I came in and was immediately greeted by a a lady named Tina. Only wanted a shellac pedicure and decided on the shellac deluxe. I was not disappointed AT ALL! Love my nails! This place is clean and welcoming. They offer you a drink on arrival which is so welcomed. The technician was fast and she used all sanitary tools from a new package. I had a decent experience my nail tech kept rough handling my hands as if I wasn't cooperating? Strange ambiance overall. Over priced I had to pay 65.00 when he told me 55.00 I know it's 10.00 difference, but the woman ringing up over charged and was extremely rude. She turned away another customer while I was there in a interesting unprofessional manner. Overall: not returning and nails were legit DECENT. Two shapes crooked. needed to get ONE nail fixed because it chipped, it was a french tip with clear acrylic and on top, a very easy job, the lady that did my nail had a attitude the entire time. she put the tip on crooked, she then proceeded to put natural pink acrylic on top instead of clear acrylic, when i asked her if this is clear acrylic she said "yes" when it wasn't, then also processed to put too much of the acrylic making the nail look bulky from the side, it's not flat. i was very disappointed, this was my first time here, i drove 3 hours and 30 mins because i'm on vacation and needed a quick fix and it was such a waist of my time. Pedicures are priced well $35 for scrub and paraffin wax They also they take there time. Its never really packed either when I've gone.

Positive: they were very nice and quick. However I should have paid attention to the lack of customers, but it was right by my hotel and it's not the best area so I didn't want to go far. I got a gel manicure and when he was finished I noticed bubbles on several of my fingers.....which I know from past experiences will mean peeling very soon. On my other hand one of my fingers is already chipped bc he kept filing even after the gel had dried. For $35, I expect a pretty good gel polish! The guy didn't speak English so it was very hard to communicate my displeasure. He didn't seem very experienced. Also there's no air conditioner and on a 87 degree day, it gets pretty stuffy. Would not recommend. Just do your own nails or go somewhere else. Definitely not worth it. read more

Update: May fixed my nails and she always does an awesome job. I will keep coming here but I will only let her do my nails. I am glad I don't have to find a new nail place. I have been going to this place for a month or two now and they usually do a wonderful job. On Wednesday, a newer gentleman did my nails with shellac. The paint job wasn't the best but I could deal with it for 2 weeks. However, by the next day the shellac was flaking off. It got to the point where I could legitimately pull off the entire nail of polish. I went back in on Saturday (today) to get them fixed because I had always been told that they would fix them no problem. I told the lady what happened and she gave me a hard time. She said "how do we know you didn't peel it off yourself?" And "we will only fix the ones that chipped." I told her that the paint job wasn't that great to begin with and that my (supposed to be white) nails were turning blue just from everyday clothes. She said, "you should know that you have to be careful with white nails." Excuse me, what?! She wouldn't let me get a different color without paying. I can't believe how they handled this situation, and trust me that I will NEVER be coming back. The worst customer service experience. She was legimately rude to me. read more

I've been going to this salon for about a year now. I was not super impressed but I like the card punch system that they have. They typically do an okay job. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a fill on my nails, My total was $30.00, I assume because of the gel nail polish. Twice the amount for a regular fill with regular nail polish. The polish was chipping off within 24 hours. I went back the next day and the Tech was real nice about repairing the nails but within a few days, they were chipping again. That was it for me. Second and last time!! A guy did my pedi and I get acrylics on my big toe he left them big and clumpy he drilled hole in my real toe nail. My cuticles were bleeding he kept filling my sides to hard and cut them. Found this nail spa while looking for a walk-in pedicure place close to home. A little hesitant because of the complaint of cheap polish by one poster in 2013 but they have added OPI polish since then. JoJo is great; very personable and eager to please. He was working on the woman next to me who said now she knew why her sister recommended him. Minh did my mani pedi. She's a little quiet but that's ok with me and she did a great job with attention to detail. I had the spa pedicure and classic manicure though I thought I was getting the spa manicure.
