I was getting a pedicure today and was offered a drink. I chose a margarita and 20 minutes into my pedicure, I inquired about it again, as it hadn't arrived. The woman who was doing my pedicure got up, and using the same gloves she had on from filing nails (super dusty because she added acrylic that was much longer than I asked for and had to file and file them down) she went behind the bar and made my margarita. There were other miscommunication issues, such as not having the technician I made an appointment with, shaping, diluting the jelly pedicure immediately and trying to put a tip on my toe nails. This was my first time upon a recommendation. The service was just okay. I received a pedicure and was not happy with how it turned out. I didn't have time to go back to get it fixed or even go to another salon. The pedicure itself was just okay. She asked if I wanted my nails cut and I said yes, cut short. She barely cut them and they weren't as even. When she was done painting my nails I was hurried out of the chair and was not given time for them to dry. I also realized that she didn't put a clear top coat on them until I looked at them closely at home. The service was really great but my lash extensions were put on the wrong way all my lashes are glued together it was not what I asked for and the glue burned my eyes the entire time and I don't think she even used the right glue because the lash glue is usually black not white and clumpy , she glued lashes on my water line as well. Scheduled an apt online for the salon. Went there and got sat before my walkin time! My nail tech was great super happy with how the nails came out... A little back story.. came in around July Last year with a friend and signed in with her. Was overlooked they took her back and left me sitting in the lobby for two hours... I understand it was a busy Saturday... but my friend was sat 1 hour before I eventually left... my friend kept asking if I was going to be sat to her tech and they kept saying oh she's next... eventually I had somewhere to Go and couldn't spend 3 hours at a nail salon.. This place has definitely stepped up its game. Today's experience was great! Sean does amazing nails. Usually go to Hanna but she's out of town. Only downside was the color I picked was neon pink with glitter but when they were done they were Barbie pink (see picture). Not the nicest people here. I came in with my aunt and mom. Problem 1. The technician tried to use tools that were not properly sanitized. Had I been alone I would have walked out immediately. This is not ok! He eventually got the properly sanitized tools after I insisted. Problem 2. I asked to pay for mom and aunt. When we went to leave they yelled at me. Apparently they didn't charge me for one of us and treated us like were were walking out on purpose. Very bad attitude too. Also major language barrier Probem 3. When my aunt went to pay they tried to charge her for 2 shellac pedicures instead of 1 mani pedi which costs more. She had to argue with them about the price. No excuse for that. My main problem is they are not a salon who properly sanitized their tools plus a few of their staff have a bad attitude towards their patrons. read more

First time going to this location. It is beautiful inside, looks and feels luxurious. Jason did my fill and I give him a 6/10. My left hand looks amazing, however my right thumb is clearly shaped differently and is way shorter. I asked him to fix it and instead he said my nail was broken (which it was chipped) so he couldn't. I have an overlay of acrylic on my real nails. Many times when I ask a technician if they can fix it, normally they extended the acrylic - not in this case. Also, he kept burning my nail bed when he was filing. Now as for the design, Tammy did it. I simply asked for a sunflower. On their yelp review it looks like someone was able to achieve a sunflower (looks like acrylic). I did not care how much it cost or how it was done I wanted a sunflower. She stated my nails were to small to get the sunflower. I paid $8 for two sunflower and neither look like a sunflower instead a daisy. She gave me $3 back because my nails were "too small for the design" even when I told her it didn't need to go on the corner of my nail. I just wanted a sunflower. **if you do not know how to execute a design then please just tell me it can't be done and I will simply move on. read more

I was avoiding getting them redone as long as possibly but I'm going to have to at least have the dip removed as my hair is catching between the dip and my natural nail. If you dont read this whole review, read this: DONT GO HERE. First time at this location but not my first time by far getting my nails done. I brought my little sister in with me for her first mani/pedi, she was so excited to sit in the little kids seats that were decorated with princesses. -The ONLY pro i can really give is that while there is a language barrier with most employees to clients, there are at least two individuals who speak very good english. -They argued with me that my sister was too tall to be nine years old. I mean what can I do? Bring her birth certificate? They refused to seat her at the kids seats because of this and kept talking about us in their own language but giving us dirty looks. We're both very tall girls and she's not even the tallest in her class. But what can you do. I simply paid for her to receive an adult pedicure. - The man who attended us for manicures was coughing the ENTIRE time. Asked if we could get another technician and we were ignored. -There was a lady who walked in right after us and waited 3 hours to be attended. They finally put her in an available pedicure chair to wait for an hour. She was all smiles until the technician cut her toe causing her to bleed. She expressed her concern but the technician kept talking over her telling her this was normal and she said No its not! This isnt my first time getting a pedicure and Ive never bled! They accused her of trying to get out of paying but she adamantly denied and simply got up, paid for her botched job which didn't even get to trim her nails much less paint or anything else, and left. I really cant recommend this salon even though I wanted to. They have a very hostile attitude here and are blatantly rude even when you're friendly. I was not happy with my service here. What is the point of picking out a color if they do not let you have the color you choose? I wanted a black shellac polish. When it came time to polish after a disappointing manicure, the color was dark maroon and not black. I told the lady I wanted black but she said "Not black. This one is pretty". I came here with my daughter for a manicure, pedicure for my self, and a french manicure for my daughter, 1st Lily my daughters nail tech states she couldn't do french manicure using regular polish, only gel polish, which is obsured. Then, she does not give her a manicure. Only polishes her nails. As my daughter is getting done so am I, my service was going ok until my nail tech Steven is done applying my gel polish asked me to go wash my hands and when I get back he's waiting for me by the register without even applying lotion or giving a hand massage. I've been here one time before, and it was ok, which is why i came back. Awesome! Very relaxing environment. I went with my family of (5) and we all agreed that this place had great service. This place didn't rush through with their pedicures like most places. Although I noticed the layering of nail polish on my nails looked tacky. The nail polish selection was great with 2 big wall displays. Staff has horrible attitude. I tried talking to my technician to let him know what I wanted and I felt like it was completely ignored!! I asked for a shellac manicure, yet I was given regular polish. I don't get my nails done often so at the end when he told me it was going to take 15-20 minutes to dry, i found out they completely ignored my request for shellac. I had 4 nails that had nail art on them which costed an additional $20. At the end of it all, he didn't even put that cuticle oil on me so my cuticles looked so dry walking out. I also reminded him at the end of an additional coat I wanted on and he sloppily painted it on. Now, for the first time EVER I am embarrassed to show my nails to other people because the last layer is so horribly done...it literally looks like my husband did it with his left hand. I gave an additional star because the nail art that was done is very nice. I wish the rest of my nails looked that good. read more
