I didn't even notice until I got to work and realized the area was raw, burning, and extremely painful. This should never happen during a professional waxing service. It's a sign of improper technique, poor training, or negligence. Instead of leaving with clean brows, I left with what is essentially a burn injury on one of the most sensitive parts of the face. I now have to treat the area carefully, spend money on healing products, and hope it doesn't scar. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable. Please be cautious booking here -- a basic service should not result in an injury like this.

Note: I had broken a couple of nails before coming in and opted to not add tips to make them even length with the others, so that's why a couple may look a little shorter in length - that was my doing and preference to not add a tip.
