Worst experience ever. Upon entry they make you feel welcomed, get you a drink and immediately seat you. Unfortunately, that's the end of the positive experience. Their products are so old they kept bubbling as they dried. I had them redo my manicure 3 times because the manicure looked bubbly and awful. The 3rd repair the employee made it seem like it was my fault the polish bubbled up since I did not up drag to the shellac. I explained shellac isn't worth the investment since I like to get my polish changed out every other week but she was basically insinuating that it is my fault for not spending the extra cash. So, this was a very unique experience for me. I visited with my wife who knows.... I am a guy but I LOVE GETTING THESE FEET LOVED ON!!! So, here we go!! Ambiance: This is a very nice looking place. It isn't the largest nail salon and I personally like that. The lighting is perfect. It wasn't too dim but it wasn't so bright that you couldn't be relaxed. Customer Service: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and it seemed like genuine care. I'm very big on how companies treat their customers. In addition, the staff treated each other with respect as well. With all of the customers they had in the building (about 10 at the time), the management made an effort to check on everyone to make sure they were okay. Experience. I request a regular pedicure which was done expertly. They made sure to consistently ask if the water was too hot or getting colder so I never had a bad temperature once. I enjoyed their hot towels. This was the first time I went someone where that had hot towels that weren't scorching. However, once complete, I looked at my feet and was a little disappointed. I saw areas that could've been done better. And although everything was great, that matters most to me. Price: The price was okay for the experience. But you know what they say. You get what you pay for. Overall Experience: Meh, it's was alright. If my wife wants to go there, I'll go there. But I'll be looking for another nail spot that I can call home. Definitely won't be back, been here 3 times already and the first tech I got was rushing and painted very sloppy the second time I got him again and it was sloppy as well the third time I came in I got a lady but she didn't do a good job either, prices are cheap but you get what you pay for here. She kept hitting my fingers with the drill to the point where they burn now and she didn't even put any cuticle oil on after to help with that or to help from the acetone drying them out. They don't have anything to dry your polish after your done, you just have to sit and wait until they're dry and hope you don't touch anything on accident and ruin your mini. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the prices are good, just not worth it to me, I'd rather pay more and go somewhere else. read more

Today I went in wanting a new set with a design, I asked the price of the nails and they let me know it would be $65 with the tip & design which was perfectly fine by me. We started by removing my nails and my technician forcefully shoved a nail tip underneath my gel polish to remove the old nail and BROKE MY NAIL BED IN HALF; not only was it bleeding continuously but she did not stop the service to take care of the blood exposure. After being vocal about the blood & pain I was in she then proceeded to grab a bowl with water & remover and pushed my hands and nails down into the water causing the broken nail to sting so bad. She then continued her service filing my nail with an electric nail filer, a basic nail file and continued pushing that finger specifically into the alcohol after I told her multiple times that it was very painful and wasn't sure we should continue the service. She then glued an acrylic nail to my broken & bleeding nail bed and continued to finish the service. The pain did eventually ease up but not completely but the design was very rushed through and half a**ed if you ask me. After this horrifying nail experience I was still required to pay the full price + tip for nails that I HATE and are now damaged, broken and hopefully don't create a nail infection! I will be going somewhere else tomorrow to fix and absolutely do not recommend unless you are getting your service by Tina or Tom. read more

I called ahead of time to make sure they can do gel nails and they said sure we can do that. When I got there they sat me with Tom who was struggling just to put the forms on. Then he started using a gel effects builder NOT poly gel like I had asked for. He shaped my nails all crooked; not one looked uniform with the other. Every time I pointed it out he said I'm not done yet so I just sat back and waited for him to finish. Once he was done I had to point out that several of the nails were crooked. I also asked for coffin shape which they charge an extra $5 for so I asked him to fix some of the nails that were uneven. He had an attitude about everything I asked for and claimed they weren't crooked because I was looking at them wrong!! He didn't even line up each nail to make sure they were the same length which is pretty standard when getting a full set! Then I had to ask him to file down the thick under nail area that he neglected as well as the top since the looked too thick and awkward. Once I finally felt like they were decent enough that I could fix them at home I was ready to get them polished. That's when he said I should pay before hand so I don't mess them up so I said ok fine. As he's holding my card in his hand he says can I run your card so I say ok. That's when he tells me it's going to be $45. $10 over what I was quoted on the phone. When I point this out he says oh well I had to charge you more because I had to spend an extra 30 mins on your nails. So you mean to tell me that IM GETTING CHARGED MORE BECAUSE YOU DID A SLOPPY JOB?? Needless to say I did not leave a tip and I left without getting my nails polished. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else if you're looking for gel nails. Clearly Tom doesn't know how to them and gets pissy when you ask him to do a better job!! read more

