I really love this place. It's a small business, Tony and his wife are always kind and take really good care of you. I've been going here for years. It's not fancy, just 2 nail techs. I'm really sad that they're no longer giving pedicures. I've tried several other places, large elegant places, but they don't match the service I'm given from Tony and his wife. Perfect filing, FLAWLESS DIP powder application, and the most amazing VOLCANO pedicure ever!! From start to finish this was an amazingly relaxing break in my day. Timeles Nails &Spa is truly the spa I have been looking for since I've moved to SATX. Employees were super attentive and offered me a drink (water, coke, wine to pick from) so quickly! When I entered, they asked me to sign in on a piece of paper and fill out a form. Form just stated what my temperature was, if I've traveled and if I've been in contact with someone with COVID. After signing it, I was allowed to wash my hands and sit down for my pedicure. I've never been to a spa where I've been treated so kind and received all the services I am paying for! I'm visiting from New York and I desperately needed to get my nails done. I came across Timeless while I was looking for nail spas in San Antonio. I can hands down say it is probably one of the best places I've been to. My nail technician took his time in making sure my cuticles were cut properly and there was no nail polish on my skin. He even went in with a brush to clean up any spillage! The store itself is very clean, spacious and beautiful. You can tell they really know what they're doing and it's such a great experience. I have to write a review for this fabulous place. the owners are so caring and loving. I've been going here for two years and they greet me by name every time I walk in. it's run by a family who is so caring and you can tell they put their heart into everything they do. today an elderly lady walked in and asked just to have her toes clipped because she couldn't reach her toes. the owner sat her down in a pedicure chair (walked her by his arm) and clipped her toes the way she wanted them. as he walked her to the door, she tried to pay for this silly little service but he refused to take payment from this old little lady who just wanted her toe nails clipped. she said another salon wouldn't do it unless she got a full pedicure package. she was so touched. he said he would do it for her any time she needed it done, and she could pay next time, if she wanted. I could tell she was very touched that they took care of her. I got my fills done and they were beautiful, as always. I listened to the conversation of another pedicure being done and the family is always so sweet and interested in their clients. it always moves me. the husband, wife, and even their daughter who is going through college works here and is so kind to everyone who walks through the door. call to make an appointment...they will make sure to make you feel comfortable. ive traveled all over and this is my favorite salon. i highly recommend it. read more

I love love Timeless nails!!! They really do take their time and if I ever have any issues with my nail they fix it . They never make me feel like I can't tell them and I ALWAYS feel welcome. I've pretty much have had my nails done by all of the Nail Techs and they are all amazing. The wait is never more than 15 min and they make sure to let you know if they will be longer. I went here on a whim, after spending over an hour last night reading reviews for several salons. This was literally the only one I saw that didn't have bad pictures. The bad reviews I read were ones that wouldn't affect my decision on how my nails would look. Anyhow, I went in, I was seated after a few minutes. The gentlemen let me pick a color and which pedicure I wanted, communicated on pricing for taking off shellac. No one tried to upsell anything to me. He did an awesome job. I stopped going to salons 8 years ago because I like my natural nails and every salon I went to had issues. I started doing my own nails. In October had starting have bad reactions to my shellac and dip so I stopped. Two months ago I decided to try salons again. The first one just didn't want to do what I wanted, second one rushed me, this was the third and they were awesome. He did my cuticles on my toes and it looked like it hasn't been done in ages, even though another salon "trimmed" it 2.5 weeks ago. He paid attention to how my toe nails were short and double checked that that's how I like it. When we got to my nails, he did an awesome job and paid attention to the fact that I like short and square with rounded edges(I don't know proper mail terminology. He asked me through the whole process if I liked everything he was doing. I really appreciated that and I'm very satisfied with my nails. I will 100% be back. Btw, I walked in as a walk in. I got very lucky that the gentleman had just finished with another customer. I saw/heard two others walk in. One stated she called and they told her go in at 2:30. She arrived at 3, they stated their appointments had arrived and they couldn't help her till later. Another walked in and they asked if she could go back in about 90 min so everyone could finish up with their current customers. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that, I actually commend that they prioritize appointments and I will now make sure to make an appointment to make it easier for them. read more

