WTC takes pride in their work and they want to make sure you leave without the hair you came in with. I don't like my eyebrows to be shaped like crazy so it's nice they can have them looking natural without Chewbacca lying on a hammock between my eyebrows... My favorite part is their honesty and that includes when you're not due for another service. I recently came in asking if I needed to get my eyebrows done and instead they suggested I just do a "maintenance" service to hold me until my next full eyebrow wax. They use a calming oil afterwards to help with the redness which I greatly appreciate. Most importantly is the waxing doesn't hurt; rather it's like a quick flinch.
