Love my new nails! Service was amazing! Highly recommend! Everyone was so nice and friendly !

My first impression of this salon was positive--the initial interaction was warm and welcoming. When the tech asked how I wanted my nails, he enthusiastically suggested, "Long with design?" I politely said no and asked for something short and simple. His demeanor immediately changed--he lost the smile and rushed through my nails. The results were uneven, with each nail noticeably a different length. I didn't realize a square shape could be so difficult to get right. Still, I left a tip and went on my way. Unfortunately, one of my nails popped off the very next day. I returned to get it fixed and was greeted again by the same tech--friendly at first--but he was busy giving a pedicure in the back. A different tech at the front asked what I needed. I explained I was there to get a nail fixed but didn't know the name of the person who originally did them. She asked if it was "the guy in the back," and I said yes--only because I had just seen the same man at the pedicure station. I now realize she may have meant someone else from the back of the nail area. Then, a different male tech came over, glanced at my nails, and started speaking to another technician in his native language. I clearly heard him say "the guy in the back" while they laughed together--it felt like they were making fun of the situation, which was uncomfortable. They had me sit at a station for a long time. The tech whose station it was kept checking on me but never started the service. He kept pretending he had forgotten something in the back and left several times. I was on the verge of walking out just to avoid making a scene. Eventually, the original tech returned and reluctantly started working on my nails. He forced a friendly tone, rushed through the repair again, and walked off as soon as I was under the lamp. Once my nails were dry, I had to get up, walk across the salon, thank him myself, and then I left. This was not the experience I expected based on the good things I had heard. Sadly, I won't be returning. read more

Bad vibe. Ignored. Not offered water. Didn't listen to preferences. Abandoned at pedicure and went up front to talk/visit with other techs. Won't go back. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and they don't even say hello they said go to the back and sit on the first one to the right. I went and someone told me no sit in the one on the far back left so I did. I was sitting there waiting to be acknowledged by ANYONE and no one did. There were plenty of people who worked there who could have said anything to me but they didnt. I was sitting there shoeless while they passed by without even giving at least a smile. Zero acknowledgement while I sat there for maybe 15 minutes. I left as soon as two other women came in and were helped right away. They sat them to my right, offered them drinks and started the water immediately. I understand if they had appointments but it was not busy and they could have AT LEAST acknowledged me. read more

I went in to enchanted nails, my first time, as a walk in, a few days ago for a manicure, It was very busy. I was greeted kindly and told they could help me, I waited about 10-15 min and Kevin did a fantastic job on my manicure. The entire experience was great. Even though they were so busy, I was greeted with a smile, helped quickly without an appointment and felt very welcome and that my business was appreciated. I will be going back. read more

Absolutely amazing experience from this place. My friends and I came in together for a little self-care day, and this nail salon is now my go-to place. When we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a calm, clean atmosphere. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to our group, making sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. Each of our nail techs was incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, our nails turned out stunning and exactly how we wanted them! We couldn't stop admiring each other's nails afterward. They offered us free drinks and had such a variety it was great. This place truly delivers VIP service, and we're already planning our next visit. read more

I love this place! I loved my pedicure, i will be going here for a long time. Such a nice and peaceful setting

I feel sad! I really wanted to like this salon . Upon returning I found out that they have a point system in this salon the lady before me had $10 off. I been coming here spending over $100 when I come a full set with designs and spa gel pedicure . They never told me about the points or point system . On top of that they offer other people the raffle but never to me. They don't offer me drinks but yes to other customers . I feel discriminated just because I don't fit the description of customer they want . I will never return . They lost a good customer . How rude to treat someone the way I was treated . Nails are okay but service is horrible!!!! read more

Disappointed with unsanitary Practices. Went for a fill on my acrylic nails. The guy doing my nails dipped the brush straight into the large container that had the acrylic powder. Instead of pouring what he was to use in a small separate dish. That's cross contamination which is very bad. When I asked him why he was doing this way. He immediately got defensive and said he's a nail instructor. Then he should know that's not the proper practice. read more

I left here crying. I tried to treat myself to a manicure while my husband is at home with my son. I had 3 week old shellac on so I arrived 15 minutes early to soak it off. I was immediately told to sit in a chair where I sat for 30 minutes. Then a nail tech soaked my nails in acetone and I soaked for 30 more minutes. While soaking they took in 2 walk ins with very long, more expensive nails. Once they could see I was frustrated they moved me to another chair and grabbed a lady from the pedicure station to start my nails. The lady was clearly nervous and not used to doing dip nails. I asked for clear dip with daisies painted on them. After she messes up and re-did the dip 3 times, she started on the flowers. She was shaking and wiped her work off several times. I tried to be patient and encouraging but was reaching my breaking point. Eventually she started the top coat when I saw the "flowers" they were terrible. I said "I am sorry but I cannot leave with these on my nails." She got very upset, wiped them off then tried to tell me how much to pay for the clear dip that I sat for 2 hours to get. Needless to say I did not pay and will not be going back to get them fixed. read more

Just left there after they wasted 40 minutes of my time! I needed ONE nail repaired and expected to have to wait as it was short notice. However four people came in after me with no appointments and were helped before me. When I did get called to be helped the guy came over and said I had to move because he had to help someone else. Poor customer service, rude and a complete waste of time. I will go to my normal shop from now on. Never again with these janky strip mall shops. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Been here many many times and I always tip 20%. Today I walked in wanting a many pedi and was told to sit in a pedi chair. Was not told which one, walked back, greeted, offered anything to drink. Had to get out of the chair and ask for the color selections. Sat there 20 mins. Was not told how long it would be. Then they sat someone else and began running her water for her pedi. I guess they don't value my business or need my $$$. When I walked out he yelled "where are you going?" Pretty disappointing because I really like the job they do. I'll find another place. Good luck Enchanted Nails! read more

Don't bother setting an appointment because they will always make you wait, first time they made me wait for an hour second time I had to wait for over 30 minutes. Will NEVER return! I gave this salon several tries, but the manager/nail tech, Kevin, has continued to disappoint as he runs his salon very poorly. I had made an appointment for a friend and I to get manicures at 6:30pm. We arrived on time, and our manicures didn't start until 8:30pm! During the wait, we were not even offered a drink. What is the point of a reservation? Also, all three times I've come in, a walk in that came in after me has been served first. Kevin wants quantity over quality. He will promise you an appointment time or put you in a seat if you walk in; however, your experience will wind up taking many hours! It's sad because most of the techs, except Kevin and his brother Ben, are wonderful at their jobs. Kevin needs to hire a receptionist to keep him organized. Alex, Chloe and Tammy are the only decent techs they have. Everyone else is very rude! read more

I needed to get a new set of nails so I looked up nail salons near me and this one was rated the highest. When I got there they were busy (as expected). I'm patient so I was willing to wait. I got there at 4:30 and to my surprise they sat me down right away. The man helping me trimmed my acrylics and gave me a bowl of acetone to soak them to remove them. He was helping another girl behind me meanwhile. I was sitting there with my hands soaking for almost 2 hours. He helped 3 other girls before even checking on me or removing my nails. I ended up removing them myself and just leaving. Not once didn't anyone check on me or help me. If they would have told me there was a wait I could've put my name down and gone to have dinner or get groceries. I wasted 2 hours of my time sitting there doing nothing. I went across the street to R&N nails and they helped me right away and fixed my nails. I won't be coming back here. read more
