I visited Pure Serenity on Sunday after waking up with the most tension in my neck and shoulders…read morethat I had ever experienced. I never had a massage before so I was a little nervous when choosing a place to go. I only scheduled a 30 minute massage since it was my first time and I did not know what to expect. I was met in the lobby by Emy before we started she asked me what areas I wanted to focus on since it was a shorter session. Then showed me ways to help relive my tension at home or work by stretching. That in itself was relaxing. The massage was so rejuvenating I almost feel asleep within the first 20 minutes. Pure Serenity uses doTerra essential oils (serenity and purify enriched my experience) to provide an exceptional massage. I will definitely be back!

Elizabeth is genuinely interested in your well being…read more I have an active lifestyle. I lift weights, train jiujitsu and work in law enforcement. I've had this lingering kink in my left shoulder blade that was causing strain into my neck and the back of my head. That "injury" is over a year old. It worsened about six weeks ago. I had received so many massages in my life, and none have ever made a difference in my mobility or recovery, so I didn't even consider getting a massage. I went to my Airrosti Doctor because I have always received good results from their treatments. After three visits with some progress, the doctor recommended I see a dry needling specialist. I scheduled my appointment and had dry needling session. The specialist focused on my left shoulder blade, asking me to point out where I felt pain. The session was routine I felt. I was told I wouldn't see any immediate changes but that I would after 72 hours. I refrained from any physical activity to allow for a full recovery. 72 hours later, my mobility was severely limited. I couldn't look down, but being stubborn decided to go to noon jiujitsu class anyway. I have a pretty good pain tolerance, and thought I could power through and maybe regain some mobility through activity. The warmups were painful, and I could barely get through the drills. I couldn't tuck my chin down. Elizabeth was able to schedule me in that afternoon. Prior to the session, she asked me questions about what I was feeling. Elizabeth took the time to fully assess my condition. She focused on the right side of my body, which I thought was odd since my left side was what was hurting. I didn't question it, I was in so much pain that I was willing to try anything. Immediately post massage, my mobility had improved. The pain was still there, but significantly lower and much tolerable. The next day I felt some pain but the real results appeared 48 hours later. I felt AMAZING. I was in disbelief I could feel THAT good THAT quickly. My mobility had returned and I was pain-free. I expected some progress, but not such drastic positive effects. I have received many massages before, but none like Elizabeth's. She treated me with care and was an absolute professional. Elizabeth will also send wellness text messages to check on your progress. Elizabeth genuinely cares about your recovery and I fully intend on returning.

They got me in right away, but when it came to the massage, I kept telling them to please to stay away from my back we even had a convo about what the issues was and places to stay away from. MY problem that I had was my neck and Shoulder, and he kept going back to my problem area and massaging me there to the point I started to spasm. It has been almost 2 weeks and I'm finally feeling back to normal but all he did was awaken my issue that I was okay with. I don't feel like my shoulder neck area was addressed. But the place was clean. It was quiet. I really wanted to give this a better review, but from the massage. I just was not satisfied and didn't feel like I was heard. It was just frustrating.