This was my 3rd time going. First time was perfect got Devin, he did amazing. Apparently he is always booked so next time I walk in I get the oldest Male there.. he shaped them crooked and I picked out orange nail polish which he put like 4 coats then the clear coat. I sat 25 min to let dry and it was so packed that I finally left. By the time I get home I had a dent...they were just gooey looking. I immediately just took the nail polish off and painted them in 2 coats neon pink! 3rd time I go (yesterday) at 9:50 the first one in there I ask for Devin. Nobody said No he couldn't do it. So it was a surprise that when they finally sit me I get the same older Male that did my nails horrible previously. I told the lady I had asked for Devin. She said he had an appt. I said well can you do them? She said she had an appt. At this time the Male gets up put of his seat and storms off like a toddler throwing a tantrum to the back!! The lady just stared at me in confusion. I said I dont want him cause how he did my nails last time. So he comes back loud in his language speaking all crazy!! He's making a scene so I said fine just do them. He goes off on me that he wont, and because of the language barrier I dont know what else he said in English. I was like WOW. The lady said you can wait for someone else it will be 15 min. Knowing no way its 15 min they JUST opened and everyone just started nails...I end up waiting. After a few minutes, I literally was like F THIS! This old man cant even act professional just because someone doesn't want to use him. The lady doesn't even defend me or apologize. She let him go off on me in front of everyone... I just walked out. This place is not the only cheap place with free drinks! No thanks. When the lady was half way through doing my nails she randomly asked me to pay her and stopped what she was doing completely. My nail was wet with paint so I messed it up when I was getting my wallet and this other guy took my card up to the front to swipe it which I did not like. I tried this salon out for a full set, I asked for casket shaped nails which was not at all what I received. Damn near every nail was shaped different none of them really matching or looking professionally done. There was acrylic build up on the inside of my nails which you could see from the top because I had a light tent nearly clear coat of polish. When he finished there was acrylic on my fingers. Every single nail broke almost every other other day. They were done super thin and one even broke while I was scratching my head. Not a good shop. Looks nice on the inside though read more

Not happy! Unsatisfying! Disappointed! I'm bummed. I've been coming here for about 2.5 years and always see either Tommy or Sami and they do great!! Sami was the owner of the salon who recently sold to Kevin. Last time I came in, Sami asked me if Kevin could do my nails since he's the new owner. I agreed and my nails were okay. I wasn't super impressed, nor was I complaining, they were fine. Everyone there refers to Kevin as "nail expert" ... well his expertise got to his head!! Well today I went in to get my old set taken off and a new ombré set put on and I could not be more unhappy! First off, rather than soaking my nails off. He clipped the tips off (taking some of my real nails with it) and the. Popped the rest off with a unapplied tip. If that's ever happened to you, you'd know it hurts pretty bad! Secondly, I wanted an ombré style powder with a glitter polish over the top. He told me he couldn't do it. I really don't understand why it couldn't be done! Then tells me it'll be an additional $25 to do the polish on the top. That's INSANE. I didn't ask for shellac!! Then I told him we'll do what you can. I just really don't understand why glitter polish on the top is so darn hard!! Then halfway through my nails he tells me , this set will be $75.00! SEVENTY-FIVE Dollars!! I've NEVER paid that much for my nails (even adding shellac like I normally do!) I'm not cheap by any means, but that is damn crazy!!!! If your going under new management and changing the prices, you should DEFINITELY let your customers know AHEAD of time. I usually pay $55 for a full set wether it be shellac or ombré with my glitter on it. To increase the price $20 is just crazy!!! In the ticket he wrote up, he put that a full set was $65 and the ombré was an additional $10. Just crazy!! I let Tommy and the lady at the desk know i would not be coming back! Very upsetting! I found this nail salon after going to a different salon (Terra Spa) in the same plaza that unfortunately had only one nail tech and was by appointment only. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and was seen right away. I was offered beverages and the salon was comfy and relaxing. Tom did my nails and he did a great job !!! I absolutely love my nails. He was fast but did not rush. He filed them just how I wanted and was very thorough. Pedicure was good but the polish was done sloppy. Got a full set and the guy was rude the whole time. He cut and made my cuticles bleed on 4 fingers with a drill. He threw my hand back at to show me the shape. Then at the end, the polish was so thick on my fingers after sitting there for 30 minutes it was still wet to the touch.