Today I visited this salon because my appointment at my other salon fell through (the tech was extremely late). I was so excited they could take a walk in immediately at 10:30 am on a Thursday. I already had taken off my nails and I requested a dip powder and a manicure. The menu says $47. They did a good job and the tech was courteous. He didn't do a massage like they do with the manicures. (I didn't say anything). I saw a few bumps and some white dots after I had left the salon. They tech rung me up and said $47, ran my card on the tablet and asked me to key in a tip. I keyed in 18% and signed the receipt and left. I checked my acct and saw a $59 charge. I immediately pulled out the receipt and sure enough I was charged $59. I was overcharged. What in the world is the $10 charge for? And also he said it was $47 before he swiped my card. I didn't call the establishment because it is only about a $3 difference, but it's the principle. Verify your receipt before you leave, seems a little shady to me. The Ms. and I have been going here for about a year. We are very pleased with this place. I know you're thinking why only 3 Stars. Well first my favorite is Vanessa. She is a great working does the best manicure and pedicure. I will always request her when I go there. Ok the reason why there is only 3-Stars is because we don't like some of the pricing. I got a shine buff on my manicure and it cost and extra $5. I never had to pay for my nails to be buffed. The Ms. got a gel set done and they charged her $10 for them to cut the cuticles. What? We were not to happy. We like the people that work there. The service is normally nice. But this time the Ms. had a difficult time with the guy getting the shape of her nails correct. I came across this place on Yelp and it had good reviews so I went. I usually do my own acrylics but we are moving so all my stuff is packed. I showed up on Wednesday evening around 6:30. I know I went late but that doesn't mean I deserve bad work especially for 65 bucks! I asked for pink gel polish and holo powder. The girl, Dana I think, did an alright acrylic application some nails are lopsided but I can live with that. When I left they looked great but that didn't even last 24 hours. The top coat and holo started chipping away and I didn't do anything but live and play my ps4. I went back to day so they can fix it. Big mistake! They look worse than before and she weirdly blamed me for the issue. So she "fixed" it but now they are horribly and noticeably bumpy. I paid 65 bucks and the fix was worse than the chipping. Go elsewhere for your nails. The picture attached doesn't show how bumpy these nails look. *edit* this is the response I got from the owner. Unprofessional and rude. And no they didn't do everything to make me happy. You pay 65 dollars for a service that A) should last for more than a day and B) should be fixed correctly not with visible bumps and C) not to be met with this type of rudeness. read more

Vanessa was out of town so Danny took care of me on Sunday December 30, 2018 just in time for NYE!! I arrived 11:22 for my 11:30 appt and Danny was waiting at the front desk for me. He is so sweet and pleasant to be around. Labor day weekend is KNOWN to be a very busy weekend for any spa related business, it was so refreshing to come here and be accommodated so quickly! My usual nail salon was closed for the weekend but I really needed a pedi, and I was shocked at the quality this spa had for their customers. I truly felt like a princess! Very nice establishment and everyone was friendly. My 10 year old daughter and I asked for mani and pedis. The polish is numbered and well organized, so the hostess asked us to pick a color out of a sample book then she retrieved the number beside the polish we chose. This was different but it works for them so all was well. I gave only 2 stars because I spent $105 and my polish wore off with in 24 hours. Within 2 days, the polish looked a month old. This was right before Thanksgiving so I was not working and definitely not doing anything that would have warranted the polish to fade/chip that quickly. I didn't stop in to complain because the salon was quite a ways away. I don't frequent this area but do to a meeting I needed to attend in that area, I checked out this salon because it was near. read more

Based on my ONE visit. I recently moved from Austin to San Antonio. I am the type of person who not only prefers a specific NAIL SALON, but also a specific NAIL TECHNICIAN. In Austin it was G31Nails with Nancy. (And FYI: ONLY Nancy, everyone else there is terrible!) It did not take me long to find my nail home in San Antonio. Although I have only seen her once, I have already booked my next appointment with **DANA**. I am basic and 90% of the time will get a Pink & White solar set. Dana did a fantastic job and my nails lasted over 3 weeks so far. I also saw some of her work with colored solar powders and dip powders. I prefer solar simply because the dip is far more expensive. Dana even had her own nails done a beautiful nude color as a model for people coming in asking for nude. Which I think is a very nice and subtle customer service! Above I commented how only Nancy at my Austin salon was any good. I do not have experience with anyone other than Dana at Timeless Nails, so I would recommend only her at this time. Although, I did see people next to me and across from me receiving excellent customer care and beautiful work too from other nail technicians. Overall, if you are OCD, a perfectionist, or have Type A personality: Dana is the best fit because she is careful, patient, and very detailed. read more

I LOVE it here!!!! As soon as you sit you're offered a drink and there's a TV! Every time I visit my nails are taken care of nicely and (most importantly) without pain! My dip lasts for 3-4 weeks!
