Due to these cancellations, the therapist fell 3 months (9 massages) behind on services I had already paid for. When I requested to pause my monthly payments until she could fulfill the backlogged sessions, I was told that stopping payments meant she would no longer provide any massages. I then requested a $600 refund for the 9 unrendered sessions, or that she simply fulfill the paid services. She refused both options, leaving me with a $600 financial loss and no services.
