I had the worse nail experience of my life. I went to get my acrylic nails removed and the tech not only cut me and file on the same spot till it burned... multiple times, but she left my natural nail paper thin, so thin I feel heat sensitivity, you can even see on the picture how thick my natural nail is close to the cuticle compared to how she left me. I had also asked to shape them round, but she left me with all different shapes and lengths. I literally left crying. Don't go here. read more

I have always gone go this place for pedis and manis. This last Friday Jan 13 I was there and will admit I was in a hurry. They took me in, but the vibe was so different than normal time. This was my second time coming to Suri Nails and once again they did a fantastic job. I didn't schedule an appointment, but they still sat me right away and began removing my previous set. They have so many colors to choose from, it took me a bit of time to decide, but they were so patient! The whole staff was so incredibly friendly and they all made an effort to speak to me even though it was only one gentleman who was actually working on my set. They have so many specials going on and even sent me on my way with a coupon for my next service. They offered me a beverage and gave me a pillow, making my service even more relaxing. I've been here a couple of times and it is my favorite nail salon in town the techs are so friendly! The first time I went in was a Monday so it was slow but they took care of my mother and I very quickly they did my toes and nails at the same time so we didn't have to spend all day there. One of the gentlemen did my dip powder nails and they were wonderful; perfectly sculpted and looked great. It is also a very clean and put together salon. All the nail colors can be found together on these fun spiral nail displays. I continued to get my dip there and when I chipped my thumb they fixed it free of charge! i got a mani pedi here. pedicure was fine, no issues. someone else starts doing my nails and they completely butcher the french tips i requested and cut 2 of my fingers in the process. he didn't even let me wash my hands when he cut my fingers. i finally got to wash them after the top coat was applied (yes that means he applied the top coat with the dust all over my bloody fingers). i paid bc i was too scared to tell them that i did not like my nails or the service. i was about to get in my car but i immediately turned around and walked back in once i got the courage to explain what was wrong and requested a partial refund for just the manicure service. the person that did my nails tried to justify his work and then the shop owner tried to "fix" it and denied my request for a partial refund on the manicure. she even rushed me out with an "ok thank you" after "fixing" the crooked nails. read more

The lady who did my pedicure cut into my toe and after i told her not to put and polish on it she continued to try to do what she wanted. I was always very happy with their service and prices. and have recommended them to many people. .....and I have ALWAYS tipped very well......usually $5.00. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Today, I arrived for my appointment and was asked if i wanted a special shellac polish. I asked how much and a man (the owner?) said ONE DOLLAR in addition to my regularly priced $32.00. I agreed to the additional ONE DOLLAR price and proceeded to get my pedicure. I NEVER would have agreed to an additional $20.00, even if the "special" polish was made of gold. The lady did a wonderful job, as always. When I went to pay the usual $32 (plus the ONE DOLLAR extra I had agreed to), I was told the price was $52.00!!!!!! WTF????? When I protested, he did not even flinch and said that price was final and he had told me it was $20.00 extra. I feel totally ripped off and will report to the Better Business Bureau. This place sucks! Do not get your nails done here unless you want to get ripped off and not be able to relax bc they will cut you off on alcohol. They only allow you one drink. This is non-sense.
