The lengths also vary, as she didn't take a second to measure any of them against one another or anything. I got these done on Feb 5th and don't like to leave negative reviews but everyday since then I have been wanting to peel my nails off. They were noticeably "off" immediately after leaving the salon and looked grown out already. I haven't gotten my nails done in years so I thought I was overthinking in the salon, also the manicurist was obviously in a bad mood and was rushing and I didn't want to be annoying. Next time I get my nails done I will speak up for myself, though. Unfortunately won't be coming back to this spot, as even my sister upon seeing the nails immediately after asked why I didn't "go somewhere nice" :( Saw many reviews and ads for this spot so I thought I could trust them but my hands feel so gross to me now and I can't wait to get them fixed.

This is my first time visiting this nail salon and they are truly a luxury nail bar!…read more I love the layout of the salon and they were servicing a lot of customers at the same time. They have the manicures in the middle and the pedicure and other services on the side of the room. They also have a mini bar in the back of the room! They give you 1 free drink for your service! These drinks can be sodas, coffee, alcoholic drinks, or hot chocolate! I think that was my favorite part of the service haha My nail tech Erin was really nice and so talented!!! I haven't got my nails done in years and I wanted to do something special for lunar new years. I gave him a few inspo pics and described what I wanted, I didn't have a strict preference on the design so I let him choose. He gave me something even better than my inspo pics! He was so precise and careful in the design and it was so fascinating watching him work! I got gelx and the cateye polish. I also notice that the staff really work together and help eachother out. It was nice to see everyone so kind to eachother. They were also really kind to me and made sure I was comfortable. Overall, I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEE my nails!! My first impression of this salon was positive--the initial interaction was warm and welcoming…read more When the tech asked how I wanted my nails, he enthusiastically suggested, "Long with design?" I politely said no and asked for something short and simple. His demeanor immediately changed--he lost the smile and rushed through my nails. The results were uneven, with each nail noticeably a different length. I didn't realize a square shape could be so difficult to get right. Still, I left a tip and went on my way. Unfortunately, one of my nails popped off the very next day. I returned to get it fixed and was greeted again by the same tech--friendly at first--but he was busy giving a pedicure in the back. A different tech at the front asked what I needed. I explained I was there to get a nail fixed but didn't know the name of the person who originally did them. She asked if it was "the guy in the back," and I said yes--only because I had just seen the same man at the pedicure station. I now realize she may have meant someone else from the back of the nail area. Then, a different male tech came over, glanced at my nails, and started speaking to another technician in his native language. I clearly heard him say "the guy in the back" while they laughed together--it felt like they were making fun of the situation, which was uncomfortable. They had me sit at a station for a long time. The tech whose station it was kept checking on me but never started the service. He kept pretending he had forgotten something in the back and left several times. I was on the verge of walking out just to avoid making a scene. Eventually, the original tech returned and reluctantly started working on my nails. He forced a friendly tone, rushed through the repair again, and walked off as soon as I was under the lamp. Once my nails were dry, I had to get up, walk across the salon, thank him myself, and then I left. This was not the experience I expected based on the good things I had heard. Sadly, I won't be returning.
