I have been going to this nail spa for almost a year. Even though they take walk ins it is best to call for an appointment, as the local ladies (and sometimes men) are waiting at the door at 10 (at opening for the day). They will do mani/pedi at the same time so I am out within an hour, and mani/pedi gel last 3-4 weeks, so I go once a month. One very thing you must know they only take cash for services.. read more

The folks here are always efficient. Always busy too. I started to come here after complaining about ingrown toenails to my wife. She suggested that I accompany her when she went for her pedicure. I'd never had one before that, about two years later and I go with all the time as it's the only treatment where my toenails aren't painful anymore. If anyone is interested, I highly recommend them but make sure you call at least a day ahead because they always appear busy until closing. read more

This place is wonderful. I've lived in Texas for a month now and was having a tough time finding a great nail salon. I had a couple mediocre experiences elsewhere. But finally, through research and recommendations, I found myself at Wimberley Spa Pro Nails. Anna came highly recommended so I secured an appointment with her in advance. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by Jason (he owns the salon with his wife), and promptly shown to Anna's table a couple minutes before my appointment. Anna was also very kind, and gentle. And the place is immaculate. She did such a great job. I got the dipping powder nails, as I have TERRIBLE natural nails. And I think she did such a great job. I'm so thrilled. I have been going to this salon since July 2020. I finally found Anna that can do a great job but when it comes to anyone else, forget it. They are usually in a hurry and do not listen to your needs/wants. Not to mention, very pricey for what you get. Most of then are not friendly and that is ok! I am there to get my nail professionally done and don't need a friend to chat with. My last experience was last week. Made an appoitment to get my nails and pedicure. Anna of who I had appt with was with another client at my appt time so they chose to do my pedicure. I picked out my color and sat in pedicure chair. I bought the 41.00 pedicure and the tech asked me if I wanted parafin. I was put out by that..if I buy a 41.00 pedicure, why doesnt it come with parafin wax? Oh, that is the 65.00 pedicure (which I have had in the past). So i gently say, I want whatever comes with this pedicure. She starts on my toes and here come Anna with a pillow to start on my nails..in the pedicure chair. I dont know about you but I want them done separately to relax hence why I made the appt to begin with and allotted 2 hrs before they close. The tech started painting my toes and I asked her if that was #208? She replied yes! I thought ok, I just picked out the wrong color and will deal with it. Knowing I wanted pink and NOT orange. So then I go and sit in Annas station to finish my nails and the color looked more pink and more of the # 208 that I had chosen so I thought maybe the extra coats will make them the same.. well needless to say, two completely different colors! So I asked to get toes redone and it will be 12.00 more. I said why? I asked for that to begin with? Well, because its gel! Okay so I dont mind the 12.00 more, I just want to match...so go back in pedicure chairs and she paints my toes a different pink but not #208!!!! I mean...WTH? way too much drama for me. They should have listened to my wants the first time around but they were too big of a hurry and wanted to leave and didnt have time to let my toes dry was is the problem...I am sorry, but I have a BIG problem with that. I paid 78.00 without tip (and I wasnt leaving one) for to walk out of the salon with bright pink nails and baby pink toes...leaving on vacay this way and very disappointed. This was just the "icing on the cake". Several times before I waled out disappointed with either bleeding nails or nails so badly done that I was mad that I didnt say anything. Do yourself a favor. save some time and stress and go find another nail shop because WPN is not at all what they are "cracked up to be". They are rude! read more

WSP is my go-to regular nail salon. The salon is clean and the employees are friendly, they are all experienced and good at what they do. I see Christy regularly, she is so sweet and has become a friend more than a nail tech. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed! Salon is kept very clean. Chairs are in good working order and staff is very accommodating.

10000% recommend WSP. Never seize to amaze me with how fast they can achieve any intricate design. Told them I had an appointment in 2 hours and offered to reschedule but they said they could do it and they finished this in an hour and a half! read more

Owner Jason Nguyen refused me "walk-in" service for a simple manicure, even tho only 1 person was in the shop having nails done. He scheduled me for 2 hours later. I returned and was refused service for not wearing a mask. Per the ADA it is a crime to require masks, or to refuse service if no mask. Hope he gets the max $75000 fine. read more

It is impossible to get a manicure here. They refuse to do a real manicure if you get dipping powder on your nails. I've attempted this several times to no avail. Resulting in over grown cuticles or edges around nails dipped and painted. It would be nice if they spoke out language too in front of us, funny that they assume we don't understand. read more

Hands down the best salon experience I've ever had. My nails looked exactly like the picture I showed Kelvin. His work was top of the line. The attention to detail was amazing! He is definitely a perfectionist and it really oof off. For dip nails I paid $43. I also chose 5 different colors, had my other nails soaked off and I got a 5% discount for paying in cash. My experience was not good at all.. Went in for a pedicure that I was so ready for and came out more stressed that ever.. Being short staffed doesn't excuse having inadequate employees. I picked my color and told her I want the organic and it went down hill from there. She had not clue what that was not even where the supplies were.. She kept asking about my color and I pointed to it on her cart 5 times. She got up and got a color similar in a different bottle.. I said no I want this on. After 40 minutes she began painting my toes and I questioned her as to why she would put my polish on before the Massage and paraffin. Several other employees commented that they do it that way.. I still questioned and finally some came over and I asked how can she do the paraffin with wet nails.. They went and got I assume Jason and he finally realized that she was doing gel.. I NEVER asked nor wanted gel.. so after trying to remove the shellac.. ughhh and another 25 minutes we finally started the process over.. only a mild I'm sorry..no compensation for my wasted time. well 2 hours from start, restart to finish and then 20 minutes under the fans my toes never dried.. at 8:30 pm that night I ended up having to remove the polish because it was still wet.. never again will I go there.. read more
