Brought my mother here for a manicure and pedicure, on 7/14 beautiful place and the gentleman that checked us in was excellent and very professional. However, the nail technician (Nancy) was not so nice. She definitely lacked people skills and was not very professional when it came down to communication, and to top it off while she was cutting my mother's cuticle she nicked her a bit to much that it still bothers her and this person never bothered to apologize much less communicate with us about it. I was disappointed with this place and I will not be coming back. Came here for both manicure & pedicure, the girl at the desk was nice & helped me fill out my paper as I don't get my nails done a lot. The third picture I'm posting is what I wanted & the first 2 are what I received.. like are you serious? The man who did my nails was trying so hard to give me what I want but at every step he didn't know how to execute it the way it should've been done to make it look good. It was like they kept trying to convince me that their way of doing it would look best but they look terrible. These are supposed to be my birthday nails & now I wish I never got them done in the first place. At a point during the service when he was drawing the "stars" I just stopped trying to correct the mistakes because I was gonna hate my nails by the end of it anyway. I seriously spent $200 here for no good reason.. I don't even think I would trust any of the techs to try & fix this because a few of them walked by & said "how pretty" like why are you lying? Also when I got my pedicure it was another guy & wow he was rubbing my shins so hard I thought it would leave a bruise. I also wanted "stars" on my big toes & a lady came by to do them.. they're literally just a letter "T" & they charged me $8 for it. The selection of shellac is super small too or at least that's what it seemed like because they only gave me one book to look through & I asked if there were any other colors & they said for shellac that was all they had. The only thing I will say they did right is cleaning up my cuticles on my hands but they didn't even bother to put any oil on after. As someone who only gets their nails done occasionally I would appreciate it if businesses didn't pretend to know how to execute something they've never even attempted before. I just spent hours & good money on something I absolutely hate that's supposed to be for my birthday & it's because I was led to believe this salon could do it. read more

I went with my daughter to have some quality time. The first tech that did my finger nails wasn't it. He came in smelling of heavy smoke. I picked what appeared to be a pearly white but it came out as a clear glitter. I said how I really didn't like it but he just pushed me off to the pedicure portion. I ended up getting a light blue on my toes with Tony and I asked him to redo my fingernails in the same color. They ended up charging me for both sets, it's not Tony's fault and I tipped him in cash for being so awesome. But they definitely shouldn't have charged me for the first nail set. The first guy rushed everything and didn't even offer anything to drink either. If you go here, I would only recommend Tony. read more

My gel manicure only lasted 2 days . Very poor quality. It also felt very rushed, even though no one was waiting.

Some people seem to have great experiences here. I unfortunately can not relate. From the first moment I walked in, I felt brushed off. I waited over a week to have one specific person do my nails and they tried to pass my off to someone random once I got there. Following that my nails just weren't done right. The way dip is done here isn't as strong as most places. I got home that night and one chipped off and I had to get it redone. After that I had to get them done somewhere else within a week. That technician ended up cutting all of my nails off and just putting tips on because of the bad quality of my nails following my dip set here. Overall I was so extremely dissatisfied and won't be coming back. read more

I've been here 3 times to get dip powder on my natural nails. 2 of 3 times I have been, the dip has cracked and chipped within the span of 5 days. 5 days!! Dip should be lasting much longer than 5 days. I asked to get them fixed after they chipped and they said I could come in and get them fixed at no charge. Well, I went in and only 4 of them got fixed...kind of. She removed the first layer and then put acrylic on top of the dip...sloppily. She also used the cuticle cutters and a nail tip to pick off the dip from my chipped nail, which was painful. Left without chipped or cracked nails, but they look sloppy and stained. Ron was the only nail tech to provide me with a dip set that lasted 3 weeks before chipping. Not sure if it's the product or the application process, but I've paid too much to have trash nails. Also, while I was in there getting my nails "fixed" there was someone else in there getting them removed due to chipping and cracking nails in less than a weeks time. I would recommend another nail salon if you want a dip manicure to last longer than 5 days. Update: got them "fixed" on Monday. One of the nails that was "fixed" is now chipped. Excellent service especially with COVID. I was looking for a place close by to get my nails done right after work. They were really accommodating and waited for me (I made an appointment online- I would recommend doing this or calling them). I believe it was Marie that worked with me. I had a regular manicure ($20) and spa pedicure ($30). Normally, I've had two technicians who work with me if I do both but it was just Marie so it took a little longer than what I'm used to. However, Marie did an amazing job on my nails. She was gentle and patient and took her time doing my nails and it turned out amazing. When you come in, they have you check-in on their system and confirm what services you want done. They offer beverages (water, sprite, and coke) which is nice. This place wasn't congested or crowded in anyway. They placed shields in between the manicure stations which is good. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend coming to this salon. read more

They overbook and under deliver. We made an appointment for 3. We arrive, it's packed but we're sat for our pedicures. There's a party of 6 or 7 placed across from us. They begin on my mom and SIL, 30 minutes pass and I'm still sitting there. Then they start on one of the people from the larger party . At this point I decided I'm just not going to get a pedicure Because I wanted ombré nails and my people were Close to being done with their pedicures. I take my paper to the front and tell someone and then proceed to have no one help me for another 20 minutes and inferred start on a second pedicure from the large party. My mom and SIL both get their nails started before another person finally opens up to do my nails. By this point I just got a basic shellac even though I wanted an ombré set. But what made me most upset is no one even Tried to say sorry, not even when my mom was telling the manager that we were disappointed in their lack of organization. She wouldn't even look at her when she was talking. Nails came out average and were done quickly because you could tell they overbooked. I don't complain much and I would have left a better review if they just acknowledged our disappointment. Especially since this was a much needed and yet I left feeling so crappy. read more

I don't think I'm going to go to the next one because not only was the customer service great here, but the Mani Pedi that I got was amazing. Mary was great. Let me start by saying it is very complicated to get simple services they want you to fill out a sheet of paper while most salons just let you tell them what you want. But that is not what got them a one star review it was how bad my nails came out and how after a couple of days I literally mean a couple of days they are already lifting and are ugly. This was my second time coming to this salon, the first time was great, the second time not so good, I had a male giving me my pedicure, he spent his time did an okay massage but didn't clean my nails good, did not even buff top, so from previous polish it was not even. I did not get gel polish and while putting on the disposable slipper or in between the polish was smudged, I asked him to fix, which he did but then it messed up again, I didn't even want to ask him to fix. Very disappointed with my first visit here. I needed to get some acrylics off and I decided to come here. The woman that helped me seemed in a rush and managed to get my acrylics off in 25 minutes. She told me to wash my hands and got up and left. I looked at my nails and figured there's no way she could be done bc my nails weren't even cut and there was still leftover residue. I asked if she was done and she said yes and when I complained she offered to finish but i didn't want to be charged more. I'm not one to complain but they made me feel crazy and problematic for wanting to leave with decent looking nails. I chose to just leave because I didn't want the woman to rush to finish my nails again and hurt me.
