I had a really disappointing experience at Sienna Nails. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure combo, and things went downhill almost immediately. I picked out a color, only to be told they didn't have it. I asked if they carried OPI gel, and they said no--but then I clearly saw OPI gel available while I was looking. While I was trying to find a new color, one of the employees yelled at me to sit down, which already felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Then a man brought over a random color and insisted it was close to what I originally chose--it definitely was not. I eventually settled on a different color just to move things along. During the manicure, the technician cut my cuticle and didn't acknowledge it or do anything about it. Even worse, she suddenly stopped mid-service and said someone else would paint my nails, then walked away. No one came to finish the job, and there was confusion when I tried to explain that my manicure was already done and just needed polish. To top it off, I was charged an extra $15 because a second technician had to finish painting my nails--something that should have been included from the start. Overall, the service was disorganized, unprofessional, and careless. I will not be returning. read more

Literally have been going here since they opened and never have been charged that much. I wish I noticed and spoke up about how outrageous that price was. Bad. The guy that did my feet was nice and that service was done well but the service for my hands was absolutely terrible. Asked for gel x and the guy so clearly didn't know how to do it. If you don't know how to do it don't put it on your service. Didn't even try to prep my nails before putting them on causing bubbles. Didn't even measure to see if my nails were the same. Asked for French tip and he told me he could only do the base color (a transparent pink) one layer which practically covers nothing once and that layer was painted on so terribly and uneven. Basically made it seem like since I wanted gel x I could not have good looking French tips. Told him I would leave without the color and to remove it and was still charged $50. As they claim they do not do refunds. They give everyone different prices as to when my friend called and asked they gave her cheaper price. read more

I came with my mother , we were walk ins and were sat after we picked our colors. We enjoyed the experience and the beautiful salon. We were offered complimentary drinks like soda and water. We both wanted pedicures and acrylic nails. There was one issue with a nail paint , however I brought my concern to the tech and he had no issue retouching my nails. ***STAY AWAY *** So I've had a pedicure, a full set & a fill done here & EVERY single time there has been an issue. First, the gel polish on my pedicure literally slid off my big toe within 3 days (they did fix it, but I've never ever had this happen before). Second, the full sets polish chipped within a day (again gel polish) and they fixed it. This last time when I got a fill not only has the gel polish chipped but the nails have started to lift within 6days!! Listen I've been having my nails done for over 20yrs and this has never happened! They do offer to fix it which is why I'm giving them 2 stars! I called and was told "we don't guarantee fills bc of the powder may not be as strong- Tom" which to me is ridiculous. Fills usually last at the very least 2.5weeks at my old place they would last 4weeks but I tried this place out bc I just moved to the area and didn't want to drive 30min to my old place but having to go back each time has cost me more time in the long run. Also, NOTE that these reviews are not genuine we are asked to give them 5 stars in order to get the discount they advertise but once you're there they tell you they will only give it to you if they see the 5star review! Nice place. Service is ok. However, I was very disappointed because there's a huge bar in the center of the place and NO one knows how to make a drink. I was expecting to pay for the full experience but, instead they brought us water and generic snacks. We Definitely did not receive what we paid for $200 for pedi and $20 extra for gel. It's way too expensive and not worth the high prices. I was going to get mani/pedi but ended up canceling the mani as a result. Unfortunately, I Will not return. I usually do not do this at all and I feel terrible that I tried speaking up about my concern and was brushed off. I came in for a mani pedi. Refill on acrylic. i was asked to selected the color for my pedi. I was in call with my friend bc I wanted a pinky neutral cat eye for my toes. She precheck it was pinky because I am color blind. She said it was pinky the one I picked The man who did my pedicure was very detailed and careful and I was grateful. however when I got back home they were not the color at all that I had picked prior except a murky grey cat eye (informed by my roomate). Now my manicure service. I came in for a refill happy with the length of my grown out nails. I stated I wanted the same color of my refill. Didn't want the French tip just the base color. Keep the shape and length. Easy. They couldn't find my refill color but I was okay if they used any coose color because I didn't want them to go the extra step if they couldn't find it. I was very understanding they showed me a color I said yk what that's okay use the color you think is best. It was just a pinky neutral base acrylic. I thought ok great it's perfect. The man starts the refill process. But then he just goes over them with a super super small amount so he was done super fast. By that time my pedicure was done as well so we moved to the manicure table. He then takes a drill to my nails and files my middle finger down SUPER short. I was so confused bc the acrylic was not gone over and I could clearly see the old acrylic my base nails and barely any new acrylic. He then proceeds to file a different shape and files all of my other nails to match the short one he just made. He knew it was short bc he was comparing all the other ones to the short one to match. I did not want my length changed and stated this. He then starts on the heart design. I just wanted something super simple a small heart on pointer and ring finger. He did it then covered all my other nails with the top coat. I pointed out that my nail was still showing through. He stated "it wouldn't come off" as if that was what I was concerned over. It was the fact that it was clearly evident that you can see my grown out nail and my very thin and see through "refill". I left super upset and was shown a screen with custom set tipping option. A no tip was not optional. I ended up leaving a $15 dollar tip wanting it to go towards the other man who did my pedicure bc he was extra careful with my pedicure service even though it was not the color at all that I wanted. So I left with tipping then for services that were not done well at all. I truly am so upset and don't know what to do. I would be completely okay if they offer to fix it but I was more so rushed out and expected to pay and tip well super fast for services not done well at all. I left the store bamboozeled and like shocked bc it was so quick. I'm so upset. I would appreciate it if they could offer to fix it but they did not. I feel like if I go back so they can fix a mistake they made on all my services I would still be expected to pay and tip a large amount. I'm so sad bc what do I even do? read more

I've been here before and everything has been fine. I went last week to get my acrylics removed and get a gel manicure. The lady wanted to pick my acrylics off instead of properly filing them and soaking them. I asked for acetone and she put acetone in a bag,in a bowl, with a hot towel under it. It was very hot and uncomfortable to just sit my fingers in the bag of burning acetone. They are very understaffed as the lady doing my nails was also checking people out and a young lady came in and was told to come back later as they couldn't do her nails. Overall not the best quality nails which is unfortunate as they are in prime location. read more
