18. The young lady who worked on her was so patient even though I'm sure she was ready to go home! She still took her time and did a great job! I got a French tip for my toes and the lady who did them was very meticulous! My toes haven't looked better! My daughter said, "look how perfect they did my nails!" While we were there, 3 more people showed up! Maybe there should be a thing for late night spa treatments? lol! All of the ladies (some Spanish and Vietnamese speaking) were incredibly professional and worked hard! It was definitely a diverse groups of women! The place was clean and well kept in my opinion. My daughter and I will definitely be back! I would highly recommend this place! They listen to your needs and don't push anything on you like other nail salons do!! First time getting a pedicure at 1st nails. It was a great experience!! David was very detailed and throughout the pedicure he made sure it was done right! I have ingrown toenails and he took care of them without me even asking. Place was very clean. Went at 7:30 pm on Saturday evening and No Waiting!! Such a terrible experience, I went in they had no one there, she was complaining in the first place that she had an appointment the manager kept insisting, not her that I can get my nails done, finally she had no choice I knew I should've left when she started throwing things around and in the restroom mad waisting time instead of doing her job. It's been under new management. They speak English & Spanish here. They're really nice and friendly here. This lady was very nice to me and did such an amazing job! I love my toes! I would say booking an appointment is probably better. It does get busy and could be a long wait. Morning is best time for walk in. read more

Just got done here and left very in satisfied. I don't get my toes done often I don't like to but it's getting warm again so decided to get them done had a lot of anxiety and let the guy doing my toes to please please be gentle that I'm scared of pedicures. He nodded in agreement and said he would be gentle he cut 3 of my toes cuticles and left me with gel on my skin and when I asked to leave he said he would fix it but I didn't want to stay I just wanted to pay and get out also the pedicure it's self is just sloppy. :( read more

I went here because I was in the area and I needed to get my nails done before an event. It is very sloppy and uneven, and the paint started chipping within a few hours. Very disappointed I spent my hard earned $60 here. Do not recommend this place. I should have known because it looked very dirty. They need to clean their stations does not look like they clean their equipment before they work on a new client. read more

I went to get my nails done before my vacation and let's just say I left with tears in my eyes. The guy that did my nails rushed through it that it wasn't until he painted them did I notice that some of my nails were not the same length. As he painted my nails while I was getting a pedicure, the pedicure was a little harsh on my feet. There's no need to be aggressive with someone's feet. When I mentioned that the nails did not look identical the man tried to just shave the nail down to size and not file them before painting them again. The woman doing a pedicure said she would fix them but I could still tell that my nails looks terrible since one of the nails was angled up slightly. Although they gave me a discount I will not be going there again. read more

A-OK is the best way to describe this salon. It wasn't a bad experience but I wasn't blown away either. I got a pedicure here in Jan of '09. The nail tech did a good job on the pedicure itself but just not a great one. In her defense, I didn't notice any other women getting better treatment than I did. I think its just par for this salon. Like I said, no one was rude or unfriendly. They just didn't take it up to the next level to wow me or anyone else for that matter. read more

Well I definitely won't be going here again. The pedicurist was arrogant and made it a point to mock me because I didn't know when to put my feet in the water and when to pick them up.
