Great service. Walked in late afternoon after spotting them while taking my exit. Very welcoming as you walk in. I signed in on the iPad and sat in the pedicure area right away. I found parking right out front. Inside was nice and clean. The pedicure was pretty good, and I enjoyed the massage as well. It's very spacious and clean inside with professional staff. I would definitely go back for a pedicure. It got a little busier after I started my pedicure, but they took care of everyone promptly. Not much of a wait. read more

Unfortunately, this business has a pattern of adding on unsolicited costs at the end of your service. This salon is conveniently located near my home so I tend to use their services when I am in a pinch. They're very polite and the salon is mostly clean and modern. This particular visit I only wanted an acrylic gel set, but the host suggested I get builder gel full set nails; at the end of my service there were additional charges (extra costs $5 for length and $15 for "mani" although all the tech did was soak my nails for 2mins and clip my cuticles) Upon selecting my service at checkin, I had not been aware of any extra add ons. When the manager came to explain why the costs were added, she shared that they were non-negotiable and "everyone always knows these charges are extra". All in all, it is what it is but be informed that on the way out there were multiple patrons that shared their same concern about the salon adding extra unexpected charges to their tab. Love to support small businesses but had I been informed of the costs when they were offered I would've had the opportunity to make a well informed decision. There's a young lady who often does toes... she is very rude. There's a gentleman with tattoo sleeves who is very aggressive and rude as well. Management is polite, said they'll give me a discount next time I came but forgot to give my birthday discount. Flower design on toes are uneven, tattoo guy pricked my cuticle and didn't care to clean up the dried blood. The overall nail work is up to par, they actually do a pretty good job but my past two experiences have not been great as far as customer service. This time and the last time I came I felt rushed like they were in such a hurry to get me over with. I've come before where a lady was very kind and gentle and patient with me, but the young girl who does toes and the gentleman with tattoo sleeves are not customer friendly. Went in for a quick toe polish change, around 6:15pm on 7/30 My first time here, decided to try it out since it is close by. Asked for regular white polish on my toes when I walked in. The man suggested shellac but I said no since one of my nails is cracked, and I want to give it some time to grow out. When he started to remove the old regular polish he said they did not have regular white nail polish there and I'd have to get shellac or powder only. I asked him to clarify that they don't carry regular white nail polish, so he sent over a woman to tell me they don't carry regular white nail polish at their salon, only shellac and powder. Seems weird they don't have regular white nail polish at a nail salon? If this is true, do you not offer regular or french manicures? Definitely an off putting experience as it definitely felt like pushy sales from people with ear muffs on. They expected me to say yes too extra services, because I was already in the chair, when I stated what I wanted MULTIPLE times at the beginning. No thank you! read more
