I went in to get a pedicure and they don't even say hello they said go to the back and sit on the first one to the right. I went and someone told me no sit in the one on the far back left so I did. I was sitting there waiting to be acknowledged by ANYONE and no one did. There were plenty of people who worked there who could have said anything to me but they didnt. I was sitting there shoeless while they passed by without even giving at least a smile. Zero acknowledgement while I sat there for maybe 15 minutes. I left as soon as two other women came in and were helped right away. They sat them to my right, offered them drinks and started the water immediately. Disappointed with unsanitary Practices. Went for a fill on my acrylic nails. The guy doing my nails dipped the brush straight into the large container that had the acrylic powder. Instead of pouring what he was to use in a small separate dish. That's cross contamination which is very bad. When I asked him why he was doing this way. I been coming here spending over $100 when I come a full set with designs and spa gel pedicure . They never told me about the points or point system . I left here crying. I tried to treat myself to a manicure while my husband is at home with my son. I had 3 week old shellac on so I arrived 15 minutes early to soak it off. I was immediately told to sit in a chair where I sat for 30 minutes. Then a nail tech soaked my nails in acetone and I soaked for 30 more minutes. While soaking they took in 2 walk ins with very long, more expensive nails. Once they could see I was frustrated they moved me to another chair and grabbed a lady from the pedicure station to start my nails. The lady was clearly nervous and not used to doing dip nails. I asked for clear dip with daisies painted on them. After she messes up and re-did the dip 3 times, she started on the flowers. She was shaking and wiped her work off several times. I tried to be patient and encouraging but was reaching my breaking point. Eventually she started the top coat when I saw the "flowers" they were terrible. I said "I am sorry but I cannot leave with these on my nails." She got very upset, wiped them off then tried to tell me how much to pay for the clear dip that I sat for 2 hours to get. Needless to say I did not pay and will not be going back to get them fixed. read more

Will NEVER return! I gave this salon several tries, but the manager/nail tech, Kevin, has continued to disappoint as he runs his salon very poorly. I had made an appointment for a friend and I to get manicures at 6:30pm. We arrived on time, and our manicures didn't start until 8:30pm! During the wait, we were not even offered a drink. What is the point of a reservation? Also, all three times I've come in, a walk in that came in after me has been served first. Kevin wants quantity over quality. He will promise you an appointment time or put you in a seat if you walk in; however, your experience will wind up taking many hours! It's sad because most of the techs, except Kevin and his brother Ben, are wonderful at their jobs. Kevin needs to hire a receptionist to keep him organized. Alex, Chloe and Tammy are the only decent techs they have. Everyone else is very rude! read more

I needed to get a new set of nails so I looked up nail salons near me and this one was rated the highest. When I got there they were busy (as expected). I'm patient so I was willing to wait. I got there at 4:30 and to my surprise they sat me down right away. The man helping me trimmed my acrylics and gave me a bowl of acetone to soak them to remove them. He was helping another girl behind me meanwhile. I was sitting there with my hands soaking for almost 2 hours. He helped 3 other girls before even checking on me or removing my nails. I ended up removing them myself and just leaving. Not once didn't anyone check on me or help me. If they would have told me there was a wait I could've put my name down and gone to have dinner or get groceries. I wasted 2 hours of my time sitting there doing nothing. I went across the street to R&N nails and they helped me right away and fixed my nails. I won't be coming back here. read more
