Went to get a dip manicure and all of my nails had cracks and really bad chips after 2 days. I work in an office on a computer so nothing that I was doing would cause this bad of damage Picture below. I called to complain so they asked me to come back next week on Tuesday. I went a few days later to get them redone and the work was extremely sloppy. I had red polish all over my hand and cuticles. I'll have to spend a decent amount of time removing the excess polish. I will not be coming back ever. I gave them multiple chances and kept being disappointed. Photos of the chip and repair below. I have a baby so I don't have time to be going back and forth to nail salons. I would have expected them to be extra careful after the first time but that's clearly not the case because the second mani looks just as bad. They were also empty when I went. They must be losing customers due to the lack of detail or cheap product. read more

Not sure why I ever came back to try again. The absolute worst pedicure, wax, and full set I've ever gotten. I have shellac all over my skin, and it's peeling off my toes from the sloppy job. Every fingernail is a different length, thickness, and shape, and they did the wrong design. The wax is not at all what I wanted. (It's been less than 24 hours). The customer service was so rude and I should've left as soon as I saw how dirty all the tools were. Plus so much more. This salon is always empty for a reason. STAY AWAY! I expect a full refund. read more

Had a great experience here. My girlfriend and I came in for pedicures, and the staff took great care of us. Super clean, relaxing, and our toes came out looking great. Definitely recommend. read more

Would NOT recommend. What I asked for vs what I got. The MAN doing my nails was rough, abrasive, and didn't even ask me what I wanted. He argued with me throughout the entire service and destroyed my natural nails! I get acrylic overlay on my natural nails, this man took the drill under my nail and shaved off everything! Then tried to cover it with nail polish. ABSOLUTELY NOT. $120 total for this crap. Not worth it at all. The pedicure, I asked for a specific color and the lady started arguing with me! Saying a dark burgundy would look best when I asked for a sheer baby pink. The AUDACITY of these people!!! Despite this horrible experience, they have weird creepy men sloothing around here and makes me so uncomfortable. I walked in mid day on a Wednesday to find a woman laying in the lap of a man in the front of the store. WTF?? There are dead bugs in the corners of the store, a man picked it up with his bare hands and didn't even wash them. The pedicure stations are not sanitized and the ladies do not change gloves. They will start your toes then go grab something without taking them off. So this entire salon is dirty with feet germs. The man who makes drinks is super duper creepy, the vibes are just off here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Went in today for a pedicure. When I was communicating with Natalie has a very heavy accent difficult to understand. When asked her to repeat it she was angry . She did the minimal scrub massage on feet. When it came to the preparation of the nails it was horrible. When it came to change my color of nail polish. She stood up rudely grabbed the color sash. And started talking about me to other colleagues. Asked her that I needed someone else to complete my nail polish. She doesn't belong with customers. You are warned don't go With Natalie . read more

Super over priced I paid $75 for this set. And I came for a fill! I got charged $25 for a "design" which were just a bunch on lines. And $5 to change shape! Plus the picture I chose does not match this set. The nail tech picked a sparkly gold versus a solid gold. Never coming to this over priced place again! read more

50 dollar waste. My nails started lifting the next day. The shape was horrible and had to fix them myself. I really hate that there are gaps between my nails and the fake one they glued on so now food can get stuck easily. I had to put some glitter on top of the noticeable bubbles the day of. The lady was nice but when she was trimming my nails she cut my pinky and made me bleed. "Oh that was skin" and put glue over it. Wasn't a great experience. read more

Second time coming here, the man with a feathered wing arm tattoo did them. He rushed and didn't apply them close to my cuticles, only had them for 4 days and they look grown out already. The edges are messy and over filed. And the stripes I paid extra for started peeling the next day. I also had asked him to round the edges a bit as to not scrape myself by accident and he told me "coffin wont be pretty like that", and didn't smooth them, so I did it myself later. Disappointed because the last time I went my nails were great read more

I've been searching for the best nail place in SA and it's here I absolutely love when I can walk in and feel right at home. Every tech at this place is good but Ni is incredible, I can pull up and show her any picture and it's a work of art. I will continue to go here forever and always. Came to get my nails done (obviously). I didn't have an appointment. Just a non-girly-girl that randomly wants to get a shallac. I was seated immediately. I didn't get the name of my lady but she was super friendly and did a great job. There was no judgement on my cuticles and nail beds (I work in the veterinary business so my hands are not treated nicely). Her hand massage was well worth the money I paid. This is the worse service and nail salon, I have been to in San Antonio. They will put other customers before you regardless on how long you waited, I went in to have my acyclic nails removed something simple, another customer walked in- because they knew her and she did not have an appointment because she asked about the wait time, they placed her in a chair to have her nails done before me. Very unprofessional, I addressed this to them, they put me in chair and left me there. First time and last time, Will never go back here. They do not deserve good ratings. I walked out and left to the nail salon acrossed the street. read more

