Don't expect direct customer service. This business is a franchise and all calls go to different call centers. The young lady at the front desk mentioned my HSA card would be billed however they keep billing my credit card and at a normal walk in cost of $80. They force you to be in a 12 month contract in which availability isn't available nor accommodating. They're booked the entire month and still force the charge on you. I've been told a manager would call me. It's been an entire month and nothing. The massage therapist I had was great but true customer service as a business and a whole - not worth the hassle - and time slots are not even available. It is a complete scam - all they care about is to charge you monthly, with or with no scheduled appointment under their so called "membership ". Take your business elsewhere and file the complaint to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Miguel was AW-FUL. I'm pretty sure they were short staffed, plucked this guy out of the frozen pizza aisle at HEB and told him to do his best masseuse impersonation. So terrible. It was a dry massage. No oil. Why?! Used lotion a few times, but gave me nearly a full bottle to take home with me. He had NO technique, no rhythm. I specifically requested a different masseuse and chose deep to firm tissue. Not sure why the switch was made but i wasn't asked or warned. What I got was a uncoordinated, random series of rubs and Indian burns from dry hands. I swear it was his first day on the job and i do not see any formal training from that bro. There were so many moments it just felt like he had no idea what to do next. Never did the same thing on the other half of the body, so it felt uneven. I walked out not even feeling like i had a massage. I said DO NOT massage my feet or face. Both were touched...and not well. I said no to glutes and he asked again anyway. I was 0% relaxed and it didn't even feel good for a moment. I think I'll stick to the circle c or bee cave locations. That was soooo shitty and a total waste of time and money. My massage was amazing (Christine), but my facial was alright (Tracy). The lady doing my facial did not grab the products prior to my facial, so she didn't have them to use because they were in another room. This meant the products used on my skin were NOT catered to my skin. The original product she applied burned so bad and when I had told her, she questioned me and asked if it was "really" burning, or just a tingle. I felt it was rude to question my warning that I was sensitive to the product applied. My massage was AMAZING, however. So relaxing, and I personally love it when the masseuse talks with me because I feel that it's calming, especially since I'm really vulnerable at that time. The therapists are great, but the policies that go with the packages are frustrating. I explained to the customer service team that between COVID and total knee replacement surgery that my husband who is a home inspector will be out of work for some time. I also have a heart condition and need to be extra careful due to COVID. Jillyan explained that they have a 10 day cancellation policy and they are planning to charge me for another credit (for a total of $140) that I won't be able to use unless I come back. I was 2 days late on cancelling 10 days in advance of them charging me for another credit. Seems like a customer service fail to me and I will not be back. :( read more

I recently moved to Texas from Southern California and was pleasantly surprised when there's a massage envy in the town that I live too. I was happy that I wouldn't have to be canceling my service and that I could continue to get the massages I so badly needed every month. This location is fairly new and my experience was great. I met the owner on my third visit there who is very nice and all the front desk girls are great. I've had good experiences with Nancy who is my new go to massage therapist. I'm someone who doesn't like to jump around from massage therapist to massage therapist and consistently likes to see the same therapist for all my achy muscles. She is doing an amazing job working with my skin to clear the issues and get rid of all those gross infections. My chin and jawline are calming down and the amount of breakouts has seriously reduced. Great massage therapists, our issue is that I have a monthly membership, that is to be charged every month, on the 27th....but, every single time that I go for my massage, they either want to charge me for that visit....OR....the end up charging me. So what happens is that I get charged for that visit and then my credit card gets charged again for the membership. I've spoken to the manager twice, I have spoken to the person who check me in and I explain what happens but....after eight months of membership, I still have to deal with this every visit. read more

I am very unsatisfied with this visit. The massage therapist tried her best, but her best just wasn't really good. I asked a few times for her to use more pressure. And she did at the beginning. Then as she would switch to another body part the pressure will go down again. She also stopped in the middle of The massage to go and use the restroom. I understand you gotta use the bathroom so I really wasn't mad about that. But I was nervous about her coming back to me with the Covid on her hands. ( and in hand never had sometime so in the middle of my massage to use the restroom) As well as it took away 10 minutes of my time. I paid for a 90 minute massage and Received a 70 minute massage. It started off hot in the room, especially with the mask on. So I turn on the fan. 10 mins into the massage the fan just went out. At the end of the session she waiting for me outside the door and she asked me how I feel and I was speechless. I just shook my head, I didn't want to hurt her feelings. She also told me to drink water. But they usually provide me with at least a cup of water a bottle of water ,some thing for a 90 minute $180 massage and I can't even have a bottle water! I also added on the foot exfoliate For an additional $15. Do not do it, it is not worth the money. It actually made my feet rough. And now I need a pedicure. Smh. I did express my concerns to the ladies at the front desk. And they seem not to care. She asked me did I want to come back for another treatment later on in the day. I'm like... at what price? She told me at the same price. My jaw dropped as I was very upset and I would have came back that same day for even just $10 $20 yeah $50 off. I walked out of massage envy feeling very disappointed, sad, mad, And body still dissatisfied. My whole overall experience with the end of how they couldn't even give me at 10, $20 off coupon For my next visit was very disappointing. I will not come here anymore because I didn't like the service when I address my concerns of how I was not satisfied with my massage. It wasn't even a sorry, what happened, how do you think we can make it better, nothing. To give my massage therapist credit she was very kind she tried to accommodate me as far as the fan. She started the massage with no music so I asked her to turn it on. She did. She tried to adjust the heated table. But It B was sooo many breaks and pauses that I couldn't enjoy myself. overall I think she would just be good for like a minor or an elderly person.... I had been consistently trying different therapists out and it wasn't that anyone was "bad" but it just wasn't a "wow I'm feeling much better." And then a few months ago I was given Debra. She's the best massage therapist I've ever had. Due to some neck trauma, my head and neck area were locked up...I had been going to the chiropractor and getting regular massages and nothing was helping. So very disappointed with the "legalities" of the contracts this company has to offer. My husband and I signed up as a couple and given our busy daily lives we could never get the monthly ones in on time. When we realized we were paying for not going as often as we should, we decided to terminate our membership. Mind you...we had several PAID massages left. I was told we had till May to use them and then called to schedule a massage and of course the expiration was 4/26. Contract says 30 days after the termination date so regardless if the sessions are PAID for, you lose them. So sad being that the therapist there are wonderful. read more
