I…read morewent to this salon on November 15, 2023 trying to save some money and booked with a level 1 stylist fresh out of cosmetology school. I deeply regret that decision. I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.

I showed her a picture of what I was thinking of. I asked how long the process would take she let me know it would be about 3-4 hours. While we were in the process of doing my hair I noticed Ashley took her time to make sure everything was done right. She gives the best shampoo rinses! I was trying my best not to fall asleep during the process. She was attentive, patient, and very understanding. She was also very knowledgeable about the whole process. Fast forward to the end. I LOVE the way my hair came out. Absolutely gorgeous!! This was my first experience doing this type of service and Ashley did not disappoint. I am beyond impressed and satisfied with the service I received. I would highly recommend this place and suggest you ask for Ashley. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the entire duration of my service. I ended up paying 195 for what I did but it was completely worth what I paid. Thank you so much Ashley!! I look forward to seeing you again for my follow-ups! Yelpers and potential clients, do yourself and your hair a favor and try this place out!

Don't expect clear communication about the pricing. Instead of being told what I was going to pay, I was asked twice if I had read the website. The website includes photos, and four tabs. One of the tabs is services and that does include pricing. The fault is mine for not reading more carefully. That being said, the person doing my service literally never said a number. If you are willing to charge that much, you should be willing to say it out loud to your client. I was told I had to submit a deposit for half of my appointment. When I looked back, I only had to submit a deposit of $89 which was half of my $178 for partial highlights. This didn't help me to realize I'd be charged an extra $550 for my haircut. It was a cruel shock to leave with my hair looking nice to realize my total for the day was $728. Again, the fault is mine for not reading all of the website more carefully, but I hope no one else has to have this cruel shock. This salon is not willing to use spoken words to convey their fees. You will only get this information from the website. This is a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy.

All I might've asked for is their wifi code, as service was pretty shotty. That said, I could've spoken up! Back to it! I told her that I just wanted to take the ends off and then angle some of it, and she went to work! She was friendly and not pushy, I felt really comfortable and welcome in this salon. I mention that, because I tend to feel really awkward in salons. I'm a low maintenance gal, so this type of thing isn't something I'm confident about!