Well I have been supporting this business for a long time. I left after tue first owners were there because they absolutely were Tasha me went back at management change which I loved until the last 3 times. My nails break in a week and then when I go back for a fill they tell me about how much product has gotten expensive which is fine because they up the prices but I now cannot even last a full 2 weeks. Last time I went I explained my nails were thin and that's why they are breaking. I personally do not have to be running back and fourth to mail shop every week for a broken nail or 2. I love the management but truly do not want to hear how much product cost if my nails are breaking so sadly I have to go elsewhere. I think this game is give and take but lately feel like I'm being taken advantage of with having to spend money on toe color changes and fixing fingernails. read more

So I decided to give this place one more try to see if it had improved since the last time I went (beginning of 2023) and I'm so disappointed in the end result of my pedicure. This cost me over $60 and the end result is far from what I would consider to be clean and well manicured. I hate wasting money and getting subpar results. I won't be going back. My heels weren't scrubbed and there was no clear coat added to my color. I also didn't get the basic pedicure I paid for the more expensive one. read more

I have Given this establishment three chances. This was the last straw I went in asking for a dipped hombre nails which I have had done before. I also let her know I needed them really short due to having a newborn and I would like them to look thin and natural as possible. The lady did my nails she put tips on my fingers and then started to pull out her acrylic when I asked her about why she wasn't dipping after I requested that she said she didn't know how. She then left them long and had to redo the link after finishing and they are super chunky and do not look natural at all. I'm upset I had to finish them there and no one was able to understand what I was wanting even when I had a picture of my previous dipped manicure as a reference. read more

This place is very nice. It's super clean and not cluttered with a bunch of stuff everywhere. I had a wonderful jelly pedicure that was very inexpensive and had everything included. Most of the time it costs over $80 for the paraffin wax and hot stone. This also includes the gel polish. She did a great job on my fat feet. They have water and sodas available. The prices are much lower than other places around here plus they have a discount right now. I will definitely be back since it's so close to my house and my feet look super cute!! read more

One of the best salons in SA in my opinion. I stopped getting my nails for a while since I lost my last nail girl. One day I came in to my usual nail shop and she just wasn't working there anymore. So when I stumbled upon this place and met Katie, boy was I excited. Katie does awesome work and pays a lot of attention to detail. She is on maternity leave now tho and last time I was here, a different guy did not do that great of a job. Like it wasn't terrible... he just wasn't as skilled and kind of took forever. Overall it's a good place with decent prices. I would recommend. They have MASSIVE collection of colors. I think over 1k colors to pick from. At first it was overwhelming to pick a color but the next time I came - they sorted all the shades together which honestly made a huge difference. They are very skilled with nail designs and service is always nice and friendly. I will say their drink selection isn't that great - no margaritas or cocktails here ladies. Only wine and soda available. read more

I should always know when prices aren't posted that it's not going to be great. I got a pedicure, it was fine (while doing this they hand you a laminated menu so you can see prices). I didn't feel like driving to stone oak to get a lash refill and saw it on the menu, so I got what was supposed to be a hybrid lash refill. What a mistake! Do NOT waste your money. The lashes aren't individual lashes. She used far too much glue, I have huge clumps. The quality is terrible. It feels like I have plastic glued to my eyes. I wish I could get these off and get a new set at my normal place. Drive to stone oak. Go to vinpearl read more

This is the worst place to get any type of service. The owner and his wife are incredibly rude and stated I needed to know what I was talking about because I sound stupid. I called the store after My wife went in to get her nails done with a Mickey Mouse design and the designer (owners wife) got mad at my wife for asking her to fix it ,after she finished drying and the design looked like a bunny instead of Mickey. The owners wife passed my wife off to him and he was treating my wife very unprofessional. The owner started to be aggressive with my wife's hand and started pulling and bending her fingers telling her she needed to loosen up. After arguing with the owner for a few minutes and telling him I was going to write a review he called me back and said I need to know what I'm talking about because I sound stupid. read more

My wife went here today for a mani and pedi - terrible service. Sat her down and soaked her feet for nearly and hour while they wanted her to soak her nails in acetone. She sat there for nearly an hour and kept sitting other people down and taking care of them forgetting she was there still waiting. Then the nail tech did her nails, forgot something, had to soak them off and completely redo them. 3 1/2 hours!!! And after he did her nails didn't even clean them up around the edges. I know they're a née salon but they're gonna need to get it together if they're going to survive the 14 other salons on Potranco. Didn't even offer her a discount for the poor service or long wait. Terrible. read more

The inside is really nice but I asked them to fix one and and just redo the others and I got French tips and their are uneven, there's missing spots of the white polish.
