See my review for Nv Nails which is the same place. Phone rings off the hook, no answer. Had a horrible pedicure here a ways back, want to give them another try. Nail was not completely painted on last review, on another nail, paint was bubbly. How can I make another appointment when they don't answer phone? My friend likes this place, she gets manicure (which does look very nice) on the regular and pedicure too; but most other people I've talked to do not like at all. The reviews tell me to keep looking for someplace else. read more

I took a chance and strayed from my usual nail salon because this salon is in my town. BIG mistake. My nails were so over-filed they're paper thin, splitting and tender. I keep having to cut them to the quick to prevent them tearing. Went back to my nail tech and she wouldn't touch them with my usual dips. Said they'll have to grow out before they can tolerate then again. I'm so bummed and angry!! Don't recommend this place. read more

Love this place! We had friends in town and decided to get pedicures. We called ahead and reserved a time for the four of us. When we arrived, our chairs were ready. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The man who did my pedicure was thorough and so funny! We had a great time, and our toes look amazing. Deluxe is NOT deluxe. I've been to this salon multiple times and it's always been ok. Evidently it's under new ownership and my experience couldn't have been more disappointing. I had an appointment for 10:15am; it started at 10:20am and they were done at 10:45am. 25mins for a "Deluxe" pedicure. I had to stop the tech before she began to paint my toes and ask about the massage. "You want a massage?" Yes, that is why I'm paying for the deluxe. Said massage consisted of her applying some lotion, no pressure whatsoever. I requested to speak to the manager before leaving. I expressed my concerns and was informed that the "Deluxe" pedicure is no longer than the basic pedicure - they just use "better" product. However, the pedicure menu clearly states you receive additional services. read more

I am new to the area and I went in for a manicure. I got the powder kind, she successfully talk me into paying more for that instead of gel. She was in a hurry and I left with powder goo dried up on my fingers and one of my nails ridiculously thick. She also neglected to do my cuticle (CRAZY) and no massage at all. I was exhausted from moving, lost in thought, and just spent.... So regretfully I didn't say anything I just paid and left.. thought others should know what to expect. read more

Well... when I went to this nail salon they did an amazing job. But let's start out at the beginning... When I first arrived they scheduled me quickly. They were very friendly, and made great conversation. They were really kind. And unlike other nail salons they actually paid attention to what they were doing. None of my nails were crooked. The dip powder was at good proportion on all my nails. They lasted a good amount of time. And didn't break as easily as my nails have done before when I used different nail salons in the area. It seems that they know their clients well. Overall they did an amazing job and were extremely kind. Also their prices were low compared to other no salons in the area and outside of the area. Their nail salon was very beautiful and decorated so fancy and elegantly. I'm definitely coming back soon!! read more

Anna did my nails and although they were super busy, they got me right in and did an amazing job! They had a bit of a messy situation when one of their peditubs overfilled but they kept a calm head and made sure everyone was safe around the spill until it was cleaned up. I have been going to NV Nails since 2013 and continue to be very pleased with their service.

Went here for the first time ever this morning. While the smell of laquer was strong (thus the 4 stars instead of 5) even upon opening, I soon got used to it. I only got a pedicure, and it was awesome. And with a massage chair as well, it was worth every penny. With this being my first visit, I can't speak to the other technicians, but Danny is now my go-to guy. He was very careful with both my ticklish feet and my injured knee. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in one afternoon for a basic manicure. They weren't too busy and seated me immediately. When the technician set the tools he was going to use on the table in front of me, I noticed the cuticle nippers still had the last customer's cuticles in them! When I pointed that out, he said he would wash them. Gross! I told them that it was too late, and left. read more

i have had my nails done for more than 15 years by the same gal in CA so it was hard moving to another state and starting all over with someone new! I found NV nails, was happy to find a salon that did the Solar (pink and whites) that I'm accustomed to getting done. Anna and Natalie are the best at doing Solar nails! But my story doesn't end there! I had a few people elsewhere trying to convince me to give "the dip" nail process a try. After traveling and not going into NV to get my nails done for several months I removed my acrylics and gave I into someone else and decided to give a real sweet lady a chance to do my nails with the dip. It was not done well :(. It was sooooo bad that I left that appointment so disappointed....I called Natalie at NV nails right away and told her what happened...she told me come in now! she took me in close to closing time and fixed the mess...she didn't even want to charge me, just thanked me for returning to NV as a customer...Wow, now that's awesome customer service! I gave her a nice tip and left happy. I'm now a permanent customer for many years to come I'm sure! And by he way if you get "the dip"done go see Anna at NV, she's awesome!!! read more

Very Rude!!! I called and made appointment. Was told to come in 30 minutes,when I arrived was told to come back in 45. I went back and then was told another 25 minutes more. I reminded the lady who I had been dealing with that I made an appointment but they had not honored over 1 1/2 hours ago- the shopkeeper I assume said I'm sorry you come back tomorrow. i wish i could give this place 0 stars! julie did a horrible job on my nails again! julie used to be good now she's in a rush to get you out & on to the next client..dirty equipment!!!! i have never seen her or anyone else that works there get new sanitized tools. pay attention! she cut me this last time as well & 2 days later i had a broken nail again! pay attention to how she treats you the 1st time you go! she is nice & pays attention to detail but the next time she's very careless she has almost cut me twice before! julie is a horrible nail technician!!!!! I've been to this place twice. Both of which I didn't actually get my nails done like planned. Therefore, I can not give a review of their services. The first time it was a Saturday, they told me there would be a wait, I would be put on a list, and to come back in an hour. When returning, I told them I was on a list and they said there was no list and they were still busy. About a week later, I thought I'd give them another chance. I walked in said I needed a full set. No one told me how long it would be, but after sitting there for twenty minutes they told me they were too busy and to return tomorrow. Waited 15 minutes for them to open at 10:14. Late, sign says 10:00am. 6 employees go in, 4 other customers. I am number 2 in line and last one waited on. They have a sign that says "Walk-ins Welcome", Not. She said I would have to make an appointment and come back. She was very upset that I wanted powdered nails, and had told me to pick color. Won't be back. Maybe they should take down their sign about walk-ins. read more
