I had to come back the next day to get it fixed and they fixed it. But now two days later the polish is off again. I didn't pay extra for gel polish to be off in three days. Walked in on Saturday for a pedicure and the receptionist told me it would be 15 minutes so I said ok. 30 minutes later she comes and seats me and gives me a drink menu. Thats as far as I got to service. There were 2 rows and two techs that were already doing pedicures. They never said anything. Didn't start water in tub nothing. I sat there another 30 minutes and decided that the tech on my side still had a ways to go with the woman she was working on and I left. So disappointed. No prices available. Walked in on a Friday around 530pm, got easily seated. Needed a gel pedicure, not really particular with mine, ordered a Orange Peel Spa one, felt good and refreshing! I thought about asking for a different person due to my previous experience but gave her another shot. I'm sure she remembered me because she didn't say a word the entire time. I have to say... Decided to check out this nail salon since I not only moved but received an ad in the Mail with tons of coupons. The location is extremely convenient in Alamo ranch and the shop was beautiful. Their selection of shellac is one of the best I've seen here in San Antonio. I was seated quickly and service began just as fast. The technician was well mannered and did great on my set. My nails were a little shorter than I wanted but something easy to communicate next time I go. They also have refreshments and alcoholic beverages. I was here a week ago and got dip on my nails that started cracking, peeling and breaking off not even a week later. But, the owner had already told me if I had any issues to come back to them and let them I know. We all hear businesses say that but not many often stick to that word. I went back in for a visit today, nicely and politely explaining my issue and they did everything to accommodate me. No one was rude, nasty nor brushed me off. They examined my nails, seeing what I was explaining and helped me find another color that matched what I previously had. The owner sat me down and fixed the issue. THEY FIXED IT without blaming me, no questions asked. My nail tech Deanna was wonderful. I could've made and published my review without giving them a chance to rectify it, bashing and bad mouthing them, but that's not how I was brought up. The pedicure seats are amazing! Best massage seats by far! I swear those massage rollers hit me in the right spots on my neck and back. All other massage chairs hurt me. I've always thought cuz I'm short I could never get a good massage on the chairs but I finally found the spot! The seats even massage and hug your thighs. So comfortable! I've had the owner and an older gentleman who have done pedis on me both of them were amazing! I've gotten my nails done there once and they look amazing!
