I came in expecting to get a full set, but that completely changed when the technician, Kate, damaged my nails during removal. My pinky nail was not only split, it was bleeding and extremely tender. She even glued my nail to her glove mid-process. When I told her I'd rather let my nail heal before continuing, she got temperamental and pushy. I mentioned I could come back later for regular polish once it healed, and she still gave me attitude--telling me I'd have to pay first in case it messed up, basically blaming me before anything even happened. This was the opposite of professional. The owner here is always kind and has done this exact service for me before with care and no issues, so I know this is not the norm. Kate does not prioritize nail health or listen to concerns. I paid for my toes and removal and will only return once my nail heals--definitely not with her. Say NO to Kate. I used to frequent this nail place pre Covid since it isn't far from where I live. I've only been back a few times this year. Unfortunately, I feel that the quality of work is lacking. I won't be coming back. I could have done a better job myself. The lady was really nice but she did a terrible job with the shellac paint. She also cut me several times which caused pain and bleeding. I had to ask her to refile one of my nails because it was extremely crooked. To make matters worse, they charged me $70 for a Shellac luxury pedicure when I told them (and even entered it on the computer upon signing in) that I wanted an EZ Shellac pedicure, which was $45. My cuticles are extremely sore and the polish looks bad. I won't be coming back! read more

Went to get my toes done and got an infection/fungus. Day after my pedicure my toe was tender,red and painful. Went back the next day all the techs insisted it was an ingrown. I asked for a refund and they told me I was never allowed to go back in. All the techs being extremely hostile and trying to gas light me saying they do disinfect tools. Please watch out if you go here and make sure they use brand new tools/properly disinfected. 2 days later there was pus around the nail. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. read more

Paid $30 for something I could've had my little cousin do for me. I'm not ungrateful, but when my nail tech TINA is rough, throwing my hangs back at me when she's done painting them or filing. After the nail tech applies two coats she began to apply the top coat, which wouldn't have been a problem but you could still see my nail underneath, there was hardly any color applied. I asked for another coat and the tech thought I wanted a darker color. She proceeded to apply another coat afterwards but afterwards when it was done I noticed that she didn't apply the color all the way to my nail bid. There is a gap from the end of the polish to the my cuticle. This is my second time, I tried to give a second chance but will no longer attend this nails salon. read more

When she declined, he said she should get a pedicure. Annoying. I sat down for a repair and a fill and the man who did my nails asked how I broke them. I went into Lee Nail Bar for a new set and pedicure and I was seen right away, which I appreciated. My pedicure was great and while getting my pedicure, they had me soak off my old set on my hands, which I also appreciated. Once they removed my old set, they started my new set as I sat in the pedicure chair. I stayed in the pedicure chair as they finished my new set. They were rushing my new set and they came out not as I expected. I was not happy. The picture on the left is what I asked for and the picture on the right is what I got. Came here as they had good reviews on Google but I failed to check yelp ahead of time. I was able to walk in right away for a pedicure and manicure. Tim seemed like he was in a hurry and was doing everything so fast that he accidentally hurt me multiple times. At one point I asked him to stop because he was digging in too far and he wasn't even paying attention and just trying to finish quick. He used the drill to take off nail polish off my toes and I told him numerous times it was regular polish. He still decided to use the drill. Once again with my manicure, he was going so fast that the drill was burning my nail beds. At check out they charged me extra for him using the drill on my toes and I told them again it was regular polish, but they still charged me since he used it on me. They took my niece and I in right away. I told them what we wanted and they gave us just that! The nails came out so cute! 2 manicures with shellac and designs came to be around ~$45 for each of us (not including tip). It was not bad at all. We even received a complimentary Christmas gift. Definitely recommend, we'll be back again! The pedicure consisted of: exfoliating scrub, hot stone, parrafin wrap, hot towel wrap, callous treatment, cuticle clean up, nail trim, ingrown nail attention, polish, all finished off with a little scented oil rubbed on feet and legs. I spent $55 on gel French tip nails for my daughters wedding. On my left thumb, he (THAI) left a gap between the gel and fake tip. He Never attempted to fix it and because I was on a time crunch I needed to come back to have them fix the problem. I go back the following Wednesday at 6:30 pm and they want to tell me to come back in an hour! ... 30 min before they close! this eatablishment is upcharging an additional $5 charge for shellac if you decide not to get shellac again and forcing you to pay extra for work they provided. New nail bar salon in the area and was very well welcomed when I walked into their establishment. Very clean environment that had lots of pedicure stations along with manicure stations. Lots of nail colors to choose from too. So relaxing with music is soft and rhythmic tunes. A huge Flat screen with the most funny clips of Gags played on people really hilarious to watch or not. They offered a beverage which I like wine so accepted a glass of sweet red. It was perfect as the experience was so relaxing with a foot massage and calf massage. Very professional. I came here yesterday to get my nails done for myself since I went on vacation today. I've only had my nails done twice in my life and this experience ruined it for me. The people and atmosphere were great but Jenny who did my full set for a manicure left me in pain several hours later. She filed the side of my nails so much and intense that there are cuts on 5 of my fingers. I woke up in the middle of the night with my nails throbbing and burning from the cuts. Today I couldn't even enjoy my day because they were burning and swollen. My past 2 nail visits from others have never had give me cuts regretting getting my nails done. Okay--full and honest review: I originally wanted to go to Hector's nails but the wait was too long. Upon arrival here, I was the only person there...which is fine! This seems to be a family business which is nice. I asked for Lisa based on the raving reviews on here...I believe she's the manager because she would greet everyone who came in. I chose the hot stone pedicure and ombré dip on my natural nails. They also offered me something to drink and I got a sangria. It was alright...asked for red wine and Lisa told me she would get it later. Did not receive. Understanding that they have a limit one drink per person, (didn't know this initially) which is fine...I'll let it go. The hot stone pedicure by Lisa was...honestly not great. When I asked if she could do my nails, she seemed a little annoyed. When I got my massage, I think her nails are a little longer because it would pierce my skin when she would massage. The massage also wasn't good itself. She did clean my nails well and took her time. I appreciate that part. But She also left my pedicure to help another client who needed cleaning because one of their technicians did not deliver to that client. Ummm...ok. This left me sitting with wax for 25 min. You should train your people well if you're going to run a business like a well oiled machine. Maybe I'm spoiled because I'm from Dallas? The nail salons there are SUPER competitive, have many different people who are extremely well trained in their skill and customer service. Getting your nails done is an entire EXPERIENCE. I found much lacking here. Everyone was super nice...but Disappointed overall that I chose this place. The nails ended up being fine, however I wasted 2+ hours at the salon when I could've been in and out much quicker. The ombré lasted 2 weeks with two nails chipped. read more
