Plenty of parking that is for sure. They have a spacious salon with plenty equipment to tend for a whole lot of customers however their cardinal mistake is that they are absolutely and undeniably understaffed. I come in and there was a 2 hour wait for a gel manicure.... with plenty of empty chairs and nobody waiting besides me and another lady, they should make sure they have enough workers. Specially on a Saturday afternoon. I am very disappointed because i looked them up and saw that this spot has a lot of great reviews, i was looking forward to it that is for sure. sadly the failure to accommodate sent me packing and i will probably never come back here. the nice thing was that the person who greeted me and told me that they had no availability, gave me a little gift bag and a 10% discount card for my next visit for the trouble of coming here and not being able to be seen, that gesture means the word because it shows that they do care for the customer and i am pretty sure that they would never be turning ppl away if they could do something else. ultimately for me though even with this amazing gesture i will not come back here, i am a busy gal and i love to be able to get to a place that can keep up with how busy life is now a days, in the digital era we can do much more stuff in much less time, and being able to multi task and figure out ways to move with the pace is important for all of us. as i said, i did appreciate their gesture and if you have the patience and the time, go take a look and check them out as i saw pretty amazing reviews. and whenever you go some time let me know how it went. read more

Alas, I have FINALLY found my go to nail salon on my side of town! I live on the Southeast side of town and there are plenty of nail salons but unfortunately, none of them have been able to exceed my expectations until today! I've been trying different places for the past two years and I just wasn't impressed with the quality of work. I'm glad that I turned to the guidance of my fellow yelpers! They steered me in the right direction! I was a bit leary of the 5 STAR review at first. It's very rare that a place with such amazing reviews actually lives up to it's high rating! I called in the morning and was delighted to be able to get an appointment for this afternoon! I went in for a regular pedi and a gel french tip mani with a design. Trisha was the lovely nail tech that provided my services. Wow! I don't say this very often but I was more than impressed with her work! Not only was she very skilled and talented with her work, she was also very friendly and a pleasure to be around. I can happily say that I have finally found my new nail place! I was desperately in search of a nail salon and technician that could do all the awesome nail art I see on instagram and pinterest. I did my research I looked online and found Megan about a little over a month ago and she's amazing. I don't write many reviews and if I do I make sure I go a few times before I feel like it's warranted. Megan takes her time she's not in a rush to just get u in and out. ..she cares about your nails and the condition that they are in. He art work is neat, clean, and maticulous. The salon has an impressive range of services and the staff are highly organized as well as friendly. My nail tech was Whitney Garrett and I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $75. I am very rough with my hands and have trouble keeping my nails long, ergo finding a quality nail salon is difficult. However, Mia Bella's (and Whitney!) is one place where I'm okay with paying a little extra. Normally, after one week I would look at my fingers to see about 8 out of 10 nails chipped (or no polish at all). Not the case with this salon! I literally have ONE tiny chip on my thumb. It may not sound like much, but if you knew how clumsy and inattentive I was with my hands, you'd understand the milestone I've just come through. Highly recommend! read more

I am giving two stars because my nails looks decent. However, the price I paid was not worth the time and pain. I was expecting it to be a bit more because of the white gel tip and the nail removal but nowhere near this much. I was here for almost 3 1/2 hours and the nail tech didn't talk to me at all. She just ask questions about my nails. I think it's important to talk and to get to know the client because that'll encourage the client to return. She was extremely rough. The skin near my cuticles was extremely red and I started to bleed a bit. It was really painful when she used any liquid. I was really excited for my appointment. I saw the rave reviews on yelp, loved the pictures of other clients' nail, and noticed the comments on how it was a great price. I left with such disappointment and disbelief. read more

I recently arranged an appointment for french gel manicure and a regular pedicure that was disappointing for many reasons. One of the reasons is the nail technician did not clean under my toe nails or finger nails, seemed very inexperienced on French gel nail technic because average time is 45 minutes but it was almost two hours and she had to ask another technician on the process and what products to use. The nails looked really nice just under my nails were a bit dirty. Conversation was limited and the fact I had just moved to TX didn't spark a conversation or when asked simple questions that generally would have led to a social conversation and possible new patron. It was quiet in the salon most of the time not sure if that is possibly a policy of the salon. Meeting new people and developing an association or connections with people is part of the experience especially when patronizing beauty salons. When making the appointment it was shared that their nail salon was chosen because of the rave customers provided in yelp. Everyone has a perspective this is mine. read more

I love coming here! Whitney is the best! I always get a coffin set and she does amazing everytime. What I like most is she pays attention to details that some may over look. I have never had a nail tech ask me if I was ok with the shape & if everything looks good. Even though that may seem like not a big deal it really is.
