I'm on my feet 16-18 hr days and I have no time to pamper myself. I walked in and they could see it in my face that I needed 2 hours just to relax and be taken care of. I am so so grateful for this GEM of a find. This nail joint is my new go to spot in San Antonio. When I sat, the lady next to me was in pedi progress. Maybe mid pedi. I sat and was done before her. Like what? Maybe she got the high dollar idk. They scrubbed and lotioned my legs like in 5 mins. They lightly scrubbed my feet bottoms Then straight to the polish. And I was done. No clipping of the dead skin around my toes which is my favorite part. No scraping of the foot bottoms for that dead skin. No cleaning of the inner nails. Which I know I need because I'm a runner in the trails. My feet get baaaad! Hadn't had a pedi in months. I'm so disappointed. 65 dollars for that? I could have done that at home. Now I have to go somewhere else to get another one. These pedis are supposed to be relaxing and feel good. The environment was great there were plenty of seatings and a large variety of color and polish types. James worked on my pedicure and he did an amazing job. I did not felt rushed and his massage was awesome! Vivian did my husband's manicure and he loved how soft his hands felt and she made them look clean and fresh. Katie did my GelX set and she did a fabulous job! She took her time and gave me the exact design and color I wanted. She even went back to fix some small details that came out a little uneven.
