For the pedicure, the chair didn't heat the water, and after about 15 minutes they had to use an electric kettle to warm it. I then waited almost another 20 minutes before any pedicure steps continued. My nails weren't clipped, calluses weren't addressed, and the massage was extremely light. The polish selection was great, but the paint job wasn't very consistent. For my manicure and nail set, the final result was pretty and well-shaped, but it wasn't what I asked for -- even the colors ended up very different from the reference. I did really like the clear, thin press-on style they used, but I wish the airbrush work had matched the design I showed more closely. Overall, the staff was kind, and the space is lovely, but the timing, technical consistency, and attention to detail weren't what I expected for a first visit.

There were some imperfections like the checkered pattern not being fully filled in and the lines not looking straight or even. One of the nails with the main design also wasn't shaped evenly, with one side looking squared and the other rounded. Since it was my first time getting nail art, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I did feel like the work could have been a bit more polished.
