This was my first time here. I called to make an appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived, they took me right away. I was not given an option of what type of pedicure I wanted. I guess they assumed I didn't want anything special. I probably had my feet in the water for like 10 min tops. She painted my nails and had me on my way within 30 min. I am not even sure if they offer any type of pampering pedicure. I didn't even get the typically lotion at the end. Overall, the place looked clean. They used a liner for the foot tub. One of the ladies, that's wasn't taking care of me, was super friendly and welcomed me. Parking is on site. read more

After hearing so many good things about this place from friends, I finally decided to book an appointment--and I'm so glad I did! Tina, my nail technician, did both my manicure and pedicure, and she was absolutely amazing. I've had bad luck with other salons before, where my nails wouldn't even last a week, but Tina completely changed that for me. Not only did she work quickly and finish both services in under an hour, but she also made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable with her warm and friendly conversation. Oh, and the frozen margarita they offered? Such a sweet touch! Tina is so talented and professional--I couldn't be happier with my nails. I'm already looking forward to going back! read more

I've been to cosmic nails three times now and I have made a vow to never go anywhere else. I got a dip manicure and I have never been more satisfied with how my nails look. They're not bulky, they're the perfect length, shape and color. Vicki is an absolute pleasure and this salon is the most welcoming I've ever experienced. I was excited to try this place, because I saw it had pretty good reviews. I arrived at 5:40 PM. I was asked at the door what service I wanted. I mentioned I had gel x that needed to be soaked off and also wanted a new set. I was told to sign in. The same lady walked by me to get the color book and said she'd be with me shorty. At this point, I had been waiting 20 minutes, when she comes up to me. She asks to see my nails and tells me that she lost track of time, and that she has appointments she has to tend to and that I wouldn't be seen today. I definitely would've appreciated being told that at the door. I waited around for 20 minutes. I didn't love the service. read more

This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I love Vicky. She's not only amazing at what she does, she's one of the nicest most caring people I've ever met--she really cares about her customers and her business, and THAT matters. It shows in her work and how she runs her business. My nails are always perfect. She introduced me to the powder polish which always comes out looking wonderful. She has an eye for colors and I usually let her choose what we put on my nails. If I could give this place over 5 stars I would. read more

Came across this place from Yelp review and was nervous on my first visit.... I gotta tell you that they are AMAZING and very friendly! Never felt more welcoming than my previous nail salon that does lousy job and rude staffs with no interaction with their customers. This place is now my new favorite and go to!! Tbh, I'm not the one to go out of their way to write negative reviews about a spot but the lady who did my nails here was soooo rude!! I usually don't say anything when i'm not completelyyy happy with my nails but the smudges and poor quality was just a little too much to not say anything, & when I did, it was clearly obvious that the nail lady had a problem by her very loud sighs and obvious eye rolls. I personally don't think I was doing too much given that they're MY nails and IM the one paying for them, so if they aren't to my liking, then i should be able to say something, respectfully of course, which is literally what i did...still she was rude & just wanted to finish getting her own nails done. my nails ended up chipping later that night while washing my face, so rlly, not even a good spot lol read more

Forgot to leave a review of my experience at this place. I have gone here a few times, and have had good experiences. Last time I came by I explicitly told the guy doing my nails that I wanted shellac on my nails. He said okay and proceeded to show me a base color for my french tip nails. I chose a color and my nails turned out really cute. When i went up to pay I was confused as to why the total was $75. When I asked them why it was so much he told me the bottom base color he put on was acrylic LOL! I didn't argue with anyone because I was over it, but I think it was super wrong to offer colors that were not what I asked for, and not even mention the fact that it was acrylic until I was ready to pay. Will not return. read more

If you're coming to get your nails done nicely, this is not the place to go to. I feel like I only paid for a massage chair and a feet scrub. Painting was done poorly, it wasn't smooth, blotchy, it looked like a 4yo did it.Not worth the price. I am so thankful that I got literally the bare minimum because I could not imagine wanting more and paying for this mediocre quality. I literally could have done a better job at painting my toes. So disappointed. My first experience getting my nails done in San Antonio so I don't have anywhere to compare it to, but this was not a good look. Wouldn't recommend although again there was one guy there that was very welcoming and gave direction but the manager was too occupied lounging in his chair and on his phone to pay attention to one of the 3 clients in his establishment on a weekday. Speaks volumes. I digress...find another location. read more

After nearly 18 years of wearing acrylics, my first encounter with nail fungus in Feb 15 left me petrified & determined to stay away from artificial nails. However, a family member in DFW told me about a new product, SNS. After asking around locally and researching on Yelp, 'Cosmic Nails' & 'Kevin' literally came up at least a dozen times. After nearly two months of IN DEPTH research, I finally called & set up a same day appointment. I was beyond impressed with Kevin, his sweet wife, & the other three technicians on staff that day. Although Kevin was, by far, the most knowledgeable, honest & detailed nail tech I'd had over the years, each staff member provided the same type of attentive, detailed service to every customer I saw in the shop. My SNS nails look beautiful, I felt wonderful & pampered & am happy to say I've found MY SALON! If you want the best service & products without breaking your budget...Cosmic Nails is it! read more

I got the lemongrass detox pedi. The scents were amazing and relaxing. I think the hot oil therapy was probably my favorite part. I don't know what was in it, but my feet/ legs felt so much better after. My only issue was with the hot stones. It burned on my left foot which hurt when they put the was treatment on after. I had a bit of a reaction for about a week and half after . I would say just check temperatures if you are sensitive. Regardless , I still left relaxed and pampered.
