Plenty of parking that is for sure. They have a spacious salon with plenty equipment to tend for a whole lot of customers however their cardinal mistake is that they are absolutely and undeniably understaffed. I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here. the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else. ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us. as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went. read more

Alas, I have FINALLY found my go to nail salon on my side of town! I live on the Southeast side of town and there are plenty of nail salons but unfortunately, none of them have been able to exceed my expectations until today! I've been trying different places for the past two years and I just wasn't impressed with the quality of work. I'm glad that I turned to the guidance of my fellow yelpers! They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work! Not only was she very skilled and talented with her work, she was also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can happily say that I have finally found my new nail place! Thanks Trisha for the beautiful job! I can't wait to show off the cute design that you did! I'll definitely be back! read more

I was desperately in search of a nail salon and technician that could do all the awesome nail art I see on instagram and pinterest. I did my research I looked online and found Megan about a little over a month ago and she's amazing. I don't write many reviews and if I do I make sure I go a few times before I feel like it's warranted. Megan takes her time she's not in a rush to just get u in and out. ..she cares about your nails and the condition that they are in. He art work is neat, clean, and maticulous. I have already recommended her to all my friends and family that's how good she is. She has a customer for life! ! read more

The good: attentive and fast service, skilled artists The okay: pricing (but worth it for quality) The bad: they are short one nail tech- calling an appointment is a MUST Overall: Make sure you research/know what services you want before making an appointment. The salon has an impressive range of services and the staff are highly organized as well as friendly. My nail tech was Whitney Garrett and I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $75. I am very rough with my hands and have trouble keeping my nails long, ergo finding a quality nail salon is difficult. However, Mia Bella's (and Whitney!) is one place where I'm okay with paying a little extra. Normally, after one week I would look at my fingers to see about 8 out of 10 nails chipped (or no polish at all). Not the case with this salon! I literally have ONE tiny chip on my thumb. It may not sound like much, but if you knew how clumsy and inattentive I was with my hands, you'd understand the milestone I've just come through. Highly recommend! read more

I've been here twice and was never disappointed. The first time I came I felt a little uncomfortable since I had made an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be seen. I wasn't too pleased with my nails either. Then I decided to go back to get my birthday nails and I loved my experience! I'm so sad the nail tech I had this time isn't there anymore! But this place is so close to home and the prices are so reasonable. Great place, people and atmosphere. read more

I live in floresville (A really small town ), so I don't have very many nail salon options. After consistently being over-charged or charged different prices for the same service at different nail salons in San Antonio. I started searching Instagram for a good nail salon, it wasn't long before I came across Mia Bella nails, I was amazed by their nail art, nails, nail techs, etc., because everything was amazing! then I found out they are on the south side! So, I decided to give them a try... Although, I must admit that almost did not give this salon a chance because it only had 1 review on yelp. I decided to give it a chance and I got scheduled with Megan and I am so glad I did! She is amazing! First, she cares for the health of your nails which is a first for me, second, she takes her time and Is Extremely thorough, third, she will go above and beyond to make her clients happy...she fixed my broken nails on her day off! She's Amazing!! As long as she does nails I will be her client! If you want a good nail tech go to Megan!!!! read more

I am giving two stars because my nails looks decent. However, the price I paid was not worth the time and pain. I was expecting it to be a bit more because of the white gel tip and the nail removal but nowhere near this much. I was here for almost 3 1/2 hours and the nail tech didn't talk to me at all. She just ask questions about my nails. I think it's important to talk and to get to know the client because that'll encourage the client to return. She was extremely rough. The skin near my cuticles was extremely red and I started to bleed a bit. It was really painful when she used any liquid. I was really excited for my appointment. I saw the rave reviews on yelp, loved the pictures of other clients' nail, and noticed the comments on how it was a great price. I left with such disappointment and disbelief. read more

I love how close it is to my house and I love the work they do. The nail texts know so much and even when they are not with clients they are practicing on new ideas. The hair stylists are also great playing with new colors and modern cuts. I also love the environment in which its like a little family..they get to know you and what you like. Plus there were no children running around so it was relaxing. Thank you Mia Bella Nails for the great service! :) read more

I recently arranged an appointment for french gel manicure and a regular pedicure that was disappointing for many reasons. One of the reasons is the nail technician did not clean under my toe nails or finger nails, seemed very inexperienced on French gel nail technic because average time is 45 minutes but it was almost two hours and she had to ask another technician on the process and what products to use. The nails looked really nice just under my nails were a bit dirty. Conversation was limited and the fact I had just moved to TX didn't spark a conversation or when asked simple questions that generally would have led to a social conversation and possible new patron. It was quiet in the salon most of the time not sure if that is possibly a policy of the salon. Meeting new people and developing an association or connections with people is part of the experience especially when patronizing beauty salons. When making the appointment it was shared that their nail salon was chosen because of the rave customers provided in yelp. Everyone has a perspective this is mine. read more

When I went to the salon, I got my nails done by Megan B. Unlike other nail technicians that have done my nails in the past, she does everything with perfection. When nail art is requested, she takes her time to ensure that she give you the desired look. She's really versatile when it comes to nail styles. She can do plain nails and she can also do really unique designs. I love getting my nails done by Megan! read more

I love Mia Bella! Whitney is great, and so is Janet (the new tech)! everyone is so nice and funny and it's obvious that they care about their work. Sarah is wonderful, she not only cares about the customers but about her employees as well! I'm sad that I won't be able to visit for a while (going to be moving out of state) but I will be back and I will recommend Mia Bella to everyone I know! read more

I love coming here! Whitney is the best! I always get a coffin set and she does amazing everytime. What I like most is she pays attention to details that some may over look. I have never had a nail tech ask me if I was ok with the shape & if everything looks good. Even though that may seem like not a big deal it really is. If I'm paying for something I should get what I want and Whitney always make sure of that. She's also really funny and always makes me feel great! Everyone at Mia Bella is really sweet! I recommend Whitney to everyone! read more
