I have my favorite but many of their technicians are highly skilled and professional. They offer a drink of your choice upon entry and there are tvs to keep you entertained. They had me sit in a really cool room specially for pedicures and I really liked that. The man working on my nails and feet is the amazing Peter! He was really nice and was taking the time to make sure I was happy with my results. Unfortunately because I came in a little late and I don't like having to stay when the salon is closed and I really don't like making people stay after hours. I went ahead and let him know that it's ok he didn't have to do a full set of acrylic or anything like that and I just wanted a solid color and one design from my original nails on my thumbnail. He was worried that he wouldn't get it right but I let him know it's ok and I don't really mind if it was perfect or not because at the end of the day he did a great job, the massage was awesome and my nails turned out great, Peter shaped my overgrown natural nails into a almond shape (my favorite shape) and they even had complementary drinks like water and soda, I had a green tea with water. And yah my nails are pretty fly and I really liked my experience there. If you're ever traveling from out of state and staying in San Antonio and have any nail emergencies I would definitely recommend coming here. And hey if you're a San Antonio local and have a hard time finding a good place, I would definitely make this spot my go to place. If a nail is filed correctly, she would not be bleeding in a localized area in that nature. That's not irritation. TF? Very unprofessional to gaslight her. I have been frequenting this place for over a year and have recommended this place multiple times. But as of recently, I've been getting knicked, improperly filed down and had less than ideal results. The service has been inconsistent and it's sad to see this place go downhill.
