To be fair, I came in 40 mins before closing. Very nice staff and friendly. They accommodated me for a basic pedicure which was $42. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great and I didn't feel worth $42. I was looking for that great foot and leg massage and taking more time on the polish, which I felt was a little rushed. At best, I received a $25-$30 pedicure. It was very clear that at 7P, they were ready to go. They were not rude at all, just standing by the front door. Lol! Nonetheless, if I'm on this side of town again, I'd give them another try. P.S. this is not your big nail salon with a dozen stations. They do not serve complimentary drinks (or maybe I just wasn't offered) rather I didn't see any. And there are only 5-6 total pedicure tubs with 4-5 mail stations. It's safe to say, make an appointment although I did walk in right before closing. read more

I went back and forth on writing this review but ultimately wanted to share my experience. The people at this salon are nice, but I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I just wanted an update to my gel manicure, and to round out one of my nails since it had broken. I wanted to keep the length of the other nails the same, but the tech wanted to cut them so I said okay because I figured they must not have been healthy/strong enough for her to work with if she was making that request. I like to keep my nails rounded but she left them as she cut them, with a square shape, and then didn't really fix the shape of my broken nail. The square shape of the other nails is uneven, and the gel polish is uneven in places as well. I totally acknowledge I should have asked her to fix the shape again, but I was already sad my nails were shorter and I just wanted to be done with this place. I reached the point where I didn't want to ask for anything else because I just wanted to go somewhere else to have it fixed. I'm hoping this was just a one time not so good experience as I did think everyone was very nice here. read more

I went in today for my birthday I asked for a full set of acrylics I told her I wanted them shorter and she said don't go too short. I told her but I do want them shorter and she left them longer. They came out extremely thick and crooked I told her for a light glitter and she did a green so I thought maybe it would look good but I ended up hating it. They are so thick they look like beauty school work. I wasn't going to even write a review I was just gonna let it go but when I called to let them know I wasn't happy and I was very friendly about it she hung up on me. The color is cute don't get me wrong. the lady cut me a couple time, I asked for my nails a little longer and she ignored me and she still did them short . I was greeted with a smile and kindness. I asked for gel nails and a pedicure. I first had my nails done. I believe they were done by the owner. She was so nice and took her time, doing each nail with precision and even gave me a neck rub as my nails dried. I then went to the pedicure station where I had the most relaxing and gentle pedicure that I have ever experienced. I was quite amazed with these ladies and their service. They have totally won me over. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. I dont recommend going when they are in peak hours on the weekend, that way you can completely relax and allow them to work their magic on you . read more

DO NOT allow these people to touch your eyebrows. I look ridiculous, and I shouldn't have paid for it.

I don't get manicures customarily, so my experience is limited. However, I was impressed with the end results. The arm, hand, and shoulder massage was a welcome surprise. I left with my hands and nails looking sharp. Parking is ample, and there's a great phö joint immediately nearby. I'll return next time I want to look polished from head to toe. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would, but that's not an option on here. I HAD TO GO BACK TWICE AFTER THE FIRST TIME WITHIN A FEW DAYS BECAUSE MY FRENCH TIP SOLAR NAILS FELL OFF WITHIN A FEW DAYS. When I went back they were extremely rude and laughed at me when I asked them to do them correctly. Thus, after the second time, I had to go back again for a THIRD TIME JUST A FEW DAYS LATER, because the nails were chipping horribly from the sides. Definitely couldn't leave this situation alone without writing this review. It was my friends birthday, so we decide to go to this nail salon. When we arrived, she rushed me to pick my color without even asking what I wanted to be done... I showed her a picture of what I wanted. ( A nude/blue ombre ) She told me they didn't have that color. She pointed to the colors she had and it wasn't a variety. So I just told her to give me a glitter stiletto french tip. It was $45. I was okay with that price. She began, I was bleeding twice from her work. I left the nail salon around 5:40. I did not jam my nail against anything. I did not even feel that my nail was gone until I looked at my hands. My nail was broke at 9:00. The next day, I called. Unfortunately, they are closed on Sundays so I went to get that one nail repaired. Instantly, you can notice the difference in the QUALITY of the two. You can feel the lumpiness from UPPER HANDS NAIL SALONS work, compared to the smoothness of the other shops. The next day, I was crossing the street... I look down, the next finger broke off. I called and spoke to MARY. She told me to come in so she could see it in person. She was looking at my nails like she didn't see the lumps. She said she can "fix" it by adding more acrylic on top. I told her, "No you need to start over or give me my money back." I asked her if she had her license and she quickly clipped my nails and gave me a refund. WATCH OUT. I PROMISE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS CAN GIVE YOU BETTER SERVICE. Went after brunch with one of my best friends on a Sunday cause our usual place was closed so we thought we could give this place a try...made an appointment and was helped quickly but way to quickly was hovered over while trying to pick out a color...then they rush!
