The manicure I received was mediocre at best. Mary did a very quick job and didn't show much care since I was getting a pedicure at the same time. My left hand is completely messed up. My cuticles were destroyed and the acrylic is very thick. The color was wrong as well, my toenails do not match my fingernails even though they were supposed to be the same color. I went in for a pedicure. Everyone was super nice, and my toes turned out great! I had a gift card for $35 that I got in 12/2020. I lost it, but then found it and decided to use it today. I go to pay and the cashier said there wasn't anything on it. Under the 2009 CARD Act you have up until 5 years to use the gift card, and the gift card had no expiration date. The cashier just took it from me. I had until December 2025 to use it. read more

They gave them a $6 discount...they should have made the pedicures right and not charge them. They should have paid them for the damages they did. I also like that for dip nails, they use dip liquid to finish off the set instead of gel polish top coat (unless you request otherwise). Service is good & friendly! I came in with my sister since this is one of her regular places she comes to and it was my first time. The nail salon is very spacious with many stations for manicures and pedicures. There is a full service bar where they provide 2 complimentary drinks, this was pretty cool! I got the Passion Whiskey and it was soo good!!! The girl that my sister got was very experienced and did a great job on her pedi. Unfortunately, I got a brand new girl who didn't speak English, took way too long on my pedicure (my sister had to wait on me to finish) and she missed a few corners which made them chip quicker. I didn't have the time to go back and get it fixed or else I would've. I would come back since I know who to go to next time. They did upsell to a paraffin wax pedicure and this is the only time I would've agreed to an upsell because that seriously kept my feet baby soft for a long time! Literally, if I can leave none I would. I have a wedding to stand in this weekend & was excited to finally pamper myself. Got a pedicure which came out good but honestly how can you mess it up. Anyways I move on to get my nails done & from my point of view all is well... until I get in the car & see the side view. My nails are so thin I can literally bend it. i just wanted to plain acrylic almond shape nail with dip powder. i got an oval shaped acrylic nail with bulky spotty uneven dip powder, they also said the nail polish on my toes would match my hands... when i looked down at my feet after the service, my toes were hot pink :( i will never cheat on my original nail tech lady again. the vibe is okay, the place itself is kinda cute but i wont ever willingly go back there. read more

The lady kept stabbing my toes with her long ass nails while doing my pedicure. She barely scrubbed my feet and was more so rubbing softly and then when the massage came, she didn't do that either, used her nails to like go up and down which was very odd to me and isn't a massage at all. She finished off my nails with no glove while painting so her nails hurt twice as much on my skin. More then likely won't come back here. She made my toenails look crooked when they aren't bc I've trimmed them before and been fine. Very sad spending $60 for a not so great experience. Went in to get a basic full set to check the place out and was shocked by how rude the nail tech was. He did not like my color choice and chose a different but similar color. I really didn't mind this at first because I trusted him but the way my nails came out changed my mind. To start, he did not clean up his workstation and his tools were still dirty from the previous client. Overall was very rough and agressive with my nails and at one point filed my skin to get some color off. The tip of the nails are crooked and overall the nails are flat with no shape. Not my worst nail salon experience but definitely never going back again. I would suggest spending your money elsewhere. read more

This salon is elegant. There are at least 20 pedi chairs with all the requirements- massage features, folding tables and big bowls for feet soaking. The selection of pedicures was great and did not disappoint. But I was also there for an acrylic shellac manicure. My manicures can last 3 weeks. The polish selection is overwhelming. I live on the Northside but I drive down here for my nails every time. read more
