I had gone there last year & loved my prom nails. Had no problems but when my nail tech couldn't do my grad nails, I thought it would be fine to go back. So yesterday I showed my design & was told by one of the workers would be $60-80 & thought that was fine. HOWEVER once we were done I was told $85 by a different worker. Its not a big difference but I was told between a different price range. When I asked the guy what the original price was when I asked him, he responded rudely saying "She just told you". Not even 6 hours later, my nail powder chipped on both thumbs. Today I went to get it fixed thinking maybe it was me. Got it for free & thought it would make up for the day before. But yet again, both thumbs are chipped again, one with the nail polish and powder completely removed on the edges. Maybe it was just my experience but I will not be going there again. read more

Very friendly, nice people. I'm a girly girl, I admit it. I might now always act like it but I do so like getting my nails and toes done. A bit of pampering for me, I deserve it. Ok, enough about me and more about Eva's Nails and the crew there. I really can't say enough nice things about them. They are very sweet. Very welcoming, Quick, professional, and so friendly. I've started going there soon after they opened up and I don't know if I'll go anywhere else. I got a set of solar nails done that lasted me until I grew them out and then the the new tips that were done lasted until I had them taken off recently. I switched to the Shellac nail polish and so far and liking it. I love going there and seeing the smiles on the faces of the people who work there and watching them with the customers is a joy. They are gentle and willing to go that extra bit to keep us coming back. read more

This is truly the place I've been looking for. I'll admit since I only come to this side of town for my bf, I've been literally everywhere. Many little nail shops couldn't care less who you are or anything about you. Get in Get out and give us your money. EVA nail is so refreshingly different. The staff (Mickey in particular) are great. Mickey is so sweet at recommending nails/tips that would look good. They are always willing to get you something to drink and are always quick and caring. I've been to nail places that I have left bleeding with nothing more then a simple "sorry" but here they won't just rip off your old tips. If they notice you even slightly uncomfortable they will just as easily soak your nails. I appreciate that because I am a baby. These nails also last forever. I'll admit it, I'm a cheap skate and only get my nails done ever 3 weeks and let me tell you they look fabulous the whole time. If you're looking for a little gem of a nail salon this is the place for you. read more

I just arrived here from California one week ago and this was my first time venturing out. I've had shellac done regularly on my nails back in Cali for about a year and was a little nervous about trying a new place. The staff was nice, attentive, and the place is very clean. I want to get a pedicure next time because it looked so good! I got a french shellac and the guy did an excellent job in a timely manner. Will be back for sure! And P.s. I never post reviews, but this is a must. I've gone to this nail salon for over a year now and have always had great service and always loved my nails. I went today only to find out that new people are working there. My nails look awful! -Glue everywhere -Pieces of the nail that should have been filed away was stuck into the gel -The glue left a huge space between my nail and the fake nail -Nails were uneven -Cuts on 2 fingers Please take your business elsewhere, because you pay before they finish and they will not give your money back. read more

I was in town for work and needed a manicure because my gel was coming off. They took me right away and she did a FANTASTIC job trimming my cuticles which are thick and fast growing. The gel/shellac was applied by another nail tech who also did a great job. I will be coming back here the next time in two. For sure! read more

Had a shellac mani & pedi here. The pedicure was awesome with a nice, long foot massage, scrub, and parrafin. The owner did my nails, took his time, and took great care to make them right. However, when I looked at my nails in the sunlight after I left, I noticed that the polish looked splotchy in places on a couple nails. Also, the polish did not cover the entire nail on a couple nails (strips on sides left unpainted). These things are only noticable when you look closely, and my nails look pretty good overall. However, considering the amount of time I spent here and the great reviews, I expected my nails to be perfect, and they were not. read more

The only reason I gave them one star is because the option wasn't available for me to select zero stars. Disrespectful/Unprofessional staff and poor work quality. It took them 2 hrs to finish my pedicure. They charged me $50 for my three year old daughter. I will never return to this salon. I use to love this place. But I'm never going back again. There's 5 booths for nails tech but there's always only the same two (a guy that sit next to the register and a girl) my nails will look decent, I guess, when I go with the girl. But I've gone to the guy 3 times, including today, and I've had enough of him. He's so rude, gives such horrible attitude. I asked if he could make my nails Mayte and his response was: "I can but I'm going to tell you right now that it's not going to look nice." Did I ask for his personal opinion about what my preference is?! No! And the girl NEVER complains about my hand position or not being able to do my nails, yet this guy is ALWAYS saying: "can you relax a little" as if my hand was super stiff. And this last time he said to relax he did this snobby chuckle. My nails are not the length I wanted either, they were already too short when he cut them and then he wouldn't stop filing them. Might as well should've left my natural nail growing. If you want a good, friendly nail salon with good pricing too, go to Mesa Nails by Ingram park mall instead! They're way better and much cleaner. I went here because I was looking for a nail salon on my side of town. They were very friendly and clean. I did a full set. The only thing I didn't like was that the gel burned my nails while drying under the light. They said it was because my nails were then. I've been getting my nails done for more than 10 years. It's the type they use. They were very gentle with my thin nails. I can't see myself coming in every two weeks and getting my nails burned. Other then that everything was great! read more

WORST NAIL PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN TOO!! This was my first tine here and I felt so rushed. I told the guy that was working there I wanted a manicure with tips. You go to these asian nail salon and they ask you what you want but you dont get it. He started gluing the tips. I said I wanted a manicure, he said well ill do your nails then if decide you want the manicure after we can do that. WTF would I want a manicure after???!!! The sides of my nails look horrible!! He put the acrylic on so thin I asked him to apply it again he got upset. I said thank you after he applied them again he didn't even say your welcome. I knew he was irritated. I freaking pay to get it done then I want it done right the first time!! After all that he only applied the top gloss on ONCE. My nails scratch so easily. What a waste of $60!! Plus their pedicures are soo expensive!! Other places you can get them.so cheaper and done better as well. I'm definitely never going here again. They also had 10% off for M T W and when I had asked I never got it. I usually tip 20% but didn't and gave him $8. Almost wish I hadn't for how bad my nails look!! I love this nail salon! It's super affordable and my shellac manicure lasts FOREVER! Definitely longer than 2 weeks without chipping or peeling off. Everyone is super friendly and they always have great music playing. Lots of color options too. They really take their time when doing the manicure part and cutting off the cuticles and what not and also painting them making sure your whole nail is covered. Definitely recommend them! read more

Have been looking for a good nail place since I got here in April 2012. Been to most places in this area just once and found most service lacking, especially shellac process. Was satisfied with shellac from the 1st visit and have been back several times since. Pedicures are done in a separate room with several different treatments. I had solar nails that I needed to get taken off so I stopped into this place just passing by. I walked in and told them that I needed a take off and a shellac mani. As someone who does walkins on a regular basis I was seen fairly quickly. I had one lady that started the takeoff process and I had another one do my nails. I dread getting my cuticles cut, in fear that they will cut too far and make them bleed, but she was very gentle. They offered me a drink so I got a margarita which was yummy, strong but still good. Pricing wise it was decent I had expected to pay at least $45 ($10 for takeoff and $35 for shellac mani) but I was surprised when they only charged me $27 for mani and $5 for takeoff. So I was like SIGN ME UP! I typically get shellac manicures and usually before they start applying the shellac I either wash my hands or they spray my nails with alcohol to clean them but this place did not do that. They just brushed off my nails with a huge brush before application of shellac. I'm really not picky as long as it looks good and sticks. They have tons of colors, glitter colors, and mood changing colors so for sure I will be coming back. read more
