They lightly scrubbed my feet bottoms Then straight to the polish. And I was done. No clipping of the dead skin around my toes which is my favorite part. No scraping of the foot bottoms for that dead skin. No cleaning of the inner nails. Which I know I need because I'm a runner in the trails. My feet get baaaad! Hadn't had a pedi in months. I was charged $135 with unexplained charges like $65 for "nail design" and $5 for "length" even though they wed short/med. The tech was unprofessional during the appointment, making rude comments about past clients. When I later left a review, I received multiple harassing messages via Instagram and Facebook from the same nail tech. She used profanity, mocked my finances, and insulted me for leaving an honest review about what went down. This is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, especially from someone representing a licensed business.
